Rachel Bush Highlights Her “SoFlo Glow” and Shares Her Secrets to Confidence

Rachel Bush is breaking the internet in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the model flaunts her fantastic figure in a little black bikini, driving her followers wild. “so pretty rach! that SoFlo glo,” commented one of her followers. “🔥🔥HOT,” added another. “Goddess of beauty and perfection👏👏👏,” a third chimed in. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Avoids Negativity

Rachel tries to avoid negativity by not paying attention and “not attacking those who attack me because they have their own issues,” she wrote in a post. “I’m me, I’m blessed, I’m happy and I’m going to get back on track! No more reading into the negative comments and hate for me 🙅🏽♀️ just pure positivity from here on out! Because people are either going to hate or love you! I have nothing to prove nor do I no longer want to have to prove anything for those who haven’t got to meet me and get to know me in real life. I don’t have the energy for the hate anymore.”

Horseback Riding

Rachel likes to get outside and reap the health benefits of horseback riding. The American Heart Association explains that riding horses is excellent for your health. It boosts cardiovascular health, builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Skiing and Snowboarding

Rachel loves winter sports. “Do you ski or snowboard? I started skiing as a kid, got bored so I learned how to board,” she captioned a photo while on a snowboarding trip to Aspen. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, and diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also reduce your risk for chronic diseases and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

Hiking

Hiking, “one of the best ways to get exercise,” according to the National Parks Service, is also part of her routine. “No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” they say. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

A "Healthy and Fun Filled Life"

“My goal is to inspire and empower as many people as I can. I aspire to live a healthy and fun filled life others can look up to,” Bush writes on her fitness website, which is full of workout and meal plans. “I aspire to live a healthy and fun filled life others can look up to. With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything! Starting from a young age I was set on making a name for myself. Now I am blessed with an amazing life full of endless opportunities and beautiful family. On my website you will be able to follow my journey as well as purchase my products.”

1. This is Her Morning Wellness Routine

“I won’t lie: I’m a fan of the snooze button, so I like to do a little extra sleeping whenever I can. After I wake up, I do some light stretching just to get myself going and then I like to do affirmations. I think it’s really important to start the day off with positive energy. I usually do all that before my morning skincare, and then it’s off to breakfast! I would say the most important part of my wellness routine is not going straight to my phone in the morning. I like to take my time and really get myself centered before I go into work mode. After breakfast, I shower and then head to the gym for cardio and weights,” she told W.

2. She Says This About Her Glowing Skin

“I have combination skin, and unfortunately am prone to breaking out if I do a lot of appearances in a row or if I’m on tour. It’s super important for me to use products that are soothing. La Mer has an incredible skincare line that really helps keep my skin looking fresh. I’m also a big fan of using a light therapy face mask, which helps to kill bacteria and calms inflammation,” she told W.

3. Clothes Make Her Feel Good

"For me, every day I wake up feeling like, 'OK, what do I want to conquer today?' and that helps me get dressed," Ora told TZR. "I always wear a tight pair of pants to make myself feel really sexy and feminine. Ones I recently discovered and I can't take off are the [Maison] Margiela shiny pants. They're high-waisted and they make your legs look super long."

4. This is How She Self-Loves

“My mum is a big manifester. She’s always like, ‘Put it into the universe and it will come back to you.' So I always write affirmations. I stick them on little Post-Its around my room. I also bought this facial steamer on Amazon. Don’t know if it works, but it feels really good. And I give myself little facials and hair masks and do things that make me feel better,” she told TZR.

5. She Has Raved About This Supplement

Ora “ takes the vitamin C supplement Altrient C- Liposomal Vitamin C. Ora said, “they don’t taste good, but I take these every day. It’s a vitamin C supplement that I’m super strict with because vitamins really help keep me together. Especially with everything going on right now, I just really want to take things to protect my immune system,” according to Cheat Sheet.

Bryant opened up about her beauty secrets to E! Online. In it, she was asked what advice she would give herself at the start of RHOP, specifically with her looks. “I would just say ‘you do you,’” she says. “It's tough because for an entire season there are a lot of outfits with different hair and makeup. There's a lot for people to criticize. So, just don't take it too seriously. You just need to feel comfortable with whatever you wear. If you're comfortable, you can't go wrong.”

