Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Supermodel Bella Hadid was born from good stock—her mom is a former model and her siblings are models—but that doesn’t mean she was born healthy. She has to work for it. The payoff is clear in her recent Instagram photo, in which, hair braided under a bandana, she poses in a bikini and a sarong, sitting on some stony steps. Read on to see 5 ways Bella Hadid stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Keeps Her Fridge Organized And Full of Healthy Foods

Hadid Instagrammed a photo of the inside of her fridge a few years back. "If anyone wants me to shop and organize their refrigerators I work mornings," the supermodel captioned the photo. Inside was the inspiration for your next grocery shopping list: Justin’s almond butter, 365 cashew butter, Siggi’s yogurts, Stumptown coffee, BluePrint juices, Harmless coconut water, kombucha, raspberries and other berries, celery sticks, carrots and hummus.

2. She Tries to Feel Good Year Round

Hadad has worked with nutritionist Charles Passler on her meal planning. Regarding his work with celebrities, “my goal is to help them be able to maintain that actual body composition 365 days a year so that they’re not scrambling at the 11th hour to be sure that they are going to fit into a dress or fit into a bikini,” Passler told People. For Hadid: “It’s adequate protein, adequate fat, and lots and lots and lots of nonstarchy vegetables,” said Passler. “That is typically the most bulletproof, easiest, soundproof way to make sure that somebody stays on track.”

3. She Eats an Early Dinner

Whether it’s because she had early family dinners or for health reasons, Hadid doesn’t like a big late night meal. “All of my friends are like, ‘What do you mean, 7? Let’s go at 10.’ Ten is my bedtime,” she told Harper’s. "The goal is to finish eating dinner, and any dessert, at least 2-3 hours before bed," Sydney Greene, MS, RD, from Greene Health tells Eat This, Not That!. "For most [people], with hectic workdays, this is not entirely realistic so set a non-negotiable 1 hour before bed that is food-free. Research shows that those who go 2-3 hours without eating before bed have a decreased cancer risk, insulin resistance, and inflammation."

4. She Goes Hard During Workouts

“I train and I work out hard for two hours — I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming, it’s amazing, but if I’m going to go for it, I’m going to go hard,” Hadid said in an E! News interview. "For decades, competitive athletes have added brief bouts of strenuous exercise to their workouts to boost their performance. Known as interval training, this practice is now moving into the mainstream, bolstered by emerging evidence of its health benefits for all sorts of people, including those with heart disease," reports Harvard Health.

5. Here’s a Sample Workout She Has Done

What's your daily workout? "When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions. I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun," she told Vogue France. To sculpt her curves: "Definitely boxing. But also Body Ballet, I've only tried it out once but I can see the long term results amongst my friends." For washboard abs: "Nothing other than boxing and a series of targeted ab workouts."

50 is the new 30 – in Hollywood at least. These celebrities have been in the public eye for decades, but somehow manage to majorly delay the aging process. From taking care of their skin and undergoing the latest treatments to remaining dedicated to healthy eating and exercise, we have compiled the longevity secrets of some of the most high-profile stars who look sensational in their 50s.

1. Bethenny Frankel: She Doesn’t Diet

2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Bethenny Frankel, 52, has one big dietary secret – she doesn’t diet. "I’m old enough to know that fat-free was a craze, low-carb, eat your weight in meat and cheese was a phase, keto is a fad, the Zone was a moment, and so on .... so yes, I eat carbs. I eat everything, but I don’t binge," the Real Housewives star dished to Good Housekeeping. "What I eat has no consistency. Today, it was an egg white vegetable omelet with a baked potato and a few french fries for lunch. Sometimes, it's arugula with tomato, avocado, and Parmesan. Pureed soups are a mainstay for me."

