Here’s how she stays in shape.

Vixen Rachel Aust poses in her hotel room.

Rachel Aust is an activewear model. She shares a lot of her diet and workout secrets on Instagram. In a recent post, she shared what she eats in a day and some of her favorite workouts. Aust captioned the post, “Another lil What I Ate This Day. This day’s meals were all about keeping it simple and staying consistent: 🌹Golden curry with potato & carrots 🌹Choc protein overnight oats 🌹Chicken, sweet potato & broccolini 🌹Kangaroo mince with carrot & zucchini. Meal prep or even just ingredient prep makes it easy to stay on track without overcomplicating things; every meal I ate this day I had prepared ahead of time. If you’d like a free PDF of my current go-to recipes, just comment ‘cookbook’ and I’ll send it your way!”

She Loves Oats

Aust is seen eating oats in her Instagram post. Harvard Health states that oats are very beneficial. “Oats contain several components that have been proposed to exert health benefits. The primary type of soluble fiber in oats is beta-glucan, which has been researched to help slow digestion, increase satiety, and suppress appetite. Beta-glucan can bind with cholesterol-rich bile acids in the intestine and transport them through the digestive tract and eventually out of the body. Whole oats also contain plant chemicals called phenolic compounds and phytoestrogens that act as antioxidants to reduce the damaging effects of chronic inflammation that is associated with various diseases like cardiovascular disease and diabetes.”

She Loves Sweet Potato

Aust is seen eating sweet potatoes in her Instagram post. Sweet potatoes have a lot of health benefits. Reid Health states, “High vitamin A content is another one of the numerous benefits of sweet potatoes. Vitamin A is crucial for healthy teeth skin mucus membranes skeletal tissue and vision. As SFGate notes, getting too little vitamin A in your diet puts you at risk for vision problems especially in dim light. One large sweet potato provides about 1730 micrograms of vitamin A. The recommended dietary allowance of vitamin A is 700 micrograms per day for women and 900 micrograms per day for men.”

She Loves Carrots

Aust is seen enjoying carrots in two different dishes in her Instagram post. The Mayo Clinic states that carrots have a lot of benefits. “Carrots contain a compound called beta-carotene that’s converted to vitamin A in your body. Vitamin A promotes eye health, and it also reduces your risk for cancer.”

She Loves Strawberries

Rachel Aust displays her sweet but healthy treat.

Aust is seen enjoying a snack of strawberries in chocolate in her Instagram post. Strawberries have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “For starters, strawberries are loaded with vitamin C. Eight medium strawberries contain 160% of your daily recommended amount — the amount that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends you eat every day. That’s more vitamin C than you get from an orange, the fruit famous for its vitamin C. Strawberries are also packed with antioxidants, which protect cells from damage. The primary antioxidant in strawberries is anthocyanin, which gives the fruit its color. The amount of anthocyanin in strawberries increases as the fruit ripens. So, the redder the berry, the more antioxidants it contains.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Aust is seen doing exercises with weights and weighted machines. Strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

Rachel Dillon is building up her core in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her flat abs during a workout video, revealing the moves that helped her achieve her impressive midsection. “partner core challenge🔥,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. A Good Balance of Protein, Calories, Fats, and Carbs

Rachel makes sure to get enough protein and calories in to support her goals, along with fats and carbs. "I use MWU Meal Guides and recipes as a base for planning my meals, and then apply little tweaks to suit my preferences - such as swapping ingredients or changing their amounts a little bit. Remember, so long as you are consistent with your targets overall - you can be flexible with your meals!” she told Move with Us.

Her calorie and macro split revolves around:

Calories: 1955

Carbs: 245g

Protein: 120g

Fat: 55g

2. Hydration

Rachel starts the day by hydrating. First thing in the morning she drinks 700m-1L of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

3. Coffee

Rachel also drinks coffee. Her order? Medium long black, one shot, dash of oat milk, 2 sweeteners. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

4. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

“For breakfast I love to put together Emma’s Turkey & Avocado Bagel recipe from the MWU App, plus 2x quick oat sachets with scoop of protein & raspberries,” she says. “As you can see, I love to eat big meals as this really helps to fill me up and keep me feeling satisfied, as opposed to constantly snacking throughout the day. My breakfast meal also acts as a pre-workout for me, so I like it to be hearty.” After working out she has a green juice and 2x packets of cobs natural popcorn straight after training. “For lunch, I love to make an Avocado & Prawn Bowl,” she says. For an afternoon snack she has 2 rice cakes topped with turkey breast and Black Swan Skinny Tzatziki. “For dinner, one of my go-to's is the delicious Honey Chicken Stir Fry,” she says. “As you can see from my day of delicious eating, nothing is off limits for me.” Overall she believes in an “80% whole foods and 20% soul foods approach, because food is more than just fuel. It’s there to nourish AND support us… and it’s also delicious,” she says.

5. Core Workout

Here is her core workout:

  1. 10x Plate Sit Ups
  2. 10x Plate Leg Raises
  3. 10x Plate Russian Twists
  4. 10x Shoulder Taps
  5. 20x Mountain Climbers

Ricki-Lee is steaming up Cabo San Lucas – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the New Zealand-born Australian singer shows off her swerving curves in a black bathing suit while vacationing at the ultra luxe Nobu Los Cabos resort. “Hola Mexico,” she captioned the Instagram snap, getting flooded with comments by her followers. “Jessica Rabbit!” wrote one. “Hourglass,” added another. How does the 37-year-old keep herself in such great shape? Celebwell has the answer.

1. She Works Hard for Her Body

Ricki-Lee works hard for her body. "I'm not one of those girls who is naturally thin and can eat whatever I want. I am consistent with the food I eat day in day out and I work my ass off in the gym ... literally!" she wrote on Instagram in 2015.

