Louise loves to go hiking. In May, she even hiked Mount Everest, and shared this post on Instagram talking about her experience. Louise captioned the post, “Sunday May 15th at 4.30am we reached the Summit of Mount Everest and stood on the top of the world! 🏔What an incredible journey to get there and an experience that will be with me forever 🙏🏻 It was definitely an emotional roller coaster, especially the last 30 minutes to the summit.”
2. She Builds Confidence

Louise shared some of her wellness tips in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she likes to build confidence in herself. “Make an effort. Confidence isn’t about what you look like…. Louise likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos of her family’s vacation to the Bahamas. In them, she is seen in the ocean and in a pool. Louise captioned the post, “Had the best time in The Bahamas 🇧🇸 with the family! 🙌🏻 I’ve been a little under the weather for the last 2 days when I got back so I’m reminiscing about the clear blue ocean 😍Definitely recommend this place to go visit! 5. She’s Positive
Another tip that Louise has in her Instagram post is to be positive. She shared some of her tips for doing so in the caption. “Stop complaining. Negative self talk about why you are not good enough, how it’s never going to work for you is unattractive… when you come across this way you live in self pity.
