In a new social media post, the actress shows off her amazing figure on an overcast afternoon. “Pop of colour on a gloomy day,” she captioned the trio of Instagram snaps. “Hot,” commented a follower. “You’re an angel,” added another. How does she approach health and wellness? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.

Carb Cutting for Weight Loss

Pragya cuts carbs to lose weight fast. “Nothing too drastic ever but I went off carbs for a song shoot where I needed to look super fit. Carbs for me Carbs for me is happiness, so it wasn’t my best time. But I have never looked fitter or better since then, so in a way, it was worth it too,” she told You and I.

Eating “Everything in Moderation”

Pragya isn’t too restrictive with her diet. “I don’t follow any strict diet, just eat everything in moderation also I am not a fan of junk food that’s just a plus point,” she told Women Fitness.

Exercising Almost Daily

Pragya prioritizes exercise. “I make sure to do some physical activity at least 5 times a week. My fitness routine consists of weight training in the gym alongside with dancing on alternative days,” she told Women Fitness. She also suggests people to “do something you love, be it Zumba, cardio or any physical activity to increase your happy hormones and find your Bliss!”

Hydration

Pragya understands the importance of hydration. “The first thing I have in the morning is a glass of lukewarm water with some lemon in it,” she told Women Fitness. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids daily and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Mental Health

Pragya is an advocate of mental health. “I def­initely agree that alongside physical fitness, mental health is extremely important I generally try to surround myself with positive vibes and cheerful mood. But there are certain days when you feel low and down, in those times I make sure to share my feelings with the people around me that really helps,” she told Women Fitness.
