Southern Charm star Olivia Flowers is enjoying the beautiful sunshine on vacation in the Bahamas with boyfriend Alex Williams. Flowers, 32, shared a video of herself wearing a black skirt and white shirt, swinging a golf club on a gorgeous green. “Baha Par 😏 ,” she captioned the post. “Look at her go! Go Olivia ❤️🙌,” a fan commented. “Cutest couple ever,” commented another. Here’s what the reality star’s wellness and beauty regimen looks like.

1. Tennis With Friends

Flowers loves to play tennis with her friends, which is a great way to exercise while enjoying social time. “Tennis is great aerobic exercise with a social component where you can play with friends and meet new people,” Michael Donaworth, MD, tells UC Health. “It’s a lifelong sport that you can play at any age and find a competitor of similar age and skill level. Tennis is a worldwide sport, so no matter where you are, you can likely find someone who plays.”

2. Running Cardio Sessions

Flowers likes to run outdoors for a good cardio workout. “Running has shown to improve heart health, assist with weight loss, and improve mood,” according to the experts at Harvard Health. “Worried about your joints? Some studies have found that running may actually improve the health of aging knees and ease symptoms of osteoarthritis like joint pain and stiffness.”

3. Winter Ski Trips

Flowers enjoys skiing trips over the winter holiday months, something that has multiple health and wellness benefits. “The benefits of time spent with friends and family on the chairlift, memories made over après, and laughs had on the slopes are immeasurable, but the physical and mental ones can be measured, and the numbers don’t lie," says the Canadian Ski Council. The direct effect skiing and snowboarding has on your lower-body strength and muscle mass will be evident after a day on the slopes as your quads, calves, and glutes feel the burn!”

4. Skincare and Bedtime

Olivia.FlowersOlivia Flowers/Instagram

Flowers winds down with her simple evening skincare routine and an early bedtime, so she gets enough sleep for optimum health and wellness. “I take off the day with Tata Harper Purifying Cleanser and load up on moisturizer,” she told Us Weekly. “I get to bed before 11:30 p.m. in order to be an early riser.”

5. Weight Training

Flowers starts her mornings with weight training, before diving into her busy work day. “I grew up playing basketball and tennis, so working one-on-one with my trainer, Eric [Johnson], gives me that coach [and] athlete discipline I’ve missed from playing sports,” she told Us Weekly. “One of my favorite things to do is attend a Dallas Mavericks basketball game. I grew up coming to these with my family, so I try to catch one whenever I’m in town.”

1. She Strength Trains

As you can see in her Instagram video, Flowers likes to use weights to workout. ACE Fitness states that weights have a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

2. She Does Core Workouts

Flowers makes sure to work her core. In her Instagram video, she is seen doing core workouts like mountain climbers and leg drops. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts have a lot of benefits. “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

3. She Does Lunges

O.B. Flowers.3Olivia B. Flowers/Instagram

Flowers doesn’t skip leg day. One leg workout she likes to do are lunge squats. In her Instagram video, Flowers is seen doing lunges with weights. ACE Fitness states that lunges has a lot of benefits. “Lunges work the biggest muscles in your lower body — mainly the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and the adductor magnus (the muscle in your inner thigh). Other muscles that come into play are the hamstrings, gluteus medius, calves, and core stabilizers, says Susane Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami.”

4. She Plays Tennis

Flowers loves to play tennis, and she shared this Instagram video of herself on the court. Lee Health states that tennis has a lot of benefits. “Tennis utilizes upper, core, and lower body muscles – but it’s also one of the best cardiovascular and aerobic exercises you can do. Playing a few sets increases oxygen flow, circulation, and helps you fight back heart disease. That kind of physical workout also decreases lipids, which helps lower cholesterol.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Flowers shared her daily routine with Us Weekly. She says that she works with a trainer to stay fit. "I grew up playing basketball and tennis, so working one-on-one with my trainer, Eric, gives me that coach [and] athlete discipline I've missed from playing sports,” Flowers explained. ACE Fitness states that having a personal trainer can be motivating. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”

For some reason, I always liked to keep it to myself and didn't talk about it too much on here, but that is about to change! When I first started my fitness journey, I was coming off two ACL tears and just trying to build the muscle in my legs after having back-to-back surgeries. Now, I have been lifting for six years and have gained around 40lbs (my weight fluctuates) and put on tons of muscle!”

