Rebekah Vardy is getting some exercise – with some elephants. In a new social media post the I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! star shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set while vacationing in Thailand with her footballer husband Jamie and their children. “The best afternoon! Washing and making medicine for the Elephants 🫶🏽,” she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Easy But Healthy Diet

Frozen,Mixed,Berries,As,Background,,Top,View.,Red,Currant,,WhiteShutterstock

Preparing simple but healthy food is key when it comes to diet, says Becky. “The key is to make things as easy as possible, so don’t feel worried about using frozen vegetables, canned fruits and relying on wholemeal toast and baked beans to get you through,” she told The Sun. “If you find a recipe you love in the plan, repeat it. Don’t feel you have to do different meals all the time.

2. Eating “Real” Food

Becky sticks to whole foods. “I try to eat in a way that benefits my general health and lifts my mood. I stick to a simple rule — eat more real food more often,” she explained to The Sun. “I try to eat naturally, with less processed food and sugary junk.”

3. “Slow-Release Energy Foods”

Rebekah VardyRebekah Vardy/Instagram

Rebekah chooses snacks carefully. Her go-tos? Fruit, yogurt, seeds, nuts and oats. “Slow-release energy foods keep my moods on a good level all day and hunger pangs to a minimum. Stick to a handful as a good portion guide. Snacking on bumper-size packs will send calories soaring,” she tells The Sun.

4. Hydration

“It may be boring but drink plenty of water. Dehydration can add to feeling stressed and down. If you are breastfeeding, drink before, during and after feeding to keep topped up. Remember hydration is important for everyone, not just breastfeeding mums. To make it more interesting, add fruit to your water. I like lemon,” Becky told The Sun. Why should you drink water? The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

5. Exercise

Becky makes sure to break a sweat on a regular basis. “Exercise is a real stress reliever for me, whether it’s going to the gym or out for a walk with the kids and dogs,” she told The Sun in another interview. “I find exercising early in the morning works best for me as it gives me an energy boost for the day.” When it comes to my body, I exercise to keep toned. My thighs, bum and tummy want to be wobbly so even though I don’t care about being slim any more, I do try and keep the jiggle under control.”

1. She’s All About HIIT Workouts

Dua doesn’t like to spend long hours at the gym, so she opts for hardcore HIIT workouts. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started," she told Vogue. Each session runs 15 minutes and consists of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees. The Mayo Clinic confirms "you'll burn more calories," with these types of workouts. "The more vigorously you exercise, the more calories you'll burn — even if you increase intensity for just a few minutes at a time," they say.

2. She Works Out Early

8:30 am workouts are Dua’s jam. "This is normally the time I give myself to work out," she wrote for Refinery29. "Whether it's on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I'm feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right.”

3. She Does a Lot of Ab Work

Dua told Urban List that the secret to her flat abs is unsurprisingly, lots of ab work. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!" she said.

4. She Does Lots of Different Workouts

In addition to her HIIT workouts, she mixes in lots of variety including yoga, Pilates, and boxing. "Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting," she told Urban List. "I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing, I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."

5. She Is a Fan of the Workout Buddy System

The BRIT Awards 2021 - ShowDave Benett/Getty Images

In addition to having bikini buddies, Dua is a big fan of the workout buddy system. "I would always be that person who made a new year's resolution, get a gym membership and then show up twice in the first week of January and then never go again," she told Urban List. "Now I love workout classes or working with a trainer. I feel like I'm pretty useless on my own, so I prefer being around other people working out with me."

Vanessa Hudgens is getting a Pilates session in at the Alo Studio – and showing off her baby bump. In a new social media post the actress flaunts her belly in a crop top and leggings post-workout. “Lil Pilates + Laura Quinn = Win win,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. Vanessa is a longtime Pilates devotee. Here is everything you need to know about her Pilates workouts.

1. Vanessa Is an Athlete

Nonna Gleyzer, one of the High School Musical star’s Pilates trainers, recently told us that “It’s extremely easy to work with Vanessa, because she is by far one of the most coordinated, focused, and very in tune with her body people. She is also very flexible and has amazing control. It’s like working with a dancer and an athlete at the same time,” she says. “She is very active and does different workouts all the time. She just loves to move her body.”

