It’s hard to believe it, but Paris Hilton has been in the public eye for more than two decades. And she’s still relevant to this day. From her cooking show, to her Instagram, to her fashions, to her return to music, Paris is everywhere this year. Recently, she attended Jeremy Scott’s birthday party, and wore a skin-tight black latex dress. Her amazing figure and ageless face was on display. How is Paris Hilton making her 40’s look like her 20’s? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Paris broke down her daily routine in an interview with Marie Claire. The first thing she does each morning is take care of her skin. “I’m obsessed with skincare, so I do my whole skincare routine. That’s a lot of different steps, because I use a lot of different products, and also beauty gadgets like FOREO.”
She Looks Up Healthy Foods
Paris works with the wellness brand Viome, and it is helping her make healthier diet choices. “It depends on what’s happening that day, like if I want something really sweet, I’ll make French toast, but I’ve been trying to be healthy,” Paris tells Marie Claire. “Ever since I did Viome, I got all these recommendations of which superfoods are good for me to eat and what to avoid as well.”
She Takes Supplements
A big part of Paris’ wellness routine is taking supplements. “It’s really important to me,” she says to Marie Claire. “Since I’ve been taking these supplements, I’ve never felt better and it’s just been really amazing. And then also for stress and for sleeping, I like to take R3SET, which is another supplement that I really love.”
She Spends Time Outside
Paris is extremely busy, which means she doesn’t always have time to do traditional workouts. However, she does fit some exercise in each day. Paris told Marie Claire that she loves spending time outside. “I love to go on walks with my dog up in the mountains and go hiking, surfing, and skiing.”
She Ignores The Negativity
Paris has unfortunately had to deal with a lot of criticism. However, she tells Yahoo Life that she has learned to ignore all of it. “Do not pay attention to the negative because people who are being mean or negative, that’s just because they’re not happy with themselves. So they choose to project that on to other people. It’s not worth taking in. There’s no point in doing that to yourself.”
