It’s been a volatile season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Sutton Stracke (esophagus-gate, anyone?), but she knows the best way to shake off any drama is to get outside in the fresh air. Stracke, 52 shared a picture of herself riding her beloved horse Santos, dressed in the fancy riding gear we would expect from the luxury-loving reality star. Also featured in the snaps are castmate Kyle Richards and fan favorite Avi Gabay. “Santos makes another appearance as well as @avi_gabay_ (my true love),” she captioned the post. Here’s how Stracke lives her best real life.

1. Horseback Riding

Stracke displayed her love for horses and horseback riding on RHOBH, introducing the world to her beautiful horse Santos. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science Dr. Dennis Sigler tells the American Heart Association. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.”

2. Inspired By Castmates

Stracke is inspired by her Bravo castmates, even when they don’t always see eye to eye. “Being around a group of strong-minded women makes you have to step-up, so I’ve definitely learned to speak up. Even witnessing the filming of last season showed that to me,” she told Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine. “The girls are not only mothers, they’re actresses and businesspeople and it was amazing to see how they’re juggling everything. It was great because seeing them gave me the impetus to do more and now I have the knowledge that I can. They were really great role models to me in that sense.”

3. Luxury Boutique

Sutton.Stracke.3Sutton Stracke/Instagram

Stracke has a luxury boutique “Sutton” in Beverly Hills, which keeps her busy when she’s not filming. Research shows working at a job you genuinely love is good for mental health. “The whole space is like a cottage,” she told Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine. “I wanted it to feel like part-closet, part-boudoir, part living space, and part dining room, because those are the key elements in all of our lives.”

4. Garcelle Is Her BFF

Stracke has genuine friendships on the show, especially with castmate Garcelle Beauvais. “I have a very real friendship with Garcelle,” she told Hollywood Life. “We text, we call, we visit — we’re going on vacation together this summer. We’re really best friends and I love her so much and we love our families together and everything.”

5. Living Her Best Life

Stracke is always true to herself, on screen and off. “Success to me means that you live your best life every day,” she told Digital Journal. “Whether it is being the best mother you can be, the best wife, the best businesswoman, the best friend that you can be. It’s not about awards or accolades, it’s about being true to yourself and attempting to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small.”

1. She Drinks Spirits in the AM

Sutton does not restrict herself when it comes to drinking. “I have a drinking regimen that I do," she told Behind the Velvet Rope. "At around 10 [a.m.], I think that's OK for your first cocktail of the day. And then ... I try to ... it's just consistency through the day. Then I'm nicer." She added: "You know what they say: When you monitor what time you're allowed to drink, that means you have a drinking problem. Why can't you have a drink at 10? What makes 5 o'clock so special? Give 10 a.m. the love, too! ... Just have it. Don't deny yourself right now, no." Just remember: "Drinking alcohol in moderation generally is not a cause for concern. According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, drinking is considered to be in the moderate or low-risk range for women at no more than three drinks in any one day and no more than seven drinks per week. For men, it is no more than four drinks a day and no more than 14 drinks per week," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Gets Botox

Sutton told Page Six Style castmate Kyle Richards “dragged” her to get Botox for the first time a few years ago. “I had never gotten Botox before. I was 47 and I had never done it!” she said. “Kyle dragged me to go get Botox with Nurse Jamie.”

3. She Uses a Beauty Roller

While visiting the celebrity dermatologist with Richards, she discovered a beauty tool that she uses regularly. “And that’s actually how I ended up getting my roller,” she said about the Nurse Jamie Instant UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller she uses to quell anxiety. The device has a rotating head covered with 24 tourmaline stones to help improve skin tone and texture.

4. She Believes True Beauty Comes From Within

She tries not to obsess over aging and instead, inner beauty. “We can get so fixated on that. I mean, we all want to look good and we all want to stay young,” Sutton told Page Six Style. “But really, I think our youthfulness comes from our heart.” She tries to teach her daughter these types of lessons. “I have a daughter and so I want to make sure that she learns from me. The biggest lesson is that looks are secondary. Who you are as a person is first and how you live your life, being a leader and leading by example is what’s most important,” she continued. “Because you can look amazing, but it doesn’t matter if you’re a terrible person.”

