Pia Mia is doing her hair in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the singer shows off her newly lightened locks – and her washboard abs – wearing a crop top as she tousles her locks in the mirror. “So beautiful,” a fan commented. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Tia avoids diets and indulges her cravings. “'I don't diet. I do what I want and I do what makes me happy. I exercise, but if I want to buy an entire bag of Cheetos, I'm going to, and if I want a green juice, I'll do that too,” she told Daily Mail Australia. “I don't like restrictions, it's not the way to live.”

2. Strength Training

Pia’s main form of fitness is strength training workouts. In workout videos shared by the Dog Pound gym where she works out she does exercises like squats, leg lifts, battle ropes, and box jumps. Strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently, according to Mayo Clinic. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

3. Baths

Pia takes down time and loves soaking in a hot tub. Things that make me feel good (apart from makeup) are just relaxing, taking a bath, writing in my journal and just getting my thoughts out. It helps me to just kind of settle down and see what my goals are and what I'm going through, and that makes me (feel) more secure in a way,” she told Daily Mail.

4. Krav Maga

Pia told Glamour that Krav Maga, “an Israeli self defense and street fighting system,” is one of her favorite workouts. “I became so obsessed, they invited me to become an instructor when I was 16 years old and so I did and am very proud of that. I also take a lot of bag classes, in those classes you work on the heavy bag, cardio, and weight training. The best part of my workout is that I get to keep fit and train to protect myself on the streets at the same time,” she said.

5. Pilates

Pia also maintains that Pilates is a “really good” fitness method. “Working out, I think it’s important to make it fun - not just like ‘ugh I gotta go to the gym’,” Pia added to BeautyCrew. Why should you consider pilates? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Alissa Violet is a successful influencer and YouTuber. She also has a large following on Instagram. In September, she shared a carousel post of her recent life updates on her account. In the post, Violet is seen spending time with her dogs, hiking, and going to a fitness class. She captioned it, “September.”

She Hikes

Violet is seen hiking in her Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “‘Navigating a winding, wooded trail can help your body build endurance, strength, and coordination,’ says Dr. Edward Phillips, assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School. ‘Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder,’ he says. A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill.”

She Swims

Violet also likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself in a pool. Violet captioned the post, “It’s giving nirvana.” Harvard Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Relatively few people swim on a regular basis, so large studies looking at the benefits of physical activity in relation to cardiovascular health have tended to lump swimming together with other types of exercise. Plenty of evidence points to lower rates of heart disease among people who do regular, moderate- to vigorous-intensity exercise — and swimming laps definitely fits the bill.”

She Goes To Fitness Classes

Violet shared this video on YouTube of some of her favorite workouts. In it, she is seen in a fitness class. According to Iowa State University, group exercise has a lot of benefits. “The highest quality or type of motivation is called intrinsic motivation – you’re doing something because the behavior itself is enjoyable, satisfying or both. If you enjoy exercise and not just the positive feelings you get after you’ve worked out, you are more likely to stick with it. Exercising with other people can supply that enjoyment, even if the activity itself is difficult or otherwise not something you love. Group exercise can turn working out into a fun social activity, which could lead to you continuing to do it.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Alissa Violet jigs on a treadmill.

Alissa Violet/Instagram

In her YouTube video, Violet is seen on the treadmill. Harvard Health states that doing this has a lot of health benefits. "While treadmills may seem boring, they can offer a good alternative for exercise, depending on how you use them," says Dr. Adam Tenforde, with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard-affiliated Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. "There is so much more to treadmills than just 'push the button and start walking.' They also can be helpful for people recovering from an injury or surgery, since you can control the speed and intensity, and they are equipped with handrails for added support when needed.”

She Stretches

Alissa Violet is seen stretching.

Alissa Violet/Instagram

Violet is also seen stretching in her YouTube video. Stretching is very important. Harvard Health states, “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Pia Mia is a successful singer who has gone from YouTube to international superstardom. She has released songs like “Bitter Love,” “Touch,” and “Do It Again.” Mia recently hit the gym and did some leg workouts. She shared some photos on her Instagram story of herself doing donkey kicks. In them, Mia wore a brown workout gear set. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see five ways Pia Mia stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Boxes

Mia shared some of her workout secrets in a video interview with Whistle Worthy. One thing she likes to do is box. The Southern Colorado FCA states that boxing has a lot of benefits. “An advantage of jumping into a boxing program is the balance and agility you'll acquire through workouts. Transferable to just about every other sport, boxing will help support the growth of body movement and awareness to provide control and a strong stance.”

