Melrose makes her health a priority. One thing she makes sure to do is go to her regular doctor's appointments. Melrose shared this reel on Instagram of herself getting a mammogram. She captioned the post, "Just reminding my girls out there that it's time to get that annual check up with your Obgyn and mammogram. Your health should always come first. Don't prolong it!!! Get it done!"

4

She's Comfortable With Her Body

Melrose has no time for body-shamers. She clapped back at them with this Instagram post. Melrose captioned it, "I no longer listen to the internet when it comes to what a women's body is supposed to look like!! I BLOAT AND ACCEPT THE FACT THAT I'll always look like a men and black worm 🪱 when it happens lmaoooooo SOCIAL MEDIA CAN GO AND KICK ROCKS."

5

She Gets Some Sun

"Sunlight exposure impacts how much melatonin your brain produces, which is what tells your brain it's time to sleep. When it gets dark, you start producing melatonin, so you're ready to sleep in about two hours. With more sunlight in the summer, you're likely to feel more awake. Moeller points out that modern technology has allowed us to change our light exposure artificially with lights, such as from TV, computer, tablet or phone screens. Consequently, insomnia is much higher now than it was before these devices were invented," says UnityPoint Health.
