Jennifer Pedranti is the newest member of The Real Housewives of Orange County. She is also a fitness instructor and maven. Pedranti shares a lot of revealing posts on Instagram. 1. She Teaches Fitness Classes

Being a fitness instructor means Pedranti spends a lot of time working out. She shares the classes she teaches on Instagram. Pedranti advertised some of her classes in this post. Pedranti shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She even has an Instagram story highlight called “Fit Life.” One thing Pedranti likes to do is run. She shared a photo of herself on the street, captioning it, “Night, run, moon was beautiful company.” In another video, Pedranti is seen on the treadmill. 3. She Goes To Wellness Seminars

Pedranti revealed in this Instagram post that she goes to wellness seminars for help. In the post, she advertised one that she was going to. Pedranti captioned the post. “I do appreciate the messages asking about Health & Wellness! THE TRUTH is I STRUGGLE as well!! I LOVE ME SOME SUGAR! I could care less about alcohol.. but give me a cookie or a donut and I’m your girl! If you are like I was (am.. but working on it) you feel tired, sluggish, moody…. 4. She Does Yoga

Pedranti likes to do yoga to stay in shape. She even has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to yoga. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga has a lot of benefits. “Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first-line treatment for chronic low back pain.”

5. She Uses A Stationary Bike

In her Instagram story workout highlight, Pedranti is often seen using a stationary bike. In one video, she is seen taking a spin class. She captioned the video, “When you're at spin, and they play one of your girl’s jams.” Penn State PRO Wellness states that stationary bikes have a lot of benefits. “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”