2. She Eats Clean

"I go through phases where I let go a little bit and relax my training and indulge in my guilty pleasures more than usual ... we all do!” Ricki-Lee wrote in the same post. "And I think it's good for the soul to do that. But for the most part, my life is routine. I eat the same clean foods every day.”

3. She Works Out

Ricki-Lee exercises almost every day. “I train hard 6 days a week,” she wrote in her post. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

4. She Plans Cheat Meals

Ricki-Lee also reveals that she indulges. “I plan my 'cheat meals' and work hard to earn them and I savour every mouthful! And then I'm sweating it off the next day in the gym," she wrote in the post.

5. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Ricki-Lee revealed her daily diet in an Instagram Story. She starts with a banana and coffee with soy milk and sugar for breakfast. Lunch is a bowl filled with carrot, hummus, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions and a can of tuna, seasoned with tablespoons of homemade ginger sauce. Dinner options include peanut butter chicken in lettuce cups or with broccoli, a Mexican chicken salad bowl with guacamole and hot sauce, grilled fish with salad or green vegetables, and sesame soy garlic chicken with broccoli.

6. She Does Weight and Strength Training

“To keep it tight, up and perky you have got to put the work in,” Ricki-Lee says about why she does a combination of high intensity workouts, lifting weights and plenty of squats, squat jumps and lunges. “One of my favourite’s is a step-up into a reverse lunge,” she said. “I really enjoy watching my body change as I work with weights or if I do more cardio. I find it fascinating.”

7. Exercise Makes Her Feel “Strong, Alive, and Awake

“For me it’s just about how I feel and when I go for a run or when I do an awesome workout, I feel strong, alive and awake,” Ricki-Lee told News.com.au. “I feel like I can take on the whole world, that’s why I eat healthy and that’s why I workout — not for any other reason.”

Protein-Centric Diet

Daisy’s diet is focused around protein. A video on YouTube she revealed that she starts her day with a nutritious breakfast: Banana oat pancakes. She makes them with oats, bananas, and protein powder. Or she might have avocado toast, with bread, cumin, turmeric salt, butter, avocado, arugula, and blood orange. For lunch she eats two chicken tenders with one cup of rice and veggies. Daisy also gets her protein in by making herself a protein shake, which usually consists of vegan protein powder, almond milk, bananas, and blueberries. She also tries to swap out sugar with protein. “It helps me with how I feel in the morning,” she continued. “I don’t wake up sluggish.” She added that when she eats sugar at night she doesn’t want to wear a crop top in the morning. “I love feeling like I'm in good shape and want to show off my body.” She also has a trick for reducing caloric intake. “I eat just a little less, a healthy amount less.”

Cheating in Moderation

“I'm the type of person who gets super bored, so I have to switch everything up,” she added. She cheats but in moderation. A few of her favorite indulgences include Cadbury mini eggs, which she describes as being “the best in the world,” adding “I'm obsessed with them.” She also loves fried bananas.

Hiking and Walking

Daisy loves to hike. “Mountain girl,” she captioned a post from Sedona, Arizona. She also makes sure to get her steps in. “Morning walk,” she captioned another Instagram post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Hot Tub Soaks

Daisy loves soaking in the hot tub, especially after a workout. If you don’t have access to a hot tub, just take a bath. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Strength Training

Daisy relies on strength training to keep her body sculpted. She regularly shares her workouts – like this “hourglass abs workout,” – on YouTube which she demonstrates on her YouTube channel. In it, she spends 10 minutes focused on the midsection with each minute devoted to a single exercise, starting with basic crunches, then bicycle kicks, jack knives, Russian twists, toe taps, bicycle crunches, scissor kicks, reverse crunches, and ending with butterfly kicks.According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Rachael Finch is sharing a “mix + match” lunch idea – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the health and wellness influencer shows off her washboard abs in a crop top and leggings, while cooking up a healthy meal. In the post she reveals her strategy, which involves “loading with veg first,” adding “enough” quality protein, fats, and carbohydrates “that digest well in my body,” using leftovers, and how she can create the meal in 5 to 10 minutes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Daily Exercise

Rachael exercises daily. “I move my body every day! But every day is entirely different, there are no two weeks the same. On average throughout the week I will break up my fitness with cardiovascular training, strength training, flexibility and balance work, and yoga sessions,” she told Marie Claire.

2. Mixing Up Workouts

Rachael does lots of different workouts. “My favorite types of exercise are anything from yoga to stretch sessions, dance workouts, HIIT sessions, walks in the parks, interval training. My least favorite is anything that lasts longer than 45 minutes, or is too intense.”

3. Yoga and Pilates

One of her go-tos? “I love my BodyTone workout from my program—the yoga-inspired sessions have the greatest impact. It’s a slower paced session and great for calming the mind first thing in the morning. This workout combines yoga and Pilates and works on flexibility, balance and total body strength,” she says.

4. Training and “Lazy” Days

Rachael also takes rest days. “I don’t count the number of days I am training, and I don’t count the days I rest. I purely go on how I feel and that may mean I have four lazy days out of a week, or may mean I have one lazy day, I may even train every day. It all depends on how my body and mind feel,” she says.

5. Collagen Coffee

Rachael is a coffee drinker, but she infuses it with collagen. “There is not a day that goes by that I don’t have my collagen coffee! I mix one scoop of Kissed Earth Brilliance Collagen, one scoop of medicinal mushrooms, 1 teaspoon of Maca powder, plus almond milk and black coffee. I blend it all in a blender and drink it with a big smile on my face.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
