Chattergee captioned the post, “Gym for body and a little bit of yoga and stretching for mental balance.” Northwestern Medicine states that yoga has a lot of mental benefits. “Yoga is often touted as a stress reliever, and many studies back this claim. Practicing yoga regularly can help decrease the stress hormone cortisol. Yoga can also help with anxiety and depression. A study of 64 women with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) showed that practicing yoga once per week reduced symptoms. After practicing yoga for 10 weeks, 54 percent of study participants had no symptoms of PTSD at all.”

The Mayo Clinic states that stretching improves your body’s flexibility. “Research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints. The Mayo Clinic states that weight training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls.”
4. She Does Squats

Chatterjee does squats to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen holding a squat. Allina Health states that squats are a great exercise. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”
5. She Dances
Chatterjee loves to dance. She shares a lot of dance videos on social media. Chatterjee shared this video of herself dancing on Instagram.