2. Jennifer Lopez: No Alcohol, Healthy Diet, and “Harder and Smarter” Workouts

"I'm in the best shape of my life," Jennifer Lopez, 53, told InStyle in 2021. The star attributes her ageless beauty to a healthy diet, lots of water, and zero alcohol. She has also been extremely devoted to exercise. "In my 20s and 30s I used to work out but not like I do now," she revealed. "It's not that I work out more; I just work out harder and smarter. And it doesn't take me as long as it did in the past. I do it more for my health than I do for looks, which is funny. When you do things for the right reasons, you actually look better!"

3. Paulina Porizkova: Gracefully Aging with Daily Exercise

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova, 58, believes in aging gracefully. And while she didn’t start exercising until she was 40, she now works out almost daily. “I try to exercise at least 3-5 days a week. And you know what? I ... hate it,” she said in one of her workout videos. “I don’t like to sweat and huff and puff and hurt. If sitting on a couch, eating cake, drinking wine and reading did the same for me as exercise, there would be no contest. BUT. I have come to find out that ‘working out’ is that perfect little pill everyone is looking for. It makes you feel good, look good, good for your brain and body - a small miracle that has to be paid of by a little discomfort.” Her favorite workouts include dancing, rowing, and pilates.

4. Kelly Ripa: “I Work Out Seven Days a Week”

Kelly Ripa, 52, never skips a workout "I work out seven days a week," she told In the Know. "And I try to workout an hour and a half a day, no matter what — whether I'm working or not. If I'm working, maybe I'll start it a little bit later or a little bit earlier, depending on what day of the week it is. But I am very religious about my fitness." She also avoids alcohol and maintains a super clean alkaline diet.

5. Jennifer Aniston: She Switches Up Her Workouts

Los Angeles Premiere Of Netflix's "Murder Mystery 2" - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Jennifer Aniston, 54, recently revealed to Bustle that she toned down her super-aggressive “feel the burn” approach to exercise. “I work out about three to four times a week, which is basically all your body really needs. I’ll do Pvolve, and then to switch it up, sometimes I’ll do Pilates, or sometimes I’ll take a hike,” she said. She also focuses on recovery. I love an infrared sauna or an Epsom salt bath. Those are two really good for drawing that lactic acid out, and I’ll even use my hands or a little gua sha on my legs for the same purpose.”

6. Jennifer Garner: Daily Cardio Sessions

On Jennifer Garner’s 51st birthday earlier this year she appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and revealed her secret to longevity. “What I do in the morning is I work out,” Garner said. “You’ve gotta do hard cardio to get that—to get yourself—I’m sorry, you do,” she said. “We need it in our bodies, but we need it in our brains. Your brain needs it!” she exclaimed. “You find something that actually makes you feel joyful while you’re doing it or it won’t work.”

7. Sofia Vergara

Sofia Vergara, 50, regularly jokes that she isn’t a fan of exercise. However, as she has gotten older she has incorporated weights into her routine. “The one thing that I have done that really has made a difference in my body is lifting weights. Not crazy weights. But, you know, like five pounds, seven pounds, 10 pounds. Twelve pounds is the maximum I can do. It keeps your muscles tight, and your skin tighter to you,” she explained to Health. “I’ve done Pilates and spinning, and I’ve tried all sorts of things—and they’re great.”

Brazilian-American skateboarder Leticia Bufoni is a California girl through and through: She shared an Instagram reel of herself skateboarding down the street during a beautiful Los Angeles sunset, wearing a tiny bathing suit. “My Richness Is Life” 💙,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bufoni stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Training Every Day

Bufoni skates for three to four hours a day, plus training sessions. "Every day we do a couple hours of training and then PT," she says. "We do a lot of training—functional training, balance training—and stretching. PT helps everything move better."

2. Plant-Based Diet

Bufoni tries to stay vegan/vegetarian. “I tried to be a vegan for a little bit, it only lasted three months because I started traveling a lot,” she says. “Sometimes you go to places like China and there’s no options. So I eat cheese. I don’t drink milk, I don’t eat eggs. But sometimes when I’m traveling for long and I can’t find tofu or Impossible Burger, I just eat fish. But that’s once in a while. Even in LA, I try to stay 100% vegetarian/vegan. But when I’m traveling it’s a little bit harder.”

