S.W.A.T. star Stephanie Sigman is sharing selfies with her many fans and followers, and showing off her enviable no-makeup looks. Sigman, 36, posted pictures of herself posing in front of a mirror in a red patterned bikini, a bowl of lemons sitting beneath the mirror. “If life gives you lemons, take selfies,” she captioned the post. “Um… if I looked like that I’d be doing selfie therapies too,” commented Tanya Saracho. Here’s how Sigman gets those amazing abs.

1. Running At the Beach

Sigman takes advantage of the Southern Californian climate to work out outside as much as she can. “If I’m at home in Orange County, California, I’ll run for 30 or 40 minutes three times a week at around noon,” she says. “I’m lucky because I live by the beach and I can run there. I also do boxing and I’ve been reading up on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), which I want to try – it’s great training and gives you a full body workout.”

2. Never Skips Breakfast

Fried,Eggs,Sunny,Side,Up,With,Bacon,And,TortillasShutterstock

Sigman loves her breakfast routine. "Oh, breakfast is my favorite thing in the world,” she says. “I always eat a big breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day, and I need energy. I’m trying not to eat bacon that much, but I really love it, and eggs, and tortillas (corn tortillas), but sometimes I do pancakes instead." Sigman doesn’t restrict her diet. “There’s nothing I don’t eat,” she says. “I can cook, but I keep it simple. When I’m at home, I eat healthy food like fish and salad, but I have a sweet tooth and I love dark chocolate.”

3. She’s a Foodie

Sigman is passionate about food as she cooks at home—and she’s very good at it. “I don't have a diet, and whenever I feel like eating a burger or pizza or tacos, I just go for it,” she says. “I feel like my body is telling me I need that. I think it's important for an actress to look like a real person. I love seafood. And I'm really picky. When people say, ‘You should try this restaurant in L.A. It's a Mexican restaurant,’ usually I go there and I'm like, ‘Well, that's not Mexican and it doesn't taste very good.’ When I cook at home, I feel like I'm really good at it. So I expect a good meal when I go out.”

4. Trying New Things

Sigman keeps her skincare routine simple. I don’t have a favorite beauty mask or anything,” she says. “I just always try new things to see if they work… I wash my face with soap and water. I use whatever I have. I will even wash my hair with the hotel shampoo so I don’t use anything special. I try to keep it simple. Or maybe I just haven’t found the thing that I like."

5. Comfort and Fun

Sigman focuses on comfort when it comes to her style. “Fashion should be fun,” she says. “I like to mix up styles, so I often wear short dresses with boots or tennis shoes. The last thing I bought was a pair of gray and black leggings from Anthropologie — I’m a big fan of being comfortable. Sunglasses are an important finishing touch. My favorites are a plain black Prada pair that go with everything.”

Demi Moore, at 58, is as body confident as ever, posing in a swimsuit with her daughters in a new campaign for Andie swimwear. “LDW ready, with @andieswim,” she captioned the photo on Instagram, referring to the long weekend. How does the mom stay so fit while being so busy? Read on to see 5 ways Demi Moore stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She’s Happy to Be Where She Is

Demi's approach to life? "It's about embracing and no longer looking for what's wrong and really being in acceptance of everything. Gravity is going in directions that I'm not so fond of. I can look in the mirror occasionally and say 'you're lying, I don't look like that.' but the reality is the comfort I feel in my skin is the greatest gift. I wouldn't trade it. I'm just happy to be where I am," she told InStyle.

2. She Knows Things Change

Celebration Of Women In Cinema Gala Hosted By The Red Sea Film Festival - The 78th Venice International Film FestivalDaniele Venturelli/Getty Images

“Things do change,” Demi told W Magazine not too long ago. “The biggest difference, I think, is that I’m not in nearly as good shape physically as I have been before, and I have skin going in a direction that I would prefer it not go. There are things that just come with getting older. But I think my big mantra for this year is about acceptance. I was reading this book that was written around 1919, if I am remembering correctly, and it was very of its day. It was discussing all the ‘female’ concerns. There were some horrific suggestions on how to take care of yourself, including putting some kind of acid on your skin. But there was one thing I took away, because I think it’s true—the author said not to frown because at a certain point it will stick. And what speaks to me here is that I do believe that when we hold upset, anger, hurt, pain or bitterness, it ages us and we wear it. That isn’t to say we are always going to feel happy. But it’s important not to hold on to things.”

3. She Was Once a Workout Obsessive

Harper's Bazaar Exhibtion At Musee Des Arts Decoratifs In ParisPascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

When getting ready for certain revealing scenes in movies, “I cut out carbs, I ran, and I biked, and I worked out on every machine imaginable. I didn’t feel like I could stop exercising,” she wrote in her book. “It was my job to fit into that unforgiving military uniform I’d be wearing in two months in A Few Good Men. Getting in shape for that movie launched the obsession with working out that would consume me over the next five years. I never dared let up.”

