Remi Bader in Workout Gear Says "Thank You" Exercising
Remi Bader is a TikTok star and a model. She has gone to New York Fashion Week and has had partnerships with brands like Dove. Bader recently shared a workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing hanging crunches. She captioned the post, "People come and go so remember you only have YOU at the end of the day 🩷 thank you to those always supporting me through my darkest and brightest moments." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Remi Bader stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
She Encourages People To Be More Secure
Bader talked about her partnership with Dove to WhoWhatWear. She says that she did it to help people be less insecure with their armpits. "This was a very easy partnership that made so much sense because I talk very candidly with my followers about how much I sweat and how it's a stress for me. When Dove was doing this campaign, it was a very easy yes for me because I feel like the idea of this campaign—of embracing your underarms and not feeling ashamed and all of that—I talk about this without really thinking twice about it. It just really makes sense."
She Exfoliates
Bader shared some of her skincare routine with WhoWhatWear. She says that she makes sure to exfoliate. "I feel like my skin has [looked] pretty good the past few weeks, which I just noticed yesterday. I use these very sensitive exfoliant pads from Dennis Gross that I use every night. It's like a one- and two-step thing. There are also the stronger ones. If you use those, you just have to use them way less. You definitely don't use them every day. I've been using the sensitive ones."
She Has A Nighttime Skincare Routine
Bader shared her nighttime skincare routine with WhoWhatWear. "I've been using La Mer or Tatcha Dewy Skin moisturizer at night. I honestly probably should be doing more, but to be honest, that's really the most that I've done lately, and I've been not hating it. That's my night routine. I also always wear waterproof mascara, so I have to use a waterproof makeup remover, and then I like to wash my face. I've been using First Aid Beauty. I sometimes use that if I'm not in the shower and [am] taking off my makeup, but a lot of the time, I do a face wash in the shower, and I use the Youth to the People face wash. It smells so good. It's definitely a stronger face wash. I feel like it really, really clears your skin. It takes everything off at the end of the day. I switched up to using that more the past month or so, and I've been really liking that."
She Champions Body Diversity
Bader is a champion for body diversity in the fashion industry. "I want to be helping this world and trying to make a difference," she told People. "I want to celebrate these brands more than I have been and put a more positive spin on things. I've recently changed my mindset on this, and I really want to focus on that instead of bashing them in as harsh of a way."
She Works Her Abs
As you can see from her Instagram post, Bader makes sure to do core workouts. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are very important. "Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."
