Golfer Paige Spiranac shares her inspiration and confidence with her 4 million followers. On Instagram, on a slideshow of photos of her in a furry bikini outside in the snow, she said â25 days of holiday outfits starts tomorrow on my @passes account!âš canât play golf in the snow so I thought the next logical thing to do was go out in a bikiniâïž.â Hereâs how Paige stays in incredible shape.
She Golfs
She loves golfing, getting outside and being active. âIâve been getting asked a lot to post more golf content lol and itâs funny because this is the first year in awhile where I actually practiced hard, played some really cool courses, and fell back in love with the gameâ€ïž I played more this year than I have in a long time and honestly playing better than ever. Iâve always loved golf but itâs been a love/hate relationship which Iâm sure we can all relate to at times lol. My scores were always tied into my self worth and playing just wasnât that much fun. Until this year. Iâm so passionate about the game and I shouldâve shared more of that on here! Iâm going to do that moving forward,â she said on Instagram.
She Works On Her Swing
She works to improve her golf swing. âHereâs an easy at home drill you can do to work on using ground force! Using your legs in your swing will help you hit it longer and more consistent,â she said on Instagram on a video of her talking about tips to strengthen your drive.
She's Active
She finds silly ways to be active and get a workout in, like running football drills. âPut me in coach. Iâm ready for the NFL,â she said jokingly on Instagram, working out and kicking the ball. According to the Cleveland Clinic, âwhen you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.â
She Walks
She makes an effort to get her steps in, regardless of the weather. âRain, snow, or sunshine Iâve been making an effort to walk more on the golf courseâłïž I feel like it makes my rounds better but itâs hard when youâre carrying massive jugs aroundâŠ.those water bottles add so much weight,â she said on Instagram.
She's Confident
Sheâs confident and fierce. âGolden hourâš,â she said on Instagram, posing in a tan dress. According to UC Davis, âfindings show that people with high self-esteem generally have more success at school and work, better social relationships, improved mental and physical health, and less anti-social behavior.â
