Pieper James first came into prominence in 2021, when she appeared as a contestant on Matt James’ season of The Bachelor. She then appeared on Bachelor in Paradise later that year. A few days ago, James shared a video on Instagram of herself offering dating advice and paddleboarding. She captioned the post, “First of all thank you for being here🩷 I love talking with everyone in DMs and in comments! Second of all, let’s gab girls, drop your questions, comments, and concerns about dating and we’ll have a good little time ☺️”
1. She Paddleboards
As you can see from her Instagram post, James likes to paddleboard to stay in shape. ACE Fitness reports that this is a great way to stay in shape. “As an American Council on Exercise-sponsored study revealed, SUP offers numerous physical benefits, from challenging your balance to engaging your core to upping your endurance and cardiovascular health, depending on the level of exertion and difficulty of the SUP experience.”
2. She Swims
James spends a lot of time by the water. And paddleboarding isn’t the only thing she does to keep herself in shape. James also loves to swim. She shared this set of photos and one video on Instagram of herself and her sister having a pool day. James captioned the post, “Unfortunately @broooklyn.james will not be making her diving debut appearance these Olympics (last slide),” referring to her sister.
3. She Cooks
James makes sure to eat healthy. One of the ways she does so is by cooking. James shares a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. In this video, she makes a salad with gnocchi. James captioned the post, “Welcome back to Pieping Hot ❤️🔥 a series I absolutely don’t keep up with but absolutely love to do lol I made this Gnocchi Summer salad topped with 💛 sweet corn 💛 red onion 💛 avocado 💛 gluten free battered shrimp 💛 olive oil and balsamic vinegar 💛 herbs and spices.”
4. She Hikes
James spends a lot of time outside. One thing she enjoys doing is going on hikes. James shared these photos on Instagram of herself hiking in the Columbia River Gorge. According to Harvard Health, hiking has a lot of health benefits. “‘Navigating a winding, wooded trail can help your body build endurance, strength, and coordination,’ says Dr. Edward Phillips, assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School. ‘Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder, he says. A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill.’”
5. She Plays Pickleball
James recently revealed on Instagram that she has started playing pickleball. She captioned this post, “It’s a hobby girl summer 🏓 #grwm to learn how to play pickleball! What hobbies are you picking up this season?” Renown states that pickleball has a lot of benefits. “Pickleball is a great form of cardiovascular exercise that helps get your heart rate up. It can lead to better cholesterol and blood pressure levels, lowering your risk of heart disease.”