3. Oatmeal and Fruit

Bufoni’s typical breakfast consists of oatmeal, granola, and a banana. “Whole grains are beneficial and healthy foods, and I can say that oatmeal is definitely beneficial,” says Qi Sun, assistant professor of nutrition at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Assuming there is no added sugar, “eating oatmeal for breakfast is a good choice.”

4. She Loves exercise

Twitch Prime Crown CupDave Benett/Getty Images

Bufoni genuinely enjoys exercise. “I love working out, so I’ll pretty much do everything,” she says. “Most of the exercise I do is focused on skateboarding, so I do balance training, a lot of stretching, along with ankle and hip mobility.”

5. Wake-Surfing To Relax

Even during Bufoni’s down-time she stays active. “When I’m really sore from skating and training, I go to the lake,” she says. “If I’m really tired or if I skated a lot, I’ll just take the day off and go to the lake and go wake-surfing. That’s my third favorite sport, besides skateboarding and soccer. You’re in the water and wake-surfing is super easy on the body and you’re swimming. You’re still active. If you want to recover and just stay home and do nothing, it only gets worse. So you have to stay active.”

1. She Knows to Focus on the Mental Side of Fitness

Losing weight is just as much, if not more, mental than physical. She believes in pushing her body and her mind in more ways than one. Yes, her workouts are intense, but she even goes as far as to try ice bath therapy, as seen on her Instagram. Heat and cool therapy can do wonders when it comes to reducing inflammation and loosening muscles, according to the Mayo Clinic. In addition to those benefits, ice baths are a great way to practice calming your breathing and meditation.

2. It’s Not Just A Fitness Routine, It’s a Lifestyle

“What I’m hoping is that people realize that this is a lifestyle,” explained Danica on Good Morning America, “I want them to develop a good relationship with food and exercise to not be a reward or punishment but a way of life and something that makes you feel good and something that makes you a better you every single day.” For permanent change that will stick, it has to be seen as a lifestyle adjustment and a long term commitment. There are countless benefits to exercise, as seen on the Mayo Clinic’s website.

3. She Looks at Food like it’s Medicine

“You are creating your life day by day with your thoughts. Think positive things. Believe in yourself. Have great reasons for why you’re doing what you’re doing,” Danica said to Fitness Reaper. “Eat good food because food is medicine. You’re either adding to your well-being or reducing your well-being.” Eating the right foods gives your body important nutrients and vitamins it needs, keeping you energized.

4. She Swears By Paleo

On her official website, Danica talks about her previous diet and why she switched to Paleo, even though it was meant to be temporary. “Paleo is based on the idea that you only eat foods that were available to ancient man before the invention of agriculture. So no grains, no dairy, no beans or legumes, no added sugars or preservatives. Instead, you focus on naturally raised meats, vegetables, fruits, and nuts,” said Danica. “My intention was to only do it for a week or two to reset my body with less sugar and more veggies. Well . . . I felt so good, and saw such amazing results, that I never quit.”

5. She’s Changes Her Workouts

The 2018 ESPYS - ArrivalsAllen Berezovsky/FilmMagic

“The most important part is that you figure out why you’re doing it,” Danica explains. “For me, I do it because it makes me feel good so therefore I keep doing it.” She has her staples she enjoys hanging on to like burpees, but will challenge herself with new workouts like rope climbing and yoga to strengthen the body and calm the mind.

Brooke Burke has done it all: Modeled for Playboy, won and hosted Dancing with the Stars, launched her own fitness platform, Brooke Burke Body, and this week got engaged to her longtime boyfriend, commercial real estate developer Scott Rigsby. Burke is known for her incredible figure, even after having four children, surviving thyroid cancer, and turning 50 this year. How does she do it? Read on to see seven ways Brooke Burke stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Does Pilates

Burke told Shape that one of her go-to workouts is Pilates, and that she loves going to classes. “I’m also crazy about Pilates Plus, which I do three times a week,” she says. “The class is 55 minutes, head to toe. In that short amount of time, I’ve done everything I need to do.”

