1

She Packs Workout Gear When She Travels

Rita shared some of her fitness tips in an interview with Women’s Health. In it, she revealed that she makes sure to workout on a regular basis, even when she’s traveling. Rita shared her secret for doing so in the interview. “I always travel with 1KG and 2KG dumbbells, ankle weights, and a medium resistance band. If I can’t do a workout, I just use the ankle weights and wear them when we’re around town, or at home.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Rita likes to do a lot of different workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorites in an interview with Cosmopolitan. “I do toning exercises, pilates, yoga or a hike. If I run, I only run for about 10-15 minutes, if that.” According to research from Gunderson Health, switching up your workouts has a lot of health benefits. “If you do the same thing for too long, your improvements will eventually plateau. Your body will eventually become extremely familiar with the same motions. Instead, change things up to keep your muscles challenged.”

She Eats Smaller Portions Of Her Favorite Indulgences

When it comes to her diet, Rita doesn’t give up her favorite indulgences. Instead, she will eat smaller portions of them.”If I want a burger, I’ll just cut it in half and eat half of it,” Rita explained to Cosmopolitan. “That or I’ll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won’t have a burger to go with them.”

Subhead Goes Right Here

Rita shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Shape Magazine, as reported by Stylecaster. “I do circuit training,” she said. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

5

She Doesn’t Focus On Losing Weight

For Rita, working out isn’t about losing weight. She shared her motivations for exercising with Shape, via Stylecaster. “I knew I could change a few things to improve my stamina, especially onstage. I didn’t start working out to get skinnier—I started working out to feel better. And I think it’s important for women to know that. Don’t be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.”