2. She Takes Travel Sized Skincare Products With Her

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - May 16, 2022Gotham/GC Images

Bryant shared her secrets for taking skincare products with her while traveling to E! Online. “I have everything in travel sizes. A beauty hack of mine is that when I go to my esthetician, I go ‘Where are the product samples?’ Always ask for the product samples. Those one-use packs of skincare products are great for travel. So, then I don't need to bring all of my products. I just have these little packs. I put those in my little bag so I don't have to bring my big makeup bag. Ladies, when you go to your esthetician, ask for samples. If they say they don't have them, they're lying.”

3. She Uses Nutrisystem

Bryant opened up about her secrets to weight-loss to E! Online. She says that she is working on eating better, and cites a specific meal service in particular. "I joined Nutrisystem and I'm an ambassador for them and that really, really helped me," she says. "With Nutrisystem, it gets delivered to your door, so I didn't need to worry about going out and buying all this junk, all this stupid stuff that I was eating...The pounds just literally fell off."

4. She Swims

Bryant shared one of her favorite workouts on an episode of RHOP. She says that she has started swimming a lot more. "I have incorporated, into my exercise routine, swimming," she says. "So I'm in a pool three times a week. And I know how to make my body better — all of this — by my swimming."

5. She Removes Her Makeup

Bryant tells E! Online that she makes sure to remove her makeup. She shared some of her favorite tips and products for doing so. "I have a lot of makeup on because it needs to hold up under the lights. I use the makeup wipes first. Then, I started using this balm from True Botanicals. The makeup melts right off. It's soft and it's kind of oily a little bit. It's heaven. It works so well. I wash my face with Cetaphil just to make sure all the makeup and dirt are gone. It's just a tried and true product."

1. She Likes to Feel Her Best for Big Events

A Dreamy Evening With GoopglowBryan Bedder/Getty Images

“If I have a big event coming up, I like to make sure I'm doing lots of cardiovascular exercise, lots of sweat, lots of scrubbing. I'm a big believer in enjoying your life. But if you have a something specific that you're trying to get ready for, or just once a year, I really like to do a good detox for maintenance. So I've basically tried everything from a one day gallbladder flush fast to a seven week nightmare. It's great for eliminating bloat and firming your skin and just feeling your best,” she told Net-a-Porter.

2. This is How She Keeps Her Hair Healthy

“Nutrition is a really important component of having healthy hair, fish oil. If you take fish oil, it's good for your hair. And also I'm a big believer in old-fashioned hair, brushing, stimulating the scalp and really getting the oils through to the ends of the hair. I think that's a good way to keep your hair healthy,” she told Net-a-Porter.

3. Life is Getting Sweeter as She Turns 50

Harper's Bazaar Exhibtion At Musee Des Arts Decoratifs In ParisPascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

“On September 27, I’ll turn 50. As I sit here contemplating this idea in the late summer morning, no moisture in the air, breeze moving only the tops of the trees, I strangely have no sense of time passed. I am as connected to this feeling of longing, of promise—promise of the fall, of something ebbing—as I was 30 years ago. I understand on some level that life is linear, that I have lived x number of days thus far and I have more in the basket under my arm than I do in the field before me. But there is something about the sweetness of life that exists deep within me that is unchanged, that will not change. It is the essence of the essence. It seems to be getting sweeter,” she wrote in this great Goop essay this week.

4. Here’s How She Wants to Live Going Forward

“I would like to slow down. I would like to retreat a little bit. I would like to make my circle smaller. I would like to cook dinner more. I would like to see misunderstandings become understandings. I would like to continue to open the deepest part of myself to my husband, even though it scares me. I would like to sing more, even if it’s just in the shower. I would like to tell anyone that had a negative experience with me that I am sorry. I would like to fully acknowledge myself. I am imperfect, I can shut down and turn to ice, I have no patience, I swear at other drivers, I don’t close my closet doors, I lie when I don’t want to hurt feelings. I am also generous and funny. I am smart and brave. I am a searcher, and I can bring you along on my quest for meaning. When I love you, you will feel it encompass you through time and space and till the end of the earth. I am all of it,” she wrote.

