Reese has learned an important lesson as she has gotten older. “In my 30s, I learned to accept my body for what it is. This is what looks good on it. It will never look good in that thing over there with all the fabric and the bows and the ruffles. It just won't,” she told InStyle.
Drinking Enough Water[

In one of her Instagram Reels, Reese revealed that she starts the morning off on a hydrating note. “Start the day with a big glass of water,” she wrote. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
She Eats Healthy and Gets in Her Greens

Reese tries to eat healthy but doesn’t go to extreme measures. “I don’t believe in crash dieting or anything like that," Reese told Us Weekly. "I just have a green juice and a coffee in the morning," she added to Radio Times. She loves nutritionist Kim Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, which consists of spinach, romaine lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice. "I start every day with a Glowing Green Smoothie and so does my whole family!" she wrote in a testimonial on Snyder's website
Exercising Almost Every Day

"I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy,” she told Us Weekly. Her trainer, Michael George, revealed to Shape that she does cardio for 30 minutes six times per week. Reese added to Radio Times that she wakes up at 5:30 a.m. so she can work out by 7:30 a.m. "I probably do that six days a week," she said.
Getting Enough Sleep

Reese gets a lot of sleep. “In bed by 10pm. *no late night TV binges,” she says in one of her Instagram Reels. “Try to get 8 hours of rest!” What are the health benefits of sleep?