2. She Strength Trains

In her Whistle Worthy interview, Mia revealed that she strength trains to stay in shape, as this helps her perform on stage. Harvard Health states that strength training has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training, in particular, has bone benefits beyond those offered by aerobic weight-bearing exercise. It targets bones of the hips, spine, and wrists, which are the sites most likely to fracture. What's more, resistance workouts — particularly those that include moves emphasizing power and balance — enhance strength and stability. That can boost confidence, encourage you to stay active, and reduce fractures another way — by cutting down on falls.”

3. She Does Squats

In her Whistle Worthy video interview, Mia is seen doing squats with a barbell. The Mayo Clinic states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the squat targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles. Strengthening these muscles can help protect your knees and boost your performance in a variety of sports.”

4. She Relaxes

Pia.Mia.4Pia Mia/Instagram

Mia lives a busy life, which can be stressful. However, she revealed to Whistle Worthy that she likes to relax after a workout. “Normally after my workouts, I like to go someplace quiet and disconnect from people and social media, and just have some time for myself. If I’m feeling stressed, or have a lot going on, being outside in the fresh air just always makes me feel good.”

5. She’s True To Herself

Pia.Mia.5Pia Mia/Instagram

Mia talked about her career in an interview with Billboard. In it, she says that she wants to stay true to herself, and its why she turned down a deal. “People might think that I’m crazy for walking away from such an amazing deal. But I was never hesitant because I knew that there is no point in me doing this, if the music that’s coming out isn’t my soul and isn’t connected to me and my life, because I’m the one who has to get up there and sing it. I have to perform it. I have to talk about it and it’s wrong to talk about stuff that I don’t connect with. So, I knew that it wasn’t fair to my fans who are supporting me and who believe in me. I talk to them on such a real level through social media, so why should my music not be the same way?”

Valeria Lipovetsky is a professional fitness model. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Lipovetsky recently shared some Instagram stories from the gym. In one, she posted a selfie with the caption, “Hot Pilates for the win.” In the other, she is seen lifting weights.

She Does Pilates

Valeria Lipovetsky shares a post pilates selfie.

Valeria Lipovetsky/Instagram

In one of her Instagram stories, Lipovetsky is seen doing Pilates. According to The Cleveland Clinic, Pilates has a lot of benefits. “There’s quite a bit of stretching in Pilates — which translates to improved flexibility. In addition to expanding the range of activities you can do, flexibility may protect you from injury, help your muscles relax and help you retain both mobility and range of motion as you get older.”

She Strength Trains

Valeria Lipovetsky is seen training at the gym.

Valeria Lipovetsky/Instagram

Lipovetsky is seen strength training in her other Instagram story. Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury.”

She Wants To Set A Good Example

Even though Lipovetsky is a model and influencer, she wants to set a good example for her followers. She talked about how social media isn’t real in the caption of this post. “I love my job and I love being able to connect with you all through social media but I’m also hyper-aware of how it impacts our minds and perceptions of those we follow. We know by now that social media isn’t REAL, it’s all the best parts and it often flattens us into two-dimensional characters. And it is so important that we remember that we are all more complex, that we’re all trying our best to figure things out as we go. There’s no such things as a perfect parent or a perfect relationship or a perfect business. We all face challenges whether it’s internal or in our environment and I hope this makes you feel less alone in that ❤️”

She Loves Oats

Valeria Lipovetsky shows a shot of her supercharged oatmeal.

Valeria Lipovetsky/Instagram

Lipovetsky shares a lot of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In one, she is seen enjoying oats. Harvard Health states that oats have a lot of benefits. “Oats contain several components that have been proposed to exert health benefits. The primary type of soluble fiber in oats is beta-glucan, which has been researched to help slow digestion, increase satiety, and suppress appetite. Beta-glucan can bind with cholesterol-rich bile acids in the intestine and transport them through the digestive tract and eventually out of the body. Whole oats also contain plant chemicals called phenolic compounds and phytoestrogens that act as antioxidants to reduce the damaging effects of chronic inflammation that is associated with various diseases like cardiovascular disease and diabetes.”

She Loves Mushrooms

Valeria Lipovetsky shares a breakdown of her meal on her page.

