This week, Pampita and her family are spending time in Miami. She shared a bunch of posts on Instagram from the trip. In one set, she sat by the pool and on the balcony in her hotel. In the others, Pampita posed in swimsuits at the beach. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Pampita stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
She Has A Healthy Lifestyle
In an interview, Pampita's manager, Gaston Stati, shared her wellness routine. He says that she makes sure to live a healthy lifestyle. "Caro is super healthy and very disciplined. She is not a friend of excess: she never drank alcohol or consumed drugs or cigarettes. She drinks two to three liters of water per day and she refuses enslaving diets. She feeds herself conscientiously, in measured doses."
She Wants To Be A Role Model
Pampita wants to be a role model, specifically for her kids. She talked about this in an interview. "You are going to have me as an example tomorrow. So that you know that, no matter what happens, you will be able to get ahead. So that you are always happy, that you look for the good side in things and that your life has joy. That you are inspired in something that they are passionate about. That is my role, every day, that they see me happy, working. Even though I was a housewife for many years, I like that now they see me so productive. They see me creative, enthusiastic. It seems that it will be useful to them, whatever they choose to be when they grow up. I live for them."
She Snowboards
Pampita spends a lot of time in the snow. One thing she likes to do is go snowboarding. She and her family enjoyed a trip to the mountains of Cerro Bayo, and Pampita made sure to hit the slopes. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram from the trip. The University of Rochester states, "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
She Dances
Pampita is a dancer, so naturally, this keeps her in great shape. Harvard Health states, "Physiologic studies have demonstrated that regular activity builds muscle and bone, reduces fat, increases aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure, and improves the ratio of 'good' to 'bad' cholesterol. Dance has been shown to have all the benefits of other forms of exercise."
She Swims
Pampita likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself in the pool. She captioned the post, "A special place in the south of Argentina." In these photos that she shared from Puerto Escondido, she is seen in the water. The Cleveland Clinic states, "Like other forms of cardio, swimming can help you burn calories and lose weight. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a 154-pound person who swims slow freestyle laps for 30 minutes burns 255 calories. But that amount varies depending on your weight, speed and stroke."
