Vogue Williams is a model, podcast host, and fitness expert. She and her family are currently enjoying a vacation at a resort. Vogue shared an adorable set of photos on Instagram of her family enjoying their time together. In them, she wore a black bikini with white straps, which showed off her amazing set of abs. Vogue captioned the post, “I’ve counted down the days until we got here.” How does Vogue Williams keep her bikini body in shape? She Eats A Balanced Diet

When it comes to her diet, Vogue is a believer in balance. “I like to have at least one treat a day,” she says to Your Healthy Living. “I think if you’re too strict with yourself you end up craving the bad stuff even more. If I’m going out for dinner I’ll eat whatever I want, but then I’ll make sure I make healthier choices the next day. You can’t be too hard on yourself. I think it’s really important to strike a balance. If you’ve done a good workout in the gym and then you fancy a pizza, then have that pizza! You have to live your best life.”

She Cooks

Vogue likes to cook healthy meals for herself and her family. She shared some of her favorite recipes with Your Healthy Living. “I do a lot of batch cooking,” she says. “Like I recently made a load of bruschetta the other day and I’ll also make up a batch of bolognaise. I really love to cook a good steak with vegetables. I like simple food that’s healthy and easy to cook.”

She Loves Barre

One thing Vogue does to keep herself in shape is go to barre classes. “I just did my first barre class yesterday,” she says to Your Healthy Living. “Which was brilliant. I’ve been working out with weights a lot and I found that I was getting a bit bulky but barre involves using your bodyweight a lot more. I’m now obsessed with it. I’ll probably end up doing that five times a week!”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Vogue does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her go-to exercises with Rude Health Magazine. “I do training five days a week,” Vogue says. “I might do circuit training, a spin class, boxing – I go to a lot of classes. I have personal trainers in Dublin and London. I love going to the gym and really love walking my dog.”

She Takes Supplements

Vogue shared some of her favorite supplements with Rude Health Magazine. “I take vitamin C and cod liver oil every morning. I also take two tablets of blackcurrant extract CurraNZ an hour before I train – they give me great energy and really help with recovery. It’s is such a superfood. What’s amazing is that 1 capsule has the same nutritional value as 85 blackcurrants!”
