Rachel Dillon is building up her core in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer flaunts her flat abs during a workout video, revealing the moves that helped her achieve her impressive midsection. “partner core challenge🔥,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. A Good Balance of Protein, Calories, Fats, and Carbs

Rachel makes sure to get enough protein and calories in to support her goals, along with fats and carbs. "I use MWU Meal Guides and recipes as a base for planning my meals, and then apply little tweaks to suit my preferences - such as swapping ingredients or changing their amounts a little bit. Remember, so long as you are consistent with your targets overall - you can be flexible with your meals!” she told Move with Us.

Her calorie and macro split revolves around:

Calories: 1955

Carbs: 245g

Protein: 120g

Fat: 55g

2. Hydration

Rachel starts the day by hydrating. First thing in the morning she drinks 700m-1L of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

3. Coffee

Rachel also drinks coffee. Her order? Medium long black, one shot, dash of oat milk, 2 sweeteners. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

4. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

“For breakfast I love to put together Emma’s Turkey & Avocado Bagel recipe from the MWU App, plus 2x quick oat sachets with scoop of protein & raspberries,” she says. “As you can see, I love to eat big meals as this really helps to fill me up and keep me feeling satisfied, as opposed to constantly snacking throughout the day. My breakfast meal also acts as a pre-workout for me, so I like it to be hearty.” After working out she has a green juice and 2x packets of cobs natural popcorn straight after training. “For lunch, I love to make an Avocado & Prawn Bowl,” she says. For an afternoon snack she has 2 rice cakes topped with turkey breast and Black Swan Skinny Tzatziki. “For dinner, one of my go-to's is the delicious Honey Chicken Stir Fry,” she says. “As you can see from my day of delicious eating, nothing is off limits for me.” Overall she believes in an “80% whole foods and 20% soul foods approach, because food is more than just fuel. It’s there to nourish AND support us… and it’s also delicious,” she says.

5. Core Workout

Here is her core workout:

  1. 10x Plate Sit Ups
  2. 10x Plate Leg Raises
  3. 10x Plate Russian Twists
  4. 10x Shoulder Taps
  5. 20x Mountain Climbers

Amanda Tress is a very successful fitness trainer. She recently announced her new 2025 program on Instagram. Tress captioned the post, “Did someone say ADVANCED workouts for 2025?! For those of you who are straight up ATHLETES because you have been crushing the FWTFL for years… we will have an ADVANCED workout track for you starting January 6! It’s about to get 👑🔥🚀”

She Does Burpees

Tress shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. As a part of her 12 Days of Fitmas series, she shared a different workout each day on her page. In this video, Tress is seen doing burpees. The Cleveland Clinic states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body, says exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT.”

She Does Squats

Another exercise Tress did in her 12 Days of Fitmas series is squats. According to Piedmont, squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Doesn't't Weigh Herself

In the caption of this Instagram post, Tress revealed that she doesn’t weigh herself or own a scale. “Why I don’t own a scale. I threw away my scale over a decade ago and I don’t often talk about why. I even banned ‘weigh ins’ through the FASTer Way when I first launched it because I feel so strongly that daily weigh-ins are not a good representation of progress and, in fact, can be a de-motivator. Over time, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t found in numbers on a scale. Instead, I track my health and fitness through things that actually matter to me: 💪🏻Getting stronger in my lifts and seeing muscle definition develop 👕 How my clothes fit and feel ⚡ My daily energy levels 😴 Quality of sleep 🧘♀️ How my body feels - no bloating, moving well. Daily weigh-ins used to be demotivating and didn’t reflect the real progress I was making in strength and overall health. Plus the scale can’t measure confidence, strength, or how great it feels to crush a workout.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tress likes to do deadlifts to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in this workout video on Instagram. Tress captioned it, “I tweaked my back doing deadlifts 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 We shall see how this pans out trying to lug 5 kids around this weekend. 😝 I worked around it and still got in a great workout. Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!!!”

She Does Lunges

Tress shared some more of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video with a friend. One exercise she is seen doing in it is lunges. Tress captioned the post, “Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!! Oh my word. My legs are smoked. 🙌🏻👑🎄PS Emma is the best workout buddy and she’s getting so strong.”

