I’m super excited! 🚴‍♀️,” she captioned the post. “Be careful and have fun!” a fan commented. Here’s what Bryant’s fitness and wellness routine looks like.

1. Nutrisystem Ambassador


Bryant recently lost weight after a new business collaboration encouraged her to lose 15 lbs. "I joined Nutrisystem and I'm an ambassador for them and that really, really helped me," she told E! News. "With Nutrisystem, it gets delivered to your door so I didn't need to worry about going out and buying all this junk, all this stupid stuff that I was eating… The pounds just literally fell off. I don't really have a set number of pounds I want to lose. I just want to look in the mirror and feel like a hot mama, that's it. Even when on vacation, I can still maintain portion control and make smart choices. If I can do it, you can do it!"

2. Swimming Sessions

Bryant loves swimming, and got her castmates to try it too. "I have incorporated, into my exercise routine, swimming," she said on an episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. "So I'm in a pool three times a week. And I know how to make my body better—all of this—by my swimming. Y’'all need help, OK? Get in the pool, and let me show you what to do."

3. Beauty Travel Hack

Bryant always travels with sample sizes to avoid overpacking. “I have everything in travel sizes,” she tells E! News. “A beauty hack of mine is that when I go to my esthetician, I go ‘Where are the product samples?’ Always ask for the product samples. Those one-use packs of skincare products are great for travel. So, then I don't need to bring all of my products. I just have these little packs. I put those in my little bag so I don't have to bring my big makeup bag. Ladies, when you go to your esthetician, ask for samples. If they say they don't have them, they're lying.”

4. Skincare Routine

Bryant swears by Neutrogena cleansing wipes and True Botanicals Ginger Turmeric Cleansing Balm for beautiful skin. "I have a lot of makeup on because it needs to hold up under the lights,” she tells E! News. “I use the makeup wipes first. Then, I started using this balm from True Botanicals. The makeup melts right off. It's soft and it's kind of oily a little bit. It's heaven. It works so well."

5. Dating Jason Cameron

Bryant is hopeful about her relationship with fellow Bravolebrity Jason Cameron. “I’m super happy that Jason kind of understands me, gets my life. I clearly understand his life,” she told Us Weekly. “He has been a breath of fresh air and someone that I can just tell everything to, and I know it stays with him. I just am appreciating the time that we have and the time that we spend together. We have so much fun when we’re together, I’m just happy doing what we’re doing.”

Heather Rae El Moussa is opening up about her post-pregnancy workout. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body-after-baby and reveals the program she followed to get back into shape the healthy way. “Let’s talk about my postpartum body….” she started the Instagram caption. Here is everything you need to know about how the reality star got her body back without going to extremes and training with Paulina Hefferan.


1. Her Postpartum Workout Journey “Wasn’t Easy”

Heather starts by explaining that her postpartum workout journey “definitely wasn’t ‘easy’ and didn’t go as expected,” she writes. “I thought I was going to bounce back within 9 weeks!! HUGE LOL but the reality of being a mom to a newborn, breastfeeding, 2 kids, balancing my hormones, my work, my marriage and my life set in.”

2. She Found a New Way to Workout at Home with Paulina Hefferan

She reveals that she “didn’t want to leave the house and leave Tristan to workout,” so she knew she needed to change the way she worked out and what fit for her “new” life. “It was hard guys, I felt weak, old & not super motivated. I had never been someone who lifted weights or did at-home workouts until I met @paulinastein. It was a complete change for me but I lost 25 pounds, leaned out & got my strength back while working out with Paulina.” She adds that the workouts are “accessible and affordable.”

3. She Lost 25 Pounds

“Believe it or not, you guys, I lost 25 pounds postpartum and I did it straight from my living room using two 10 pound dumbbells, a mat, sometimes some ankle weights, sometimes some bands,” she continues in the video.

4. Paulina Helped Her Feel “Really Comfortable”

“Transforming your body after a baby or any time in your life is not easy. It takes a lot of discipline. It takes a lot of structure. It takes someone pushing you Sometimes, especially if you're like me. After I had Tristan, I thought, okay, I'll be back at the gym. I'll be back in hot yoga. I'm going to get my body back in nine weeks. Reality set in, and that did not happen. I don't think I really started working out until I met Paulina. She made me just feel really comfortable. She made me feel like this is a slow journey. This is my journey. I don't need to compare myself to anyone else,” she says.

5. She Worked Out While Tristan Was Napping and Even with Him

She adds that she was able to get the exercises in, even with her baby, because Paulina is “also a mom,” and the fact that I can do it from my home, I can incorporate Tristan, I can do it while he's napping, made me say yes and made me feel like, you know what? I can do this. Working out with her changed my life. I am so proud of myself.”

6. Her Body Was “Back” After Four Months

“I started really noticing that, wow, my body is back around eight and a half months postpartum, and I had started working out with Paulina when I was about four and a half months postpartum. Now that she has this app on days, I can't work out with her when I'm traveling, I can use her app, could work alongside with her, so it really makes you want to do it because she's doing it with you,” she concludes.

7. Walking and Weight Lifting

1. Postpartum Care

Burgess welcomed her first child with Brian Austin Green in 2022 and took her time getting back into fitness again. “Honestly, I thought I would [feel pressure]. I thought it would be because of having been an athlete and my body being my career — it’s not just about aesthetics on the outside, it’s about how my core feels to be able to dance and do what I do,” she told Us Weekly. I thought I would feel that pressure. [But] I don’t have pressure on myself.”

2. Love Your Workouts

Burgess has good advice for people just starting out on their fitness journey. “The best form of exercise is one that you enjoy,” she told PEOPLE. “Find a local dance studio, take a friend to hot yoga – make it a social thing if you struggle to find the motivation. Once there are changes in your body and your energy levels, that will be all the motivation you need.”

3. Goodbye To DWTS

Burgess has mixed feelings about not being asked to return to Dancing With the Stars. “Because it was such a shock, because I wasn’t expecting it, it was tough,” she told Variety. “It’s not the first time. My last five years on the show have been rocky — not because of the show. I love the show deeply, but we had a new executive producer come in, I think five years ago now. I had just won with Bobby Bones and he decided to not bring me back,” Burgess said. “There’s a lot of speculation as to why.”

4. Rest Day

Burgess always takes one day a week to rest and relax. “It’s a sleep-in, eat chocolate, and do whatever I want kind of day,” she told Now To Love. “That helps me stay in line throughout the rest of the week. I have very low willpower when it comes to food, but if I have my structure, and I know that I can indulge at the end of the week, then I feel good about it.”

No Off Season

Burgess doesn’t allow herself to have an ‘off season’. “I need to be equally as fit on and off season,” she told PEOPLE. “During the season I have less time for the gym – especially once we get into the final weeks. But if I cannot get my cardio in, I try and take a hot yoga class for stretching and calming my energy.”

In it, she was asked what advice she would give herself at the start of RHOP, specifically with her looks. “I would just say ‘you do you,’” she says. “It's tough because for an entire season there are a lot of outfits with different hair and makeup. There's a lot for people to criticize. So, just don't take it too seriously. You just need to feel comfortable with whatever you wear. If you're comfortable, you can't go wrong.”

Gymless says, “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Gymless says that this exercise is very beneficial. “Russian Twists are a great exercise that develops all parts of your core, especially the obliques, it also targets the shoulders and hips. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. This rotational movement often occurs in sports, which makes it a popular exercise amongst athletes. It is speculated that this was developed during the Cold War by the former Soviet Union as a training exercise for the Russian Soldiers.”

While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