Valeria Lipovetsky/Instagram

In another Instagram story on her highlight, Lipovetsky is seen enjoying mushrooms. UCLA Health states that mushrooms have a lot of benefits. “Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium to maintain and build strong bones. Many people rely on supplements or sunshine to get vitamin D, but if you’re looking to get this nutrient through your diet, mushrooms may be the answer. They are the only type of produce that is a source of vitamin D.”

Oksana Grishina is a fitness powerhouse. A former Ms. Olympia and multiple-time Arnold Classic champion, she’s carved out a name for herself as one of the most elite competitors in the world. Beyond the stage, she’s a dedicated coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Recently, Grishina took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her gym grind, posting a striking photo of herself in peak form. Dressed in a sleek white workout top and black leggings, she delivered an empowering message: “You are stronger than you think.” The post isn’t just motivational—it’s a testament to her relentless commitment to health and strength.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From stair-stepping workouts to consistent weightlifting, here’s a look at Grishina’s go-to fitness secrets.

She Does A Stepmill

Grishina shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She recently had a baby, and has been documenting her journey of losing pregnancy weight. One thing Grishina is doing is using a stepmill. She shared this video of herself doing so, captioning it, “Recovery!!! Here we go💪🏼 Instead of the boring treadmill, I decided to do the stepmill 🔥In the process of getting back in shape😤”

She’s Consistent

Grishina makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She made sure to workout while she was pregnant. Grishina shared her pregnancy workout in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Obviously my workout schedule has changed since I got pregnant but hasn’t been one day that I missed it💪🏼My pregnancy workout schedule: Morning- 30 min cardio bicycle or treadmill🚴 Day- 30-40 min light weight or body weight workout 🏋️♀️ Evening- 20 min cardio bicycle 🚴 Will it help keep your shape? Absolutely not but I promise you’ll feel better and stronger.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Grishina revealed in the previous post’s caption that she uses a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Grishina also revealed in the previous Instagram post caption that she does treadmill workouts. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Bear Crawls

Clark likes to do bear crawls to keep herself in shape. She shared some variations of the exercise in this Instagram post. Clark captioned it, “Which variation are you trying first? Harvard Health states that cooking can help you eat healthier. “We already know that the more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention.”

She Works Hard

Clark made sure to work hard to get herself in shape. She opened up about her fitness journey after having surgery in the caption of this Instagram post. “The far left photo was about a month before my emergency surgery. My intestines twisted and I was rushed into surgery. The doctors said there is no reason your intestines can twist - it can happen to anyone at anytime. I completely lost my core, I wasn’t able to eat so I lost a ton of weight and muscle. I literally started back at square 1. It was a nightmare. The middle photo was a couple months after surgery. As you can see my glute, legs, arms, everything was just gone. The right photo was about a year after my surgery. I am stronger than I have ever been. Mentally, physically and emotionally because I never gave up. Not every day was easy but I took it one day at a time. If you’re starting on your fitness journey for the first time, or restarting remember that you have to celebrate the small goals. You will get stronger in every single way. If I can do it, I know you can too!”

She Does Full Body Workouts

Clark makes sure to workout her entire body. She shared a full-body workout with weights in this Instagram video. Clark is seen doing exercises like squats with a shoulder press and mountain climbers in it. She captioned it, “This quick full-body workout is perfect for busy days when time is tight but you still want to feel strong, energized, and accomplished. 💪🏋️♀️ Stay on track

Whether you’re squeezing it in before work, during lunch, or at the end of your day, this workout will leave you feeling AMAZING—and it’s proof that even 10 minutes can make a big difference. 💡 Save this post to crush your next quick sweat session!”

Emily Elizabeth is heating up Hawaii – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece while on the beaches of the tropical paradise. “Hawaii >> 🌺🌈,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Simply Beautiful ❤️🏖❤,” commented one of her followers. “🔥😍perfect,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hydration

Emily prioritizes hydration. Not only does she drink water, but also electrolyte enhanced fruit. “Fresh coconut,” she captioned a photo from Bora Bora. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Coffee

Emily enjoys the perks of caffeine. Here she is drinking a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Snowboarding

While you can usually find Emily in the tropics, sometimes she heads over to the mountains for winter sports. In one of her photos she goes snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Snorkeling

While on vacation Emily throws on a mask and fin and goes snorkeling. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout.