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is a fitness trainer and influencer. She has a large following on Instagram. Recently, Bazinet shared a core workout on her account. She captioned the post, “Daily Abs Workout – Let’s Get That Core Burning! 🔥Looking to strengthen your core and sculpt those abs? Try this quick and effective Daily Abs Workout designed to challenge your endurance and build a stronger midsection. 💪Here’s the workout: ⏱ 3 Sets - 3-Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible): • 10 Tabletop Toe Touches • 10 Plank Knee-to-Elbow • 10 Bicycle Crunches • 10 Plank Jacks. ⏱ Rest: 60 seconds between sets. This core burner will not only tone your abs but also improve your overall stability and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels! 🌟”

She Works Her Core

As you can see from her Instagram post, Bazinet makes sure to do core exercises. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts have a lot of benefits. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

She Works Her Upper Body

Bazinet makes sure to work her upper body. She shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. Bazinet captioned it, “💪 Upper Body & Metcon Workout! 🔥Love bodybuilding-style training but still want to keep that functional fitness edge? This workout from Féroce Fitness is the perfect blend of strength, endurance, and power. Let’s crush it! 🚀Friday Programming: Upper Body Supersets 1️⃣ Superset 1: • Dips (12-10-8-8) • 20 Dumbbell Pullovers. 2️⃣ Superset 2: • Close Grip Bench Press (15-12-10-8) • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls 3️⃣ Superset 3: • Dumbbell/Barbell Skull Crushers (20-15-12-12) • Standing Barbell Curls (20-15-12-12). Whether you’re hitting the gym or modifying for home, this workout will leave you feeling unstoppable. 🌟”

She Lifts Weights

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is seen using weights during a workout.

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Bazinet is seen using weights to workout. ACE Fitness states that using weights to exercise has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Stretches

Bazinet shared this video on Instagram of herself doing one of her favorite stretches. She captioned it, “ Stretch of the Century 🔥Say goodbye to tight hips and hello to the ultimate mobility game-changer! 🙌 This is hands-down my FAVORITE mobility movement for relieving tension in the psoas—the muscle that works overtime when we lift, run, or sit too much. 🏋️♀️🏃♀️ Why it works: Your psoas gets super tight from constant hip flexion, but with this simple technique, you can give it the love it deserves! 💖 ➡️ How to do it: 1️⃣ Use a handle (or similar tool) and start near your pelvic bone. 2️⃣ Gently follow the line of your hip bone, moving up toward the side of your stomach. 3️⃣ Apply gentle pressure and focus on releasing tight spots (not directly on the bone but right beside it). This stretch is a 10/10 game-changer for recovery and mobility—your body will thank you! 🙏”

She Works Her Lower Body

Bazinet doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. Bazinet captioned the post, “This is your ultimate guide to strong, sculpted legs—featuring 5 weeks of programming and over 100 workouts to take your training to the next level! 💪Ready for a challenge? Try this Leg Day Finisher to torch your lower body and build strength and mobility: Finisher: 🔥 3 Sets: • 15 reps of the following complex: 1️⃣ Cossack Squat (each leg) 2️⃣ Wide Back Squat 3️⃣ Good Morning. ⏱ Rest: 90 sec between sets. Tips: ✔️ Increase load and range of motion with each set. ✔️ Keep your heels down and your back arched for optimal form. ✔️ Focus on control and full range of motion to maximize muscle activation. This finisher will leave your glutes, quads, and hamstrings on fire while improving your stability and flexibility. 🍑💥”

Kerly Ruiz is training her legs – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness personality shows off her amazingly fit figure during an exercise session. “Workout of the day!! Here I leave you today's exercise for quadriceps!!” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Here's What She Eats in a Day

Kerly shared a sample day of eating, starting with breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg

30g of oats or 1/2 potatoes. Next up, a snack, a protein shake and 2 small Colombian potatoes. Then, for lunch she has 140g chicken with 100g rice and a green salad. For a snack she has 90g shrimp and zucchini vegetable pasta. And finally, for dinner she has 110g of fish with 1 egg and green salad.

