Reality TV Icon Kristin Cavallari Wears Bikini & Says “I’m A Mommy”

Kristin Cavallari is one of the most iconic reality stars of all time. She’s appeared on Laguna Beach, The Hills, and Very Cavallari. Recently, she filmed her podcast tour for a show on E!, called Honestly Cavallari. In addition to her TV appearances, Kristin has her own line of products, Uncommon James, has written cookbooks, and hosts the podcast, Let’s Be Honest. Kristin is currently enjoying a beach vacation, and has been posting highlights on Instagram. In one, she posed under an umbrella on the beach, wearing a white bikini with pink and red patterns. Kristin captioned the post, “I’m a mommy.” Here are 5 of Kristin Cavallari’s diet and exercise tips.
She Circuit Trains
Kristin shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with New You. She says that one of her go-to workouts is circuit training. “I work out five days a week,” Kristin said. “And I lift weights, but I go quickly. It’s circuit training so that my heart rate is up.”
She Eats Real Food
When it comes to her diet, Kristin believes in eating natural food. “I am a very healthy eater,” she tells New You. “That means we’re organic as often as possible. Real food. I never look at fat or calories or anything on an ingredient label. I just read the actual ingredients, and I just want to make sure that I’m eating real food as close to its natural state as possible.”
She Thinks Positive Thoughts
Kristin wants to teach her kids to feel comfortable in her body, and she shared her approach for developing this with The Zoe Report. “When a negative thought comes in, you’ve got to switch it to something positive,” she explains. “Mine is usually about body image, and it’s been like that for a huge part of my life. Now, I tell myself, ‘I feel good, I’m strong, I look good.’ Just telling myself all those things instead. Our thoughts create our reality.”
She Loves Cauliflower
Kristin loves to cook healthy meals. She shared one of her favorite ingredients in an interview with EatingWell. “It would 100% be cauliflower. I love cauliflower because I think it’s very versatile, and there’s actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that’s my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you’ve ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There’s this sweet harissa dressing that’s on it, and there’s little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It’s the absolute best.”
She Loves Yogurt
Kristin tells EatingWell that she loves eating yogurt after working out. “After I dropped off the kids [at school] and worked out with my trainer, I ate a ton of this banana yogurt from the brand The Coconut Cult. They have really amazing yogurt with probiotics in it, and they have this Banana Bread flavor right now that’s so good. I can eat the entire jar.”
