1. She Doesn’t Stress About Roles

In an interview with Times Of India, Rayappa talked about her career, and the roles she goes for. She says that she doesn’t really stress out about how big or small her role is. “I don’t feel overshadowed because I know the roles I choose will have an important part to play in the film. Overshadowing happens sometimes when the director or an actor decides to upstage all the other artistes. But, an ensemble cast helps us perform better as we have to keep up with the rest of the cast. But again, it’s not pressure.”

2. She Doesn’t Want To Be Typecast

Rayappa tells Times Of India that she doesn’t want to be typecast as any particular role. “Post KGF, I was approached with stereotypical roles and I consciously stayed away from them as I was scared of being typecast. When the makers of One Cut Two Cut approached me, I was confident of pulling off the role. The movie was released on OTT and my role was appreciated. In The Judgement, I play a central character with dual shades.”

3. She Does Research

Rayappa likes to do a lot of research about acting. She tells Times Of India, “I took to reading two years ago and I haven’t stopped since. Actors get a lot of free time between the shots during projects and reading is the most efficient use of time. Books have helped me manoeuvre through life situations. I have also been reading a lot of biographies of actors and there is so much to learn from them. Irrespective of industries, the struggle for all of us is the same. The stories of glitz and glam, the rise and fall… it is all very relatable. It helps us realise that we actors have a lot of endurance and can face anything.”

4. She Swims

As you can see from her recent post, Rayappa likes to go to the beach. She naturally likes to go swimming to keep herself in shape. Rayappa shared this video on Instagram of herself wading in the ocean. She captioned the post, “You’ve got to learn to let go.” Wake Forest University states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “If you have injuries or sore joints, swimming is great for your body. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking for a low-impact alternative, swimming is much less jarring than other forms of exercise.”

5. She Gets Sun

To suntan responsibly, follow these guidelines:

  1. Use sunscreen: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
  2. Limit exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure during peak hours (10 AM to 4 PM) when the sun's rays are strongest.
  3. Seek shade: Take breaks in the shade to reduce your overall sun exposure.
  4. Wear protective clothing: Cover up with long sleeves, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses.
  5. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated in the sun.
  6. Gradual exposure: Start with short sessions and gradually increase your time in the sun to minimize the risk of sunburn.
  7. Check your skin: Monitor your skin for any unusual changes or moles and consult a dermatologist if you notice anything concerning.

I was in my personal worst of 43 kilos and I was pretending to be happy constantly while I was so insecure about my body. So after the push from my bestfriend, I started working out to get my life back in order. It's been 3 weeks, I have been going to the gym and my life already feels so much better. I'm waking up at 6am, sleeping by 11, eating right ( from almost 2 meals to atleast 4 meals ), getting more sun time. 1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Pooja does a variety of workouts to stay in shape. She revealed to Vogue India that she does headstand workshops, aerial dance classes, Pilates, calisthenics, kick-boxing, circuit, and interval training. “My grandfather is a sportsman who has been felicitated by the President of India. My mom was super athletic. But I always had a lazy excuse ready for every PT class,” she admitted.

2. She Doesn’t Try and Be Someone She Is Not

Pooja used to strive for unrealistic body image goals, but has learned to accept herself. “We have so many beauty standards. I have been told I am fat and also too thin. Coconut,Water,In,Bottles,On,Light,Background.,Healthy,Drinks,ConceptShutterstock

Hydration is also a big part of Pooja’s strategy. Not only does she drink a lot of water, but uses coconut oil on her skin and in her food. "Coconut oil contains a high level of saturated fat, iron, and vitamins K and E which helps hair grow at a much more rapid pace. Additionally, coconut oil can strengthen damaged hair by providing it with extra moisture, which prevents dandruff, lice, fungus, and other infections. Furthermore, coconut oil cannot only provide many health benefits to your hair, but it can also help to serve as a natural, organic styling aid used to add volume and shine and combat frizz," says Penn Medicine.

5. She Does Outdoor Activities

Pooja is very active and spends a lot of time outdoors. She loves hiking, snorkeling, and taking walks. “Found Nemo! He and his friend were cuties ☺️☺️ #snorkeltales” she captioned this photo from one of her snorkeling trips.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
