She Boxes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Klementieff likes to box to stay in shape. "Boxing combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination," physical therapist James Edwards, DPT, says to The Cleveland Clinic. "It can also reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve your confidence and overall well-being."

She's Into Action

Klementieff stars in a lot of action films. She opened up about the stunt work she does to Esquire. "I've been training for years. I love pushing myself—just learning new skills and fighting. I love doing action stuff. It's really fun. I was just boxing this morning. For this particular project, I wanted to be better at driving, too. So, I took drifting lessons for hours and hours. I learned how to do donuts, and how to drive with a stick shift. But it's a different animal when it's an electric car. When you hit the accelerator or do the Boost Mode, it just goes [imitates blasting off at powerful G-force speeds] like a space ship. [Laughs.]"

She Supports AAPI Actors

In her Esquire interview, Klementieff talked about the importance of AAPI actors being featured. "I think there's a lot of improvement. I have faith in change and in things getting better. I see that there's a lot more diversity in movies—and there is incredible shows and movies that have Asians in it, which is amazing. And which, of course, they should. So I feel positive."

She Motorbikes

Klementieff shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is ride motorbikes. She shared this video of herself learning how to ride a bike. "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout.
