Spanish star Jessica Goicoechea, girlfriend of ex-Barcelona star Marc Bartra, is showing off a favorite swimsuit from her GOI label. Goicoechea, 26, shared a selfie of herself looking beautiful in a dark blue swimsuit, posing on the beach with her hair wet from a recent swim. “Fav swimsuit,” she captioned the post. “Wow!” a fan commented. Goicoechea works hard for her physique—so how exactly does she do it? Here are 5 ways the model stays fit and camera-ready.

1. Soy Milk and Fresh Juice

Wooden,Tray,With,Glasses,Of,Different,Juices,And,Fresh,FruitsShutterstock

Goicoechea swears by soy milk for a healthy start to the day. “[I have] a good breakfast to start the day with energy,” she says. “I don't have a fixed breakfast, or else one day I feel like milk with cereal and another day a good natural juice… I recently discovered Strawberry Tomato Watermelon Soup, and I absolutely loved it!”

2. Weights and Yoga

Goicoechea credits healthy lifestyle habits with her spectacular physique. “Training and with perseverance,” she says. “Luckily I have good genetics but you have to keep fit and for that you need discipline. I exercise four or five days a week, if my schedule allows it. Among the activities I do include weights, yoga or pole dancing.”

3. Pescatarian Diet

Goicoechea follows a pescatarian diet. “I do not give too much importance to diet, I am a good eater,” she says. “Simply, before a shoot I try not to bloat myself to see myself in top shape. But I'm not saying no to anything. Lately I am reducing the consumption of meat and I can say that I already consider myself 100% pescatarian.”

4. Summer Swimsuit Workouts

Goicoechea switches up her exercises depending on the type of work she is doing. “I try to keep my body active during the week at Club Bonasport. I do functional training and yoga classes to relax my mind, while cultivating my body,” she says. “Besides, I'm also doing pole dance classes: I'm learning recently, but I love it, it's fun and it keeps me in shape. Summer swimwear campaigns are a ‘must’ in my work, including those for my clothing brand, GOI. For all of them the body requires more specific training. With [trainer] Ana Luisa this year we have worked a lot on the buttocks and abs to be perfect all summer. I'm working on elasticity. I am flexible, but I would like to be more, so we are reinforcing this point. I'm making a lot of progress and I'm really happy with the results.”

5. Summer Beauty

Goicoechea keeps her beauty routine very simple, especially during the warmer months. "Very natural,” she says. “In summer, if I'm a brunette, I don't even use a foundation! Just mascara (from Maybelline), a little blush and, above all, a nude lip – it's my favorite. I try not to overload it with creams, and I love using toners . My favorites are those with rose water.”

Wednesday star Naomi J. Ogawa, who plays Yoko Tanaka on the show, enjoyed a very romantic trip with boyfriend Jason Wong in September, and posted the highlights on her social media. Ogawa, 27, shared pictures of the trip, plus a video of her diving into a pool in a red bikini. “Adventures, food and channeling our inner mermaids 🧜🏻‍♀️ with @officially_wong 🤍,” she captioned the post. “My partner in crime 🖤,” Wong commented. Here’s what Ogawa’s wellness regimen looks like.

1. She’s a Personal Trainer

Ogawa is a certified personal trainer, and hopes to use those skills on set some day. “Yoko didn’t have major stunts, so I didn’t have to focus on her physicality,” she says. “I am very athletic though, and would love to play a part where I have to train and challenge myself physically in the future.”

2. Reality TV

NaomiJ.OgawaInstagram/Getty Images

Ogawa winds down with candles and reality TV. “The first thing I like to do is take a shower to wash off the day,” she says. “Then I’ll pop on a few candles and cook a healthy meal. I’m guilty of watching TV whilst I eat. So, If I’ve had a long day, I’ll typically watch reality television like The Real Housewives of New Jersey. I don’t know why but I just love rewatching old episodes and reliving the drama. I’m also trying this new habit where I switch off my phone at around 9pm so that I can disconnect from technology and before bed, I like to wind down by reading a book.”

3. Beauty Routine

Drunk,Elephant,Protini,Polypeptide,Cream,On,Orange,Background.,Illustrative,EditorialShutterstock

Ogawa doesn’t mind spending money on skincare if it’s worth it. “I like to keep my beauty routine very simple,” she says. “When it comes to skincare, I like using a gentle cleanser and if I feel like my skin needs some more TLC, I’ll pop on a hydrating face mask. It’s so easy to get carried away with using a bunch of different creams and serums but I like to stick to two that work for my skin type. I use the SkinCeuticals redness neutraliser and Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream. They’re a bit of a splurge but they honestly work wonders for my skin and a small amount of product goes a long way.”

