Ramona Singer In Workout Gear Says "Who Doesn't Love a Great Beach Walk?"

She loves the beach.

The Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer is enjoying the summer season at her house in the Hamptons, despite gray skies instead of sunshine. Singer, 67, shared a picture of herself wearing orange leggings and a white tank top, posing on the sand against a dramatic ocean view. "Who doesn't love a great beach walk?!?" she captioned the post. Singer is thriving in her 60s—here's how she stays fit, healthy, and happy.

1

Beach Walks

Singer lives a very active lifestyle, something she continued during the pandemic lockdowns. "I have to listen to my body, because of my Lyme disease, so what I try to do is go for a walk anywhere from two to four miles a day on the beach," she told Hollywood Life. "Or, I'll do a walk for a mile or two on the beach and then I'll do a walk along the intercostal. I also have the free weights here in Boca. So yeah, I'm still working out, I eat healthy and I haven't gained any weight."

Healthy Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Singer's nutritionist Dr. Daryl Gioffre put her on an anti-inflammatory diet packed with healthy fats. She eats three meals a day with no snacking in between. "Oatmeal is something Ramona likes a lot of. It's not about saying you need to eliminate it, but [thinking,] when can we add in better swaps?" Gioffre tells Bravo TV. "For example, like a chia pudding or quinoa bowls. Instead of dairy, having things like nut milk. It's really about identifying foods within the standard American diet that most of us think are actually healthy, but are actually increasing inflammation within the body."

Mother-Daughter Bond

Singer has a very close bond with her daughter Avery. "She would say to me, 'Mom, do you think everybody at college calls their mom every day? Nobody does. Maybe once a week or once every two weeks.' We would call each other every day, FaceTime each other as she's walking to class," she told Glamour. "Even now I see her once a week. We usually do family dinner nights Monday night or Sunday night. I cook for her, her girlfriends, my friends, or just her and I. We always spend time together, so I'm very lucky that way."

Healthy Routine

Singer had no issues living with ex-husband Mario Singer during the pandemic lockdowns. "Mario has these beautiful protein shakes ready for us that he mixes with fresh vegetables and fruit," she told Glamour. "Then I like to take a shower and do my hair. I do my skin regimen, which is just Ageless by Ramona. I put on light makeup, a little lipstick, because I want to look good for me. I dress in a pretty workout outfit. We have weights, and I do some weights."

Chilled Jazz

Singer loves pop music and jazz. "My new thing is chilled jazz, because I do like that now and then,"she told Hollywood Life. "I also play the top hits, like the top 50 on Spotify. The jazz is pretty good though. I like it because sometimes you don't want to hear the crazy music that much."
