Olivia Sanabia in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "A Little Bit Obsessed With Boxing Right Now"

The Southern Californian has been beating the bag.

Olivia Sanabia is up and coming in the acting scene, and got her start at a young age in the musical theater arena. Aside from her growing acting career, she's a fitness inspiration, prioritizing health and wellness. Olivia says on Instagram that "I'm a little bit obsessed with boxing now." The Southern Californian has been beating the bag, but aside from that, she squeezes in other activities to help her stay fit and active.

She spends time outdoors

Olivia loves spending time outside, getting some fresh air. According to Harvard.edu, "spending time outdoors in green spaces has been linked with myriad physical and mental health benefits, including lower mortality, according to Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's Heather Eliassen." The article goes on to say that Eliassen "explained that exposure to green space has been linked to better sleep, lower blood pressure, and reduced risk of chronic disease—likely because people who spend more time in green spaces also report higher levels of exercise.

She goes horseback riding

She enjoys riding her horses, which can be a great core workout and burn calories. Not only is being around animals relaxing, and a great stress reliever, but there are physical benefits, as well as mental, when it comes to riding these gentle giants.

She spends time in the water

Olivia spends time in the water, snorkeling and staying active. According to the Cleveland Clinic, "swimming isn't just good exercise, it's great exercise. That's thanks to the water itself, which offers buoyancy and resistance that makes it easier on your whole body than other forms of exercise." Water workouts can burn calories, strengthen lungs, and strengthen your heart, among other benefits.

She runs

Running can help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, and help maintain a healthy weight."

She unwinds with a good book

Unplugging at night and setting your phone down can have some serious health benefits, so find a book series you're excited about to keep your face away from your smartphone.
