A few weeks ago, VanZant shared a video on Instagram of herself dancing. She captioned the post, “That @powerslap fight week feeling.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paige VanZant stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

She shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Vogue. “Every day is different it depends on what day of the week it is. We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking.”

2. She Boxes

VanZant shared some of her fitness secrets with Muscle & Fitness. “I’m working with Pedro Diaz here in Miami, and he’s a straight boxing coach at Mundo Boxing,” she said. “I feel like that’s going to be the biggest difference in my fight game and my striking. People are really going to see a big change from my first fight to this one. After the first fight, I thought it was important to work with a straight boxing coach, and Pedro is a legend in boxing and I’m excited to have him in my corner.”

3. She Eats Healthy

VanZant makes sure to eat healthy. She broke down her diet to Muscle & Fitness. “I’ll have a banana before practice. I’ll always have coffee and the one thing I can’t cut out of my diet is my coffee creamer. That’s usually before practice. After practice, I’ll have a protein shake for the drive home and then I’ll have whatever meal is prepare for me when I get home. It’s typically extremely lean protein, vegetables, rice and some other carb. My favorite foods are meals for lunch and dinners. I love Indian food and I had to cut that out as well as Thai food. I’m excited for after the fight to have some really good Indian food.”

4. She Recovers

We’ll do an ice bath in between sessions to try and get my muscles to recover as soon as possible for the next training session. I get a lot of massages to make sure I’m not as sore going into sparring days or not as sore coming out of sparring days. I love the sauna and I know it’s extremely healthy for you, and I know it helps me prepare for the weight cut when it gets closer to the fight, being able to sweat and lose as much water as possible without losing my real muscle mass. I love it because it’s very healing and it helps with the soreness also.”

Hair masks and face masks are a very frequent part of my week. I love to rest in between practices or after a long day of training with a hair mask, a face mask and a glass of wine. I can even get my husband to do a facemask here and there. Kick butt in the gym, relax, pamper and love everywhere else’s.”

Grace Beverley is exercising – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece workout set in a mirror selfie. “Spot the girl obsessed with her own business,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Breakfast

Grace starts the day with a big breakfast. “I’m not a huge breakfast person in the week, but at the weekends my go-to has been the same for over a decade now: creamy mushrooms on toast,” she told Women’s Health. “My fiancé uses the Oatly cream to make it for us every weekend and it’s definitely one of the reasons I’m marrying him! It’s just the ultimate weekend “breakfast and it feels like such a treat without spiking my blood sugar too much.”

Coffee

Grace is a coffee drinker. “My go-to coffee order is an iced oat latte. Although I’m trying to cut down and now have a strict ‘no coffee after 12pm’ rule that I make the team hold me accountable to when I don’t have the willpower,” she said.

Greens Powder

“I used to take a whole load of supplements but I got fed up with spending so much each month and taking so many pills. That’s why I turned to the Shreddy team with the idea of developing a greens powder that did the job of all my supplements in one. I remember in that first meeting we thought it might not be possible, but a year (and 30 samples) later one glass of Shreddy Supergreens contains 100% NRV of my daily vitamins, pre & pro-biotics and all the vitamins and minerals I was already taking for hair and skin growth. As someone who’s all about efficiency, it’s my dream multi-tasking supplement. I drink it in the afternoon instead of my coffee and it really helps me avoid that mid-afternoon crash I always used to get,” Grace told Women’s Health.

Sleep

Grace prioritizes her sleep. “I wear an Oura ring to track my sleep, so I know how far to push myself on a particular day as my schedule is usually pretty back-to-back. It usually knows when I’m getting run down before I do,” she told Women’s Health. “I try my absolute best to get 8 hours of sleep a night, after years of trying to push it, I now know that 8 hours is what I need to be good at my job and maintain my schedule across a week. When heading to bed, I make sure to read at least 10 pages of a fiction book. I find it really helps me to separate my brain from work mode and improves the quality of my sleep as a whole.”

HIIT Workouts

Grace Beverly takes a reflective selfie.HIIT WorkoutsGrace Beverly/Instagram

Grace sticks to short but effective workouts.”When I moved to London, I struggled to fit everything in and barely worked out at all. It sounds like a scammy email, but the ‘simple trick’ that changed my life was switching to just 10 or 20-minute workouts – it’s great for my mental health and fitness, but short enough that I never get bored,” she told Women’s Health. “That’s what inspired me to create the Shreddy 102 and Shreddy 202 HIIT guides. I now do one of those workouts four days a week, as well as two weight- lifting sessions – I’m lucky enough to have a home gym.”

Dua Lipa has been owning Instagram lately, posting photos of her midsection. And can you blame her? She’s got a literal six pack! And, despite being on vacation in these photos (which were posted from Kep Merli, Albania), she works hard to get them. (This is the woman who recorded a song called “Physical.”) Read on to see 5 ways Dua Lipa stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

"When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning," the singer has said. "Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."

2. She Does HIIT

"I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session, which I can do before I start my day," she said in an interview with Viva. "If I've got a really early call time, I don't want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout." “You'll be more time efficient,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Many people don't exercise because they say they don't have time. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. Interval training enables you to complete an effective workout in less time than a standard cardiovascular workout. For example, you might complete a workout in about 15 to 20 minutes or less instead of 40 minutes.”

3. She Has Boxed

“I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever,” she has said.

4. She Snacks on This Pre-Workout

Dua Lipa powers up with the perfect pre-workout snack: "Bananas and cashew butter." According to Eat This, Not That!, which spoke with Katey Davidson, MScFN, RD, CPT, a contributor to Healthline and a Canadian registered dietitian with a Master of science in food and nutrition: “If you're about to jump into 30 to 45 minutes of high-intensity cardio—think an indoor cycling class or streaming a Tabata class—a snack with 15 to 75 grams of carbohydrates about 30 to 60 minutes before your morning workout might be ideal. Examples might include a piece of toast with nut butter, a banana, or a plant-based milk drink.”

5. She Starts Her Day With Exercise

"Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right," she told Refinery29.

2. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Cantú shared her hair care secrets with Glamour. “I always apply moisturizing treatments while I bathe and then I apply the ones that you have to leave on all day. I don't paint it, I did it, but I haven't done it in a long time. Also, I set it free! 3. She Boxes

4. She Does Pilates

Grace Charis is more than just a golf influencer—she’s a powerhouse on and off the course. Known for blending her love of the sport with a lifestyle that keeps her fit and fabulous, Charis recently shared a video on Instagram, inviting followers to “Come play this par 3 with me!” Decked out in a sleek white visor, matching skirt, and light pink top, she showcased not just her swing but her toned physique. So, how does she stay in such great shape? From perfecting her golf game to hitting the gym, here are the five fitness habits that keep Grace Charis on top of her game.

She Golfs

Golf is the main way Charis keeps herself in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf provides a stimulating mental challenge combined with a healthy walk in pleasant surroundings and can be played by people of all abilities and ages. Golf can be played on your own or in a team. It may be a casual pastime or a competitive activity. Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Swims

Charis likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself snorkeling in Japan. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of health benefits, including building your muscles. “The built-in resistance that water provides helps build muscles and makes you stronger. And because water is more resistant than air, swimming does this faster than land workouts like running and biking.”

She Lifts Weights

Charis shared some of her favorite workouts in this TikTok. In it, she is seen doing a lot of workouts with weights. According to ACE Fitness, using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Glutes Bridges

Charis is also seen doing glute bridges in her TikTok. NASM states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Lunges

Charis is also seen doing lunges with weights in her TikTok. Lunges are very beneficial. The Mayo Clinic reports, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”
