In a new social media post the athlete and OnlyFans creative shows off her amazing body during a hilarious sweat session with Austin Vanderford, who holds her upside down while she does push ups against his legs. “New bicep workout 😂,” she joked in the caption of the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Take Walks and Hikes

"Go on walks or hikes somewhere with pretty scenery or find a place that's peaceful where you can enjoy being active in the environment," Paige recently told Eat This, Not That."When you surround yourself with sights you enjoy, it distracts from the fact that you're working out." According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

2. Make Sure to Eat Enough Food

Paige stresses the importance of eating enough food if you are training. "If I don't eat enough it has the opposite effect on my body. I'm literally always hungry and always eating something healthy to fuel my body," she said.

3. However, Allow Yourself to Cheat

Paige also understands the importance of cheat meals.."Whether you're trying to lose weight, or just want to stay fit and healthy, I think it's important to treat yourself in moderation," she explained. "If I deprive myself of good treats then I'm not happy, and when I'm not happy it's hard to stay positive. When I allow myself sweets in small amounts, it also prevents binge eating, which makes me feel sick afterward."

4. Don’t Pay Attention to Your Weight

Paige doesn’t give the scale a lot thought. "Don't stress yourself out about numbers on the scale," she said."Set goals, but understand muscle weighs more than fat so the number on the scale might even go up as you get more fit. To measure my success, I go by how my clothes fit."

5. Swap Out Unhealthy Food with Healthier Versions

Paige is all about making healthy food swaps. "I'll substitute tofu for chicken when I'm cooking curry and trick myself into eating more veggies by adding spices. It helps big time," she dished.

6. Drink Plenty of Water

7. Make Exercise Fun

You should “keep things interesting,” with exercise, says Paige. “Find a fun kickboxing class or another workout or class you enjoy,” she says. "Whether it's weight lifting by yourself or a weekly Zumba class with your friend, it doesn't matter. Just find something you like that keeps you active."
