Penny Lane In Denim Bikini Walks The Runway At Miami Swim Week

Penny Lane is an extremely successful model. She’s best known for her appearances in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Penny was one of the many lucky models who got to walk in their show in Miami Swim Week. She shared some highlights from the day on her Instagram. In them, Penny rocked a denim bikini and chaps on the runway, and added a cowboy hat backstage. She captioned the post, β€œMan! She Adjusts Her Workouts Depending On How She Feels

In addition to being a model, Penny is also a wellness expert. She shared some of her tips in an interview with Sports Illustrated Lifestyle. Penny says that she adjusts her workouts depending on how her body feels, like doing Pilates and yoga when she’s on her period. β€œThat’s super important to me, because I think it’s all part of the mental health side of [exercise],” she explains. β€œYou know, if you want to keep on top of having a busy lifestyle, I think it’s super important to be in tune with your body.”

She Works Out In A Supportive Environment

Another workout tip that Penny gave to Sports Illustrated Lifestyle is to workout in a supportive environment. Penny goes to S10 Training, and she says that the people make her want to workout on a regular basis. β€œI want to look forward to [my workouts], and with S10, it’s somewhere that’s a community. You go there and you make friends and you also get the most amazing, impeccable training as well, and they’ll listen to exactly what you want. They look after not only getting your best body, but also looking after the recovery side, which I think is crucial.”

She’s Easy On Herself

One thing Penny has learned to do when it comes to fitness is going easy on herself. β€œI used to be really rigid,” she tells Sports Illustrated Lifestyle. β€œ[Now] I’m actually more of the mindset of, obviously I’d love to train every day and that could be anything from weight training to just going for a nice walk. I really try and look at it that way now. I think it’s a healthier mindset to have and not to give yourself a hard time if you can’t do it.”

She Loves Avocados

In an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, Penny shared some of her favorite healthy foods. She says that she loves avocados, and puts them in her salads and smoothies. β€œAvocados are rich in healthy fats, particularly monounsaturated fats, which are beneficial for hormonal health,” Penny explains. β€œThey also provide potassium, vitamin K and other essential nutrients.”

She Lifts Weights

One thing Penny does to keep herself in shape is lift weights. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts with weights in this Instagram video. Penny captioned it, β€œWEIGHTED BOOTY WORKOUT. X5 sets. X12 SUMO DEADLIFT. X12 BANDED HIP EXTENSIONS. X10 (EACH SIDE ). SINGLE LEG DEADLIFTS. 30 SECOND (EACH SIDE) BANDED DONKEY KICKS.”