2. Leg Day Workout

“We usually start with the foot workout on the reformer and training the legs in every dimension possible,” says Gleyzer about Vanessa’s leg day workouts. “The thighs contain several muscles. The quadriceps and hamstrings help us bend and extend the hips and knees. The adductors move the legs inward toward each other. The pectineus and sartorius let you flex and rotate the thighs at the hip.”

3. Ab Day Workout

On ab day, Vanessa does “lots of abs with the pilates ball as well as side ups on the Pilates spine corrector. This allows her to get deeper into the muscles while protecting the back,” she says.

4. Upper Body Workout Day

Vanessa’s upper body workouts are done on the Pilates Cadillac, “where we use the roll-down bar to arm and do lots of moves that involve stretching and control,” she says.

5. Vanessa “Knows Her Body Well”

Overall, Gleyzer maintains Vanessa is a great client to train. “Working with Vanessa is incredible and so easy as she knows her body so well and loves to see results,” she says.

6. She Does 3 to 4 Pilates Sessions Per Week

Vanessa.HudgensVanessa Hudgens/Instagram

Vanessa trains with Nonna at her Body By Nonna studio three to four times a week. “When it comes to pilates and when we work together, we see each other 3 to 4 times per week,” she reveals. During the sessions they work the whole body, but also focus on a single group of muscles.

Recently, she shared a carousel post on Instagram highlighting her joyful November memories, captioning, “November memories 🎞️ the happiest I’ve been in a long time 🥹 I got to spend the entire month with my parents and sister, and it feels so surreal that the next time we’re all together, I’ll already be a mom 😭 I’m beyond excited for this new chapter.”

I thought that hammering my body would lead to faster progress—boy, was I wrong! 🫠 I was overtraining; my body was always achy and fatigued, my progress had stalled, and I felt less motivated to train because I never gave myself a day off. Now, I prioritize 1-2 recovery days each week, usually one on Sundays, where I do not touch weights and only focus on recovery and mobility work. This gives both my mind and body time to recover between sessions.🤍”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

One thing that Glanville does to take care of her skin is use under-eye patches. In this Instagram post, she revealed the brand she used on Celebrity Big Brother. Glanville captioned it, “One of the #1 questions we get from fans since leaving #bigbrother is what brand of under eye patches were we wearing constantly on the show...The answer is @peterthomasrothofficial!! They are amaze! #ThanksMarissa 💋 (Blogging about all the products, will be posting on @bbeautyunfltrd soon).”

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."

Kat McNamara is a successful actress. She is known for her role in fantasy and superhero projects like Shadowhunters, Girl vs. Monster, and Arrow. She captioned the post, “Switching it up!💥New year, new workout adventure! Thanks @laurajquinn for once again putting me through my paces! 🤣 We’ve come a long way from ballet to @alo! 🩰”

She Does Pilates

McNamara is seen doing Pilates in her Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “The benefits of Pilates are both therapeutic and preventive. The practice may help you recover from an existing injury or manage a chronic musculoskeletal issue. It may also help you establish a healthy baseline, so that when those injuries or issues arise, you’re able to bounce back faster.”

She Boxes

McNamara shared some of the things she did to stay in shape for Shadowhunters in an interview with Women’s Health. One thing she did was box. “It builds the shape of muscles I needed to look like a fighter, and it's just plain fun," she says.” Boxing has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Regular physical activity, including boxing, can lower your blood pressure, your cholesterol and your risk of heart disease.”

McNamara tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t skip leg day. "I know most people hate leg day, but I kinda love it. It's what makes me feel strongest." Piedmont says that leg workouts are extremely important. “Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups. Improve your balance.”

She Does HIIT

While on Shadowhunters, McNamara did a lot of HIIT. "In order to do the fight scenes, I needed a lot of upper body strength because I would be holding weapons all day," she says to Women’s Health. "High intensity interval training turned out to be the perfect thing for me. I was able to keep up my cardio stamina and build upon that so I could do the fight scenes, which are basically just sprints."

McNamara tells Women’s Health that she makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. “There were days when I was tired. There were days when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a weight...but I just had to physically get myself there—to take a deep breath and remember why I was doing it and why I was there. I think that can go for any kind of physical goal that someone has—half the battle is the mental battle.”
