Indian actress Priyal Gor is enjoying a magical vacation in Taipei, Taiwan, and sharing highlights of the trip with her many fans. Gor, 28, posted pictures of herself wearing an aquamarine and pink bikini, posing on the beach against a stunning sunset. “Living the life i desired 🫶🏻,” she captioned the post. “Omg!! Stunning 🔥🔥🙌🙌” commented actress Navina Bole. How does Gor get that life she desired? Here are 5 ways she stays happy, healthy, and focused on her career.
1. Home Cooked Indian Food

Gor’s favorite food is Indian-Chinese cuisine. “I love to cook for my family, friends and loved ones. There is no cheat food as such as I have never followed any sort of diet. I eat whatever and whenever I want,” she says. “I cook at home. I cook quite a lot of stuff. I have made Vada Pav, Chinese dishes, burgers, pizza, spaghetti. When we travel abroad, I just cannot digest the Indian dishes over there. Being a vegetarian, you are left with fewer choices during travel. So the weird-tasting Indian dishes abroad are weird for me.”
2. Dancing and Me-Time
Gor is very protective of her private time. “Personally, I love to eat Chinese (while I am writing this I am eating fried rice), I love dancing, listening to music and chit-chatting with friends,” she says. “And if you want to know about my love life, then I am sorry to divulge that I am very much single. Furthermore, I don’t plan to enter into any kind of relationship. I need my own space. Imagine shooting for an entire day and then spending time with a boyfriend. Phew… tiring!”
3. Weight Training
Gor lifts weights at the gym and shares the videos on her social media. “From 'I'm not at all a gym person' to THIS," she captioned a post. "I wouldn't say a long journey because I enjoyed this phase so much... I've embraced my body then but I respect it even more now. The only thing i get to hear these days about myself is 'My Body Transformation' but genuinely, like genuinely 'Inner Transformation' is what I was/am always seeking for.”
4. Vegetarian Diet
Gor is a strict vegetarian. “To get the most out of a vegetarian diet, choose a variety of healthy plant-based foods,” say the experts at the Mayo Clinic. “These include whole fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Nuts and legumes, such as lentils, beans and peanuts, also are considered healthy plant-based foods.”
5. Constantly Evolving
Gor wants to always keep growing as a person. "Yes, I have worked on myself. In fact I feel I change everyday,” she says. “Staying the same is very boring. For an actor it's very important to keep upgrading themselves. Not only appearance, [but] I like to keep changing my perspective… Well, along with appreciation there are abuses as well. I had received a lot of nasty comments on my bikini pictures. But let me say this is that I don't have a bikini body but I have the confidence to carry it. I don't care what people think. Life is very uncertain hence I want to live [life to the] fullest."