Intermittent Fasting

In order to “lose weight, burn fat and get super fit” Kerly intermittent fasts, which she calls her eating method. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Low Carb Diet

Kerly is on a low carb diet, she told El Estimulo, revealing she only eats “light” sandwiches. “I try not to eat a lot of bread because it makes my belly bigger, but when I can, I use whole wheat bread. I try to combine it with protein, which is very important to maintain muscle. I like to put some dressings that give flavor to the sandwich so that the diet is pleasant and I don't get bored,” she says. “Olives, avocado, olive oil, alfalfa, whole wheat toast, a grilled chicken breast and a little mustard, because it's the only dressing that doesn't have calories. No mayonnaise, no tomato sauce.”

She Counts Calories

“My diet only allows me a low-calorie sandwich, between 150 and 180 calories, which could be eaten mid-morning - I eat 6 times a day - because you can't eat carbohydrates at night. I try to find the right flavors, since I live on a diet. I put a little bit of what I have at home, avocado, which even though it has fat, it's the good kind, tomato too, so to speak, you can't overdo it either, and olive oil, which is a good fat for the body, skin, hair and nails,” she added.

No Mayo

One ingredient that she would never put in a sandwich? “Mayonnaise because I think that first of all it's greasy for the skin, it gives you acne and secondly it goes to your belly, your rolls. I don't like mayonnaise at all,” she said.

Jeanette Jenkins is unveiling a total body workout in honor of the new year – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post, Pink’s personal trainer shows off her fantastic figure in an exercise set while demonstrating a variety of moves. “No Equipment! No Excuses! Total Body Workout! 🔥Share with your friends or save for later!” she writes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Here Are The Details

How many reps should you do? “Get it in! 10-15reps per exercise,” Jenkins instructs. “10-15reps or 30-45secs of each move.” She recommends doing a total of two to three sets. In the Instagram clips she demonstrates each exercise, so follow along!

Here Are The Exercises

Jeanette Jenkins is pictured doing Push-Up + Ankle Taps.

Jeanette Jenkins/Instagram

1. Side Plank + Oblique Crunch

2. Side Lunge + Cross Body Kick

3. Warrior 3 Balance + Leg Reach 10x + Hold 30secs

4. Push-Up + Ankle Tap

5. Reverse Lunge + Rotation

6. Mountain Climbers

7. Squat Jump + Cross Touch (Low Impact remove jump)

8. Plie Squat on Toes

9. High Knees

10. Abs/Obliques Cross Body Toe Touch

Learn To Love Exercise

And, change your attitude! “Lastly, don’t look at exercise and diet as something to dread,” says Jenkins. “Healthy living and moving your body are a way of life and don’t happen overnight. Most importantly, don’t forget a positive attitude. It will set you up for long-term success.”

Hydration

Hydration is also key. “It would be best if you started well-hydrated before you even get moving. Signs like dark urine color will tell you that you need to up your fluid intake before hitting the gym. During a workout, we activate our sweat glands to help cool down the body, which depletes our internal water levels. Dehydration occurs when fluid losses exceed fluid consumed through both foods and drinks. It can impact everything from athletic performance and muscle recovery to mood, alertness, concentration and short-term memory,” she told Abbott.

Diet

If you want to get in shape, you will have to modify your diet as well. “Whether you’re looking to burn fat or strengthen your muscles, you must pay attention to your meal plan just as much as your workout plan,” Jenkins told Abbott. “In general, most people don’t understand how many calories they eat in a day or how many calories they should be eating. If you are trying to burn body fat or slim down, you need to have a calorie negative at the end of the day.” The first step is understanding “what you are eating and how many calories are in your chosen foods,” she claims. “There are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat. If you have a calorie negative of -500 a day, you can achieve a calorie negative of -3500 in a week (7 days) to help you burn off 1 pound of fat. It takes time to learn about the food you put in your body, but it’s necessary, and that knowledge you gain will remain with you for a lifetime. Also, take time to meal prep. Spending an hour at the beginning of your week planning meals will save time and calories.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do.
