Stagecoach is one of the most popular music festivals in the country, and many celebrities attended this year. Including legendary socialite, Paris Hilton. And she showed off her incredible figure while in the desert. Paris shared some photos on Instagram of herself wearing a pink leotard with sequin hearts all over it, a matching cowboy hat, and red fringe gloves. She Uses A Hyperbaric Chamber & Cryotherapy Machine

 

Paris shared some of the ways she keeps herself in shape with Marie Claire. She says that since she's so busy, she has to do quick things at home. "I am so busy. I'm working all the time, so I don't really have time for working out. I have a wellness center I built at my house, so I'll do a hyperbaric chamber, and we have a cryotherapy machine, so those are really good for you."

She Found Out What Foods Work For Her

Paris shared with Vogue India that she wanted to learn what foods are best for her to eat, and she turned to at-home tests. "I recently invested in a company named Viome. "A lot of signs of aging and inflammation in our body are usually caused by not getting the right nutrition, so I've been relying on my Viome food recommendations and the supplements. It's really important to me. Since I've been taking these supplements, I've never felt better and it's just been really amazing."

She Uses A Sleep App

As busy as Paris gets, she makes sure to get a good night's sleep. "I put on this app called Sleep Fan," she told Marie Claire. "I like hearing that noise of the fan and try to put my phone down, because the blue light from the phone keeps you up, so I try to not look at my phone. I'll usually fall asleep while watching TV with my husband."

She Has An Active Life

In 2020, Paris shared a funny TikTok of herself doing at-home workouts. They included doing hammer curls with designer bags, and riding her bike around her mansion. However, Paris says that this TikTok didn't just come from wanting to be funny, but wanting to show her active life. "Since they just shut down all of the gyms again, I thought it would be a fun video to post of how people could work out at home—with of course my Paris twist to it," she says to Vogue. "I never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio."
