Romee Strijd is best known for her time as a Victoria's Secret Angel from 2014 to 2018. She's also worked with known fashion brands like Vera Wang, Alexander McQueen, and Carolina Herrera. Romee and her family recently took a beach vacation to Dubai, and she shared some highlights on Instagram. In one of the photos, Romee showed off her amazing figure in a strapless tan bikini with red flowers. She captioned the post, "Ending our vacation at the @ooroyalmirage." How does she stay so fit? She Runs

Romee shared how she maintains her model figure in an interview with ELLE. She says that there's one workout that's a staple of hers. "What I always fit in my workout schedule is running, incline walks and stairs. So I would say going on a treadmill, run 15 minutes, 15 minutes incline walk, run 15 minutes, 15 minutes incline walk. That will make you sweat, but you will feel energised."

She Limits Meat

Romee makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One of the questions she was asked in her ELLE interview was if she's made any recent changes to her diet. Romee answered, "Less meat!" She also says that she feels like it's helped her out.  It's been something I've been trying to do—I think it has certain health benefits for me."

She Keeps Herself Motivated

Romee shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women's Health. She shared what keeps her motivated to exercises regularly. "My motivation is about how I want to feel. I want to make myself feel good from the inside out. Working out gives me energy and I think that's the most important part. Even when I'm tired, if I make myself go to the gym, I always feel better about myself."

What's one thing Romee does to take care of her mental health? Practice meditation. She shared the tools she uses in her Women's Health interview. "I've been trying to meditate using Headspace, but I find it really hard. I actually love listening to podcasts like the Jay Shetty and John Robins ones."

She Eats Healthy For Her Skin

Romee has amazing skin, leaving many wondering what she does to take care of it. According to her Women's Health interview, she makes sure to eat healthy and stay hydrated. "I think it's really important first to look at what I'm putting in my body as it makes a difference to my skin. I'd drink lots of extra water; make sure I am eating lots of healthy fats and make sure I am getting enough sleep."