5. She Started Goop to Connect With People

“It's scary to leave infrastructure or like a whole system, where there's so much scaffolding, where you're like, okay, I know my place here. I felt like when I was acting a lot, it was an amazing career and I got to travel to all these amazing places and make out with Jude Law and and Ethan Hawke…and Robert Downey as well,” she said ot laughs. “But I did feel sort of like I had this other calling like this other passion and I really wanted to give myself the agency to pursue it. And though it was scary, I kind of felt like I had my, I had my kid, my first child and… in the acting world, you kind of go for three months and you're traveling and you're on set all day. And I didn't think it was really conducive to being a new mom and I kind of stepped away and then started kind of like contemplating what I could do in the lifestyle space or how I could connect people to things that might be valuable to them. And how could I impact lives in a way that felt more immediate to me and more meaningful to me. And so I kind of like went from there,” she said at Side X Side.

Now she’s more likely to be found practicing and teaching yoga—or in Hawaii, where she posted a photo of herself in a bikini yesterday along with an inspiring message. 1. She Believes in the Healing Powers of Water

Wrote Hunter from Hawaii on Instagram: “𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 ~ This 𝑸𝒖𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, where would we be without this soothing sensual grace? that we not only embody, but surrounds us,” she wrote, captioning her Hawaiian beach shots. “Whether we are drinking, submerging, or watching bath, lake, sea what ever you wish! Soothing a dry body allowing the wet to soak into our skin, making it expand ,dewy and supple ,taking away the emotions that we have gathered. Just one brief moment submerged under here and raising up out feeling invigorated with her initiation qualities of washing away the old and cleansing for the new noon,

Meanwhile I’m quite happy here in my sunglasses submerged in the rock pool floating, crawling around, feeling absolutely beached, looking at the odd turtle poke it’s head up ,fish swim by looking at my very burnt behind. Washing + soaking away all this crazy" stuff "that no longer serves me over this last year ! I highly recommend while going through the change in the body, water has very much been a wise one for me.”

2. She is a Trained Yoga Teacher

The Feminine Collective: Raw And Unfiltered Vol. 1JB Lacroix/WireImage

“I had been practicing yoga for about 11 years on and off before I did my training in India in 2017,” she told New Beauty. “I found there were some incredible sweet spots during yoga those first 11 years, where my mind would let go of the constant running of thoughts going around in my head. This led to more creativity, to being in the moment and enjoying the connection between the breath and the body. But, I still wanted to understand more of what yoga is—I previously thought it was just asana (a sitting meditation pose). So, when I went to India, I unraveled a whole evolutional tool box for myself.”

3. She Recommends You Be You!

“I have always loved doing jobs that allow me to connect with people, which started during my modeling days. I’m extremely grateful for my 30 years in the modeling business; everything that has happened has been the way it was meant to be,” she told New Beauty. “I once asked my mother what her biggest regrets were. Her answer was: ‘not being who you are.’ From that moment in my modeling career, everything changed. It was time to fully step into my life and India was—and still is—a place of transformation. I wanted to connect to what I loved; we are not just limited to our job titles. So step in and Be YOU!”

A few years ago, Hunter said to Women’s Day: "I have " eff it "Sundays' where I diet during the week and then eat whatever I want on Sunday. I don't go crazy, but there's no pressure," she said.

Hunter shared this as the New Year struck:

“Seeing the numbers 2020 all I could think of was

' Clear Perception ,Truth'

The finale of 2020 has brought up for myself or I have seen Fear , Tears, Anxiety, constantly questioning our health, wanting to see loved ones, families . Hug our kids . Seeing them 6ft away not being able to hug them.

As soon as we share where we are at, or are heard, we feel a release, some space .

Tears can be shed , room is felt in The Body relaxing, then some moments of relief .

Most important is we are ALL relative regardless of what we have or don’t have , in feeling where we are all at.

Feels murky still , but in that murky , has purged truths .

I can only sense where there is murky there is mud , mud turns earth, from earth , we start to grow a stable foundation , solid, evolving ,Rising . We Rise again in our truth who we are.

As this second wave is hitting up here More than Ever always in my thoughts + prayers are the Front liners and those lost and affected by this." She inserted a thank you emoji. "it never a seems enough words to you all .

Lots of love Thankful for YOU ALL + my YOGA PRACTICE .

Truth is our own Perception ...

Refine it . Give it vitality. Give it clarity . Knowledge .

Allow your Soul and human expression be your truth .”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