2. She Uses The Treadmill Regularly

Burke says that she makes sure to workout on the treadmill daily. “I get on the treadmill, put it at a 15% incline and walk at about 3.5 miles per hour,” she said to Shape.

3. She Focuses on Workouts That Sculpt Her Body

The secret to Burke’s incredible figure? Body-sculpting and toning workouts. “As a woman, I know how to work out smarter,” she explained to Closer Weekly. “I know how to be efficient with my time. I think that’s what you need to spend if you’re target toning, [and] I really believe in body sculpting. I could go on and on and on, but movement is really important. It’s important for stress. It’s important for the kids.” Burke told Us Weekly that she incorporates target toning into her app, Brooke Burke Body. “Let’s say you don’t want to work your abs this season, or you want to work your booty, or you don’t even like to work out, you want to change your upper body,” she said. “You can get really specific on the app and just choose what you want.”

4. She Intermittent Fasts

Burke told Closer Weekly that she practices intermittent fasting. She revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic was a factor in this decision, and has helped her and her family eat healthy. “We have to be more mindful and use our leftovers and take fewer trips to the market, so intermittent fasting has been great,” she said.

5. She Gets Creative With At-Home Workouts

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when gyms were closing, Burke found unique ways to get moving at home. “My living room is the new norm,” she said to People Magazine. “It’s the new fitness studio. We’re learning how to take care of our bodies at home with no equipment. We’re just not using the excuse of time anymore because we’re all in this together, connected in this new way. It’s been really something to look forward [to] for me.” Burke encouraged people to use furniture as workout equipment. “Use a chair,” she said. “Use your sofa. Use your stairs -- I’m not talking about a two-story house, you can use the steps in your apartment complex. Use water bottles as weights. Use a lounge chair mat as a yoga mat if you don’t have one. There are so many fun, challenging and creative things you can do at home… You just have to say, ‘OK, here we are. I’m at home right now. What can I use around my house to really take care of my body?”

6. She Doesn’t Limit Carbs or Fat, But Still Eats Healthfully

Top,View,Of,Keto,Or,Ketogenic,Diet,On,White,WoodenShutterstock

Burke opened up about what she eats to OneBodyOneLife.com, and revealed that she didn’t limit her carbs and fats, but does stay away from certain unhealthy options. “We need fat, it’s all the things that we were trained not to do that really feed our brain and our skin, our hair,” she says. “I do eat a lot of fat but I am pretty conscious of what I eat, I don’t eat processed food really at all.”

7. She Sets Goals For Herself

Celebrities Visit Hallmark Channel's "Home & Family"Paul Archuleta/Getty Images

Burke told Shape that she decided to come up with a bucket list of things she wanted to accomplish. “Every woman should give herself an hour to dream and write down her desires," she says. "Once I started focusing on the things I wanted, they all started coming true."

Tedeschi shares her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight on her page. In this video, she is seen doing squats with a kettlebell. The Cleveland Clinic says that squats are very beneficial. “Squats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump … everything, re

In the previous Instagram story video, Tedeschi is seen using a weight to workout. She also shares a lot of videos in the highlight of herself using weights. ACE Fitness states that doing this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Pilates

Tedeschi likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of videos in her Instagram story highlight of herself using a reformer. Better Health reports, “The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body), balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs, improved stabilisation of your spine.”

She Does Burpees

Tedeschi likes to do burpees to keep herself in shape. She shared this video in her Instagram story highlight of herself doing them. The Cleveland Clinic says that burpees have a lot of benefits. “From an aerobic standpoint, burpees put your ticker to the test. The exercise offers the breath-stealing effect of running in a very condensed timeframe.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tedeschi is seen doing deadlifts with a weight in this Instagram story. Deadlifts are very beneficial. ACE Fitness says, “The most important benefit of the RDL is that it teaches the proper movement and biomechanics of standing hip flexion and extension. This is the foundational movement for squatting, whether the movement is performed with a weight in the gym or while bending over to pick an object up from the floor.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
