Zara Zoffany is one of the UK's brightest reality stars. She first appeared on the series The Royal World. She then appeared on The Challenge UK, where she met her fiance, former Strictly Come Dancing pro, AJ Pritchard. Zara has appeared on the US versions of The Challenge, becoming a fan-favorite, and has grown a large social media following. She and AJ recently took a trip to Dubai, and posted a gorgeous set of photos of herself in a two-piece white workout gear set on Instagram. She Does Group Fitness Classes

 

As you can see from her Instagram caption, Zara's time in Dubai meant doing a lot of fitness. One thing she and AJ did was go to a group fitness class, and she shared this video on Instagram of the experience. In it, she is seen doing stretches, going for runs, doing push-ups, and holding a plank. She Circuit Trains

Zara and AJ love to workout together, and they will workout anywhere. She shared this video on Instagram of the couple circuit training in the middle of the Dubai desert. Zara shared the workout for her followers in the post's caption. She Does Pilates

Zara is a big fan of doing Pilates. She and her friend, Georgia May, shared this Instagram video collaboration of them doing reformer exercises. Georgia shared how she and Zara first started doing Pilates in the caption. "We used to be complete HIIT junkies and both of us completely switched up our workout routines. We now focus on low intensity movement such as reformer Pilates and getting in lots of steps and both of us feel so much better for it. We are both fully qualified personal trainers, and find this type of exercise is best for females in their 30's."

Zara also loves exercising with her future brother-in-law, Curtis Pritchard. They shared this video on Instagram of themselves doing a full-body workout in the gym. While in Dubai, Zara and AJ made sure to take in all the incredible sites. Naturally, they hiked in Dubai's Hidden Valley with some friends. Zara posted this reel on Instagram of the experience, and captioned it, "Hidden Valley in peak heat 😮‍💨🔥! It was hilarious, We couldn't stop laughing at & with each other🤣😭. After our hike we made own perfumes, such an incredible day – beautiful scents & beautiful people. We named our perfumes & translated them in the Nabatean Alphabet (or as close to it as possible!) which is an ancient script 🇸🇦"
