Real Housewives Of Miami’s Larsa Pippen In Bikini Has “Summer Games”

The reality star shared a new photo on Instagram this week.

Larsa Pippen is one of the cast members of The Real Housewives of Miami. Since she lives in Miami, she makes sure to break out her best swimsuits. Recently, Larsa shared a new bikini photo on Instagram. In it, she lounged poolside in a white bikini. She captioned the post, “Summer games.” How does Larsa get her bikini body looking amazing? Here are 5 of her diet and workout secrets.

She Sets Goals

Larsa shared some of her fitness tips in an interview with the TLS Blog. She says that she sets fitness goals for herself. “Make sure the goals you set are realistic. Often times, we set ourselves up for disappointment by setting the bar too high. Start small and slowly increase your milestones, this way you have something to work towards.”

She Prioritizes Fitness

One way Larsa stays in shape on a regular basis is by making it a priority in her life. “For me fitness is a lifestyle,” she says to HollywoodLife. “I really love doing it. It helps your mind, your body, and the balance it gives you is really important in life… A lot of times we get lost and we start focusing on other people or other things that are not necessarily good for you and this is the one thing that you can do for yourself and make time for yourself.”

She Believes In Portion Control

Larsa shared some of her diet secrets with HollywoodLife. She says that she thinks portion control is more effective than diet plans. “If you want to lose a couple of pounds, you have to eat a little bit less. That’s the only thing that’s gonna work for life, because you can do all these diets, you can start them, but I don’t feel like you can live that [way] forever. When you stop doing these diets and you go back to what you normally are used to, you’re going to have the same results that you had before.

She Cooks

One way Larsa eats healthily is by cooking. She shared some of her favorite recipes with Hollywoodlife.  “For instance, today, I made oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, raisins and walnuts for breakfast. I have salmon, broccoli and brown rice that I’m going to make for lunch. And then for dinner I’ll have a salad with chicken breast. I love to eat.”

She Still Indulges

While Larsa does eat healthy, she also believes in indulging once in a while.  “I do love chocolate,” Larsa says to HollywoodLife. “I love dessert and I’m known to make pies. Me and my kids make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I do cheat, but that’s normal. I’ll just do 10 extra squats that day. I’ll do 20 extra jumping jacks.”
