In a new social media post, the model wife of NFL star Jordan Poyer flaunts her incredible figure in the iconic red Baywatch swimsuit on Halloween matching with her sister Jordan. “Beauty queens!” commented a follower. “Gorgeous girls,” added another. 1. Outdoor Workouts

Rachel has a no-excuses policy when it comes to exercise. When she is traveling, you will find her getting her sweat on outdoors. “Outdoor workouts, count me in,” she captioned a post.

2. Equestrian Sport

Rachel loves horseback riding. “Can’t wait to travel again,” she captioned a photo of herself riding a horse. The American Heart Association explains that riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

3. Snowboarding

Rachel loves snowboarding. “Do you ski or snowboard? I started skiing as a kid, got bored so I learned how to board,” she captioned a photo while on a snowboarding trip to Aspen. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

4. Hiking

Rachel enjoys hiking, “one of the best ways to get exercise,” according to the National Parks Service. “No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” they say. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems.

5. Inspiring and Aspiring

Rachel’s life revolves around fitness. “My goal is to inspire and empower as many people as I can. I aspire to live a healthy and fun filled life others can look up to,” Bush writes on her fitness website, which is full of workout and meal plans. “I aspire to live a healthy and fun filled life others can look up to.