5. She Golfs

While Sutton doesn’t discuss her exercise routine, she does like a certain outdoor sport: Golf. “Finally! A day off. Golf lesson Oceanside. Happy #humpday,” she captioned this photo from an oceanfront course.

The Young and The Restless star Amelia Heinle got to swim in the beautiful Mediterranean thanks to the Monte Carlo TV Festival. Heinle, 50, shared a video of herself wearing a dark red swimsuit and getting ready to get into the cold ocean waters. “Thanks so much to all the fans and TF1 and the television festival for allowing me to swim in the Mediterranean again!!” she captioned the post. Heinle has been acting for decades—here’s how she’s 50 and thriving.

1. Horseback Riding

Heinle has been horseback riding since her parents got her a Shetland pony. “I was interested in sports, but I loved horses,” she says. “I don’t know how my parents swung it. Sandy wasn’t the nicest pony; she stepped on my feet all the time and threw me off a lot. But it was a good learning experience... We used to ride like crazy when we were kids—bareback, no helmets, just crazy stuff.”

2. Dressage Dreams

Heinle got back into horseback riding and dressage after her daughter expressed an interest in it. She now rides a horse called Prince Caspian. “I knew about dressage, but I was an adrenaline junkie—I loved jumping,” she says. “But dressage is exciting in a different way. It’s a rush when he goes from this beautiful walk to a canter. He’s a big mover, but it’s like liquid. I’m just getting to know him. He’s a little shy, still trying to figure it all out because he’s new to the barn. I sing country-western songs to calm him down.”

3. Victoria Newman Legacy

Heinle knows she will always be connected to the role of Victoria Newman. “It scares me to think, like, I never thought I would be in a place so long,” she says. “Not that it’s gonna end anytime soon, but if it were, like this has become such a part of my life and the people I see on day-to-day basis is like…. This is like a legacy for me almost. I’ll be known for his, for being on Y&R because I’ve been there so long.”

4. Beauty Fails

Beauty,Portrait,Of,Pretty,Half-naked,Woman,With,Brown,Hair,YellingShutterstock

Heinle admits to having her fair share of beauty disasters over the years. “I over tweezed my eyebrows in the late ‘90s,” she says. “Also, when I dyed my hair too blonde during the Victoria and Brad days. One of the producers said I looked like I was going to Woodstock instead of running Newman Enterprises. And when I got bangs, Joshua Morrow [Nick], who never says a bad thing about anyone, said, ‘It’s not the best look I’ve seen on you.’”

5. Making Time For Herself

Heinle starts work before 7 and often isn’t home until late in the day. “I might get lucky and be able to go to work, ride and get home when my kids get home from school,” she says, adding that her love of horseback riding helps with her job. “I know when I’m doing a scene exactly how I want it to go. It took this long to finally get here. That’s not to say I don’t have crappy days where it looks awful and my acting is worse than I’ve ever seen it or days when I think, ‘Why the heck am I even on camera?’ If that is what dressage is like, I’m ready—I’m prepared to fail miserably in the beginning and just enjoy it. Whether it’s riding a horse or acting on a soap opera, if you’re enjoying what you’re doing, none of the other stuff really matters.”

Sutton Stracke is steaming up the shoreline – in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shows off her incredible body and chiseled abs while lounging on the beach in St. Barths with her “friend forever” Gaby Sifter. “You look like a teenager in that second pic,” commented one of her followers. “Cutie,” added another. How does the reality star stay looking forever young? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. Golfing

Sutton is an avid golfer. “Finally! A day off. Golf lesson Oceanside. Happy #humpday,” she captioned this photo from an oceanfront course. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Botox

According to Sutton, castmate Kyle Richards “dragged” her to get Botox for the first time a few years ago. “I had never gotten Botox before. I was 47 and I had never done it!” she told Page Six Style. “Kyle dragged me to go get Botox with Nurse Jamie.”

3. Beauty Roller

4. Focusing on Inner Beauty

Sutton chooses to focus on her insides rather than her outsides. Because you can look amazing, but it doesn’t matter if you’re a terrible person.”

5. No Ozempic

Sutton has denied taking Ozempic to lose weight. “So fun. Thanks for having me! No Covid, not on Ozempic, I do eat!” she wrote in the comment section of since-deleted Instagram post, after someone accused her of using the weight loss drug. “Jeff, you’re always a blast and I couldn’t love [Doug Budin] more (see you in the store on Monday).”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
