Priyanka Chopra is enjoying an action-packed trip to Queensland, Australia with her family. Chopra, 42, shared highlights from the trip, including snaps of herself wearing purple workout gear and a hat, posing on a boat with sunglasses on. “Whale watching made so much fun and easy. Thank you @queensland and @seaworldcruises. Special shout out to Kaelan and Lauren! ❤️🙏🏽,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the actress stays fit, healthy, and happy.
1. Balanced Lifestyle
Chopra doesn’t restrict herself or follow punishing fitness regimens. "Life is just really fast-paced and you don't have to kill yourself in the gym," she told Women's Health. "You don't have to starve yourself. I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure. But I like staying fit as well. I have to stay super active and agile because I do my own stunts. I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts."
2. Coffee For Breakfast

Chopra always starts the day with coffee. “We have a Nespresso machine, so I make espresso. That’s what I call my ‘first breakfast.’ Then, when I’m in New York, my assistant comes by with my ‘second breakfast,’ a Sweetgreen bowl—scrambled eggs, veggies, and farrow,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “And then … I mean, I should work out. I have every intention to. But every day it’s like, ‘I’ll do it tomorrow, I’ll do it tomorrow.’ And then tomorrow never comes. It’s the Samuel Beckett version of working out.”
3. Mind Over Matter
Chopra has a mind over matter mentality to health. "People always say you should listen to your body," she told Women's Health. "But I don't listen to my body. My body listens to me. I can't afford to be sick or low on energy. It's mind over matter: I'm going to have a good day, and not in that fake 'Happy girls are the best girls!' way."
4. Italian Food

Chopra rarely cooks, but when she does it’s usually Italian food. “Nick and I are not cookers, but we love to eat,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “Fortunately, a lot of people in my family love to cook, or one of our friends wants to cook, or we’ll bring in a chef. There’s a playlist I found online called ‘Cooking Italian dinner’ (I’m serious!), and we like to blast it when we’re having pasta.”
5. Always Hosting
Chopra loves to entertain her loved ones. “Our house is for our family and friends,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “We love having them over, and we just want them to be comfortable. I’m usually barefoot—I love the way my feet feel on the cool marble floors—and we get movie screeners sent to us, so we host a lot of movie nights. I hate watching movies I’m in; all I see are the faults. But I’m happy to watch Nick’s.”