1. She Stretches Her Shouldershttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7UEhP1nK4s&t=11sIn a video for PXG, Lobb shared some of her favorite stretches that help with golf. She makes sure to stretch her shoulders. “So, for this first exercise, all you need is a golf towel. It can be the one in the cart, the one out of your bag, it’s all you need. So, we’re going to stretch the shoulders. We’re going to have one arm down and one arm up, both palms facing the same way. If you want a little extra stretch, you’re going to pull on the towel, standing up nice and tall. And then we will do it the same way on the other side. One arm is up, one arm is down, palms out, pull on the towel if you need a little extra stretch.”She Stretches Her NeckIn her PXG video, Lobb shared her favorite neck stretch. “This last one is actually one of my favorites. It’s a neck stretch. So what we’re going to do is take our ear to our shoulder and gently use that upper hand if you need a little extra stretch. This stretches the trapezius muscle, which is the culprit for all neck pain, so I stretch this one a lot. And then from here, we’re going to tilt the head and drop the chin and gently keep your hand where it is, pressing on that spot. Get a nice little stretch. And if the hand’s too much, you can just do it without putting pressure on it. And we will do other side, and as you’re sitting in the cart. They’re about to walk off, you’re going to hit your next shot, and you’re good to go.”She Works Out Regularlyhttps://www.instagram.com/p/Cdt2adCvdqv/Lobb makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram post. “This is your daily reminder to take care of yourself! ♥️ whether it’s taking a walk outside, playing golf, working out, hitting your 10k steps on your Apple Watch or whatever it might be! 💪🏼 let’s do this !!!”She Boxeshttps://www.instagram.com/p/Bjf-dBbHpL5/One thing Lobb does to stay in shape is box. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sparring in the gym. Lobb captioned the post, “Hitting bombs and throwing bombs! 🥊 Workout today was tough, but I had to burn off the donuts.” The Cleveland Clinic states that boxing has a lot of benefits. “The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”She Golfshttps://www.instagram.com/p/C6M8S8Avi4f/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA%3D%3DGolfing is the main way Lobb stays in shape. According to Keiser University, the sport has a lot of benefits. “Spending time outdoors exposes golfers to natural sunlight, an ideal source of vitamin D. This essential vitamin plays a vital role in maintaining healthy bones, regulating the immune system, and promoting overall well-being. Adequate exposure to sunlight during golf rounds can help the body synthesize vitamin D and keep your body’s immune system operating at optimal levels.”

1. She Hits the Gym

Olivia works out at the gym – even while on vacation. “I’d much rather hit the gym than go for a run, so to get ready for summer I make sure I go the gym and get loads of squats done. Squats are the secret! Also, because I don’t like hitting the beach with pale skin, I try to build up a base tan in the garden and often get a spray tan before heading off somewhere sunny,” she told Checklists.

2. She Eats Healthy, Whole Foods

When Olivia goes grocery shopping she stocks up on “lots of healthy staples like eggs, smoothies, spinach, smoked salmon, bagels and avocados. I tend to end up eating breakfast foods at all hours of the day – even for dinner,” she dished to Checklists. What is her favorite meal? “I make a mean roast dinner and I have an amazing recipe for fish cakes, which I make from scratch. The fish cakes are my go-to dish for when I have mates over for dinner,” she said.

3. She Hydrates

Olivia prioritizes hydration. “I’m also obsessed with drinking water, so my fridge is always stocked up with plenty of bottles of Evian,” she told Checklists. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

4. She Swims

Olivia calls the pool her “happy place” and loves swimming laps. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

5. She Has Self-Love

“If I was ten out of ten then, I’m better than that now. I’m totally happy with the way I look,” Olivia told The Sun. “I actually look better now because I’m healthy, I eat properly and go to the gym, whereas in my twenties I was living off McDonald’s and white wine spritzers,” she said. “I wouldn’t change anything and there’s nothing I am really that unhappy with.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
