Rashmika Mandanna is putting herself first – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress shows off her lean and strong body in a two-piece workout set heading into a workout session. "Prioritise yourself. 🤍," she captioned the Instagram photos. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Lots of Exercise

Rashmika is obsessed with exercise. "I am a fitness freak. I love working out almost to the extent where I have to have my trainer shoo me out of the gym, which has happened rather too many times. I love giving shocks to my body; I love challenges," she told Indian Express. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Healthy Diet

Rashmika also understands the importance of a healthy diet. "Additionally, I am conscious of what I eat — that's what actually shows," she added to the publication.

Boxing and Kickboxing

Rashmika loves to box and kickbox. "What I actually do when I am super super annoyed!💥," she captioned a clip of her workout. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Core Work

Rashmika does a lot of core work to keep her midsection toned and taut. "My happiest time is when I am doing a core strengthening workout 🥰🥰✨💃🏻," she captioned a video. In the clip she does v-ups.

Me Time

While Rashmika is very hardworking, she knows when to take "me time" for herself. "There are times when I work without a break…I am living different characters while also taking care of important matters such as finances, life, family, among others. It can get overwhelming at times. But when I do manage to take some time off, I like to be with my loved ones. Being around them grounds me and, at the same time, rejuvenates me," she told Harper's Bazaar.