4. Family Feeling

Ogawa loved how close the Wednesday cast became. “We all got on,” she says. “We all laughed on set; we just had the best time together. I think what really surprised people was how much we gelled together so well. It really felt like a nice little family. We’d go out for meals, whenever we were exhausted on set, we would act very silly and just try and find ways to make each other laugh. I loved that we were all very supportive of each other because it was a very difficult environment with you know, with COVID. I think the fact that we were all just there for each other was amazing.”

5. Silk Scrunchies

Ogawa is careful with her skin as it can occasionally become problematic. “I’m obsessed with pimple patches as I have acne prone skin,” she says. “The minute I see a spot emerging, I pop a sticker on to not even give it a chance of life. If I feel like my face is puffy, I like to Gua Sha my face and give it a little massage to get the circulation going and give myself a little lymphatic drainage. I do love to keep my skin moisturized, so after I take a shower I lotion up my body with e45 cream. I always put my hair up in a bun using my silk hair scrunchies that my friend gifted me (thank you Pria) as I like to keep my hair out of my face when I sleep.”

Oksana Grishina is a fitness powerhouse. A former Ms. Olympia and multiple-time Arnold Classic champion, she’s carved out a name for herself as one of the most elite competitors in the world. Beyond the stage, she’s a dedicated coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Recently, Grishina took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her gym grind, posting a striking photo of herself in peak form. Dressed in a sleek white workout top and black leggings, she delivered an empowering message: “You are stronger than you think.” The post isn’t just motivational—it’s a testament to her relentless commitment to health and strength.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From stair-stepping workouts to consistent weightlifting, here’s a look at Grishina’s go-to fitness secrets.

She Does A Stepmill

Grishina shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She recently had a baby, and has been documenting her journey of losing pregnancy weight. One thing Grishina is doing is using a stepmill. She shared this video of herself doing so, captioning it, “Recovery!!! Here we go💪🏼 Instead of the boring treadmill, I decided to do the stepmill 🔥In the process of getting back in shape😤”

She’s Consistent

Grishina makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She made sure to workout while she was pregnant. Grishina shared her pregnancy workout in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Obviously my workout schedule has changed since I got pregnant but hasn’t been one day that I missed it💪🏼My pregnancy workout schedule: Morning- 30 min cardio bicycle or treadmill🚴 Day- 30-40 min light weight or body weight workout 🏋️♀️ Evening- 20 min cardio bicycle 🚴 Will it help keep your shape? Absolutely not but I promise you’ll feel better and stronger.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Grishina revealed in the previous post’s caption that she uses a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Grishina also revealed in the previous Instagram post caption that she does treadmill workouts. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

If not, I have some alternatives for you! As a personal trainer I’ve always said if you can’t do an exercise I will ALWAYS have an alternative!”

She Does Bear Crawls

Clark likes to do bear crawls to keep herself in shape. She shared some variations of the exercise in this Instagram post. Clark captioned it, “Which variation are you trying first? Harvard Health states that cooking can help you eat healthier. “We already know that the more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention.”

She Works Hard

Clark made sure to work hard to get herself in shape. She opened up about her fitness journey after having surgery in the caption of this Instagram post. “The far left photo was about a month before my emergency surgery. My intestines twisted and I was rushed into surgery. The doctors said there is no reason your intestines can twist - it can happen to anyone at anytime. I completely lost my core, I wasn’t able to eat so I lost a ton of weight and muscle. I literally started back at square 1. It was a nightmare. The middle photo was a couple months after surgery. As you can see my glute, legs, arms, everything was just gone. The right photo was about a year after my surgery. I am stronger than I have ever been. Mentally, physically and emotionally because I never gave up. Not every day was easy but I took it one day at a time. If you’re starting on your fitness journey for the first time, or restarting remember that you have to celebrate the small goals. You will get stronger in every single way. If I can do it, I know you can too!”

She Does Full Body Workouts

Clark makes sure to workout her entire body. She shared a full-body workout with weights in this Instagram video. Emily Elizabeth is heating up Hawaii – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece while on the beaches of the tropical paradise. “Hawaii >> 🌺🌈,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Simply Beautiful ❤️🏖❤,” commented one of her followers. “🔥😍perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hydration

Emily prioritizes hydration. Not only does she drink water, but also electrolyte enhanced fruit. “Fresh coconut,” she captioned a photo from Bora Bora. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Coffee

Emily enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Snowboarding

While you can usually find Emily in the tropics, sometimes she heads over to the mountains for winter sports. In one of her photos she goes snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Snorkeling

While on vacation Emily throws on a mask and fin and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
