Olympian Lindsey Vonn In Bikini Top Is “Multi-tasking”

The skier shared a video on Instagram of herself working out.

Lindsey Vonn may no longer be professionally competing in the Olympics, but she’s still in amazing shape. Instead of skiing, she’s working out in her home gym. Lindsey just shared a workout video on her Instagram page. In it, she is seen doing upper body exercises, lower body exercises, and strength training. Lindsey wore a white bikini workout top and black shorts, looking adorable, and showing off her toned body. She captioned the post, “Been doing a lot of multi tasking the past week… but the grind never stops… I always find a way to get it done!” Here are 5 of Lindsey Vonn’s go-to workouts after retiring from competitive skiing.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram video, Lindsey does a lot of exercises with weights. She is seen using a circle weight, cable machines, and a dumbbell. According to ACE Fitness, using weights to exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Squats

Lindsey doesn’t skip leg day. In fact, she does both regular and split squats in her Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic says that squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are integral to athletic training programs, enhancing speed, agility, strength and power across various sports disciplines,” says sports and exercise medicine physician Matthew Kampert, DO. Lindsey has amazing legs, so these squats are clearly effective.

She Plays Tennis

Lindsey loves to play tennis to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself on the court. Lindsey captioned the post, “Finally decent enough at tennis to use it as a legit form of cross training! Definitively got a massive drip! 💧Thx for the help @milesrogers.”

She Bikes

Another thing that Lindsey does to keep herself in shape is go for bike rides. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing intervals on her bike. Lindsey captioned it, “Bike Intervals: the 1st vs. the last….🥵🚴🏼‍♀️ Testing my lactate again to make sure my I’m working in the right zone. Have to work harder but make sure it’s also smarter!💪🏻”

She Rides Horses

You could call Lindsey a “horse girl” because she loves to go riding. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself on a horse. In this video, Lindsey is seen riding in a fenced in arena. She captioned it, “Some country sh*t…. 🐎❤️” Lindsey also shared this set of photos and videos of herself doing a riding session with a cowboy. She captioned that post, “There are 12 World Championship medals between Baby Doll and me… she has more Gold though! Thank you @6xhorses @officialcodyohl for letting me feel some horse power 😉🐎 🤠”
