Project Runway host, Heidi Klum, is no stranger to showing off her figure. She was a Victoria’s Secret Angel after all. Heidi shares a lot of revealing posts on Instagram. Recently, she posted a video of herself watering her garden in a bikini. Heidi captioned the post, “Did you know that I have hazel eyes?” How does Heidi keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Makes Smoothies

Heidi shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue Australia. She revealed that she likes to make smoothies with fresh produce each day. “I eat pretty healthily. We make smoothies every morning with any kind of fruit and carrots. Not with powders or anything like that.”
She Stays Away From Unhealthy Foods
Heidi makes sure to limit the amount of unhealthier foods she eats each day. “For me, it’s more about food than exercising,” she said to Vogue Australia. “I’m not huge on carbs, even though that’s probably one of my favourite foods – French fries, pasta, all that stuff. But I try to stay away from that.”
She Runs
Heidi makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One thing she likes to do is go for runs. “Most women do like a summer season when they get ready for the beach,” she told Vogue Australia. “I don’t do that because I shoot all year round, so nothing really changes for me. I go running two to three times a week.”
She Finds Creative Ways To Workout
Heidi has a busy schedule, which makes working out difficult. For this reason, she tells Glamour that she does whatever physical activity she can in the day. “I like to try and incorporate exercise into my daily life whenever I can—which requires some creativity. Sometimes I jump on the trampoline with my kids or take a hike with my dogs in the canyon by my house. Sometimes I run for 30 minutes on my treadmill, but I prefer to be outdoors. When I’m traveling, it could be doing a few sit-ups in my hotel room before I head to work.”
She Dances
Heidi loves to dance to stay in shape. She tells Glamour that she loves dancing with her kids. “The craziest (and most fun!) workout I’ve tried this year is dancing around the living room with my kids. We love listening to upbeat music, so sometimes we turn up the volume and dance around together. It’s important to teach your kids the value of being active by setting a good example.”