4. She’s Used the Mirror

Tom Ford AW20 Show - ArrivalsMike Coppola/FilmMagic

Now Demi is more likely to use the Mirror, the workout device that is an actual mirror on your wall, with built-in videos that play on it. "15 min at level 1 that’s doable … right? I am stalling!" Demi wrote once in a post. "This is going to be my next jam. Okay, here I go, wish me luck."

5. She Loves Andie Swimwear

"Demi was an early investor," Andie's founder and CEO, Melanie Travis, told InStyle. "We've always talked about what would make sense to do together, and then back in December of 2020 — in anticipation of a successful vaccine rollout and then what would hopefully be a great summer of friends and family, being able to travel, and get together again, across the United States — we felt like this could be the perfect summer to do a campaign together."

Survivor's Kim Spradlin-Wolfe Shares Swimsuit Photo

She compared being on Survivor to natural childbirth.

Survivor: One World star Kim Spradlin-Wolfe is looking back on her time taking part in the show, and inviting social media followers to reminisce with her. Spradlin-Wolfe, 40, shared a throwback picture of herself and fellow contestant Chelsea Meissner, both wearing bikinis while having an intense conversation on the beach. “What were we scheming about? Wrong answers only 😉,” she captioned the post. “Our season of Survivor will be known as the best Season ever….trust me!” a fan commented. Here’s how Spradlin-Wolfe feels about taking part in the survival show, and what her life looks like now.

1. Hard To Leave

Spradlin-Wolfe was thrilled to return for Survivor: Winners at War, but admits it was a lot harder to go away for a period of time. “So last time coming on, I was coming out of a messy divorce,” she says. “Twenty-eight years old. Single. Independent. I owned a couple of bridal salons. And since the game, I got remarried, which I'd never thought I would do. But honestly, in the game, that gave me some clarity that it was something I did want to do. So I got remarried and then had three kids about as fast as is humanly possible. So they're all within 26 months of each other. So now I have a 3, 4, and 5-year-old. And my life is sweet, honestly. It's just so good. So it was hard to leave.”

2. Survivor Vs Natural Childbirth

Close-up,Of,Man,Holding,Wife,Hand,For,Support,During,PushingShutterstock

Spradlin-Wolfe says going through childbirth toughened her up for Survivor. “I think I am completely the same and totally different at the same time,” she says. “I mean, I have a lot of the same attributes that I think made me good the first time. And this time around, I think I know how to grind way harder than I did last time. I mean, having three babies in three years was beyond anything I had experienced. A whole new tired. Natural childbirth. You just want to die. And so if I had to do Survivor or natural childbirth again, that would be a tossup.”

3. Strong Woman

Spradlin-Wolfe is proud to be a role model for women. “My mom was strong in that she would help me load a couch into the back of her truck without complaining in 100-degree weather,” she says. “My dad was a coach and gone a lot, so we sort of learned to be resourceful as women in the Spradlin family, as there wasn’t a man around to ask for help from. My dad taught me to never, ever quit. I don’t know a lot about parenting yet, but I’ve heard that actions speak louder than words, so I’m hoping that if I’m strong, my daughter will be strong. Is that how it works?”

4. San Antonio, Texas

Spradlin-Wolfe loves living in San Antonio, Texas. “I love that San Antonio has everything you could ever want or need and then some,” she says. “I love that San Antonio is small enough that I bump into friends while frequenting old ‘standbys,’ but big enough that there’s always a new boutique or coffee shop to try when I have the energy to venture out. San Antonio just feels easy to me—homey, really—which is good because it’s my home!”

5. Self-Confidence As a Contestant

Spradlin-Wolfe is working on her self-confidence. “I naturally don't like to praise myself, and so it's hard for me,” she says. “I think I tend to underplay myself, which, I think, would be a disservice to myself in this moment, because I think underestimating how people see me would be a mistake, so I have to be honest. And I think that they think I'm pretty legit. I'm sure that I'm on the list of names of some people that people are worried about. So if I can get through those first few days, I can get in there. If they don't come gunning for me, I'll be alright, maybe.”

Survivor season 11 star Danni Boatwright is lucky enough to have a beautifully landscaped yard complete with pool in her Western Shawnee, Kansas home, and takes advantage of it year-round. Boatwright, 48, shared a picture of herself on social media posing in a bright red one-piece swimsuit, her pool and lush green lawn in the background. “So excited!” a friend commented. Boatwright is a hardened extreme reality TV veteran—here’s how she maintains the endurance of a winner.

1. Training Before the Jungle

Boatwright made sure she was prepared for the hardships of the jungle before taking part in Survivor season 11 in Guatemala. “I trained really hard before I left, working out with a trainer and really preparing myself for the physical challenges I knew I would face in the jungle,” she says. “I also worked on puzzles to prepare my mind and watched all prior seasons of the show and read books on it, as well.”

2. Puzzle Challenges

White,Details,Of,Puzzle,On,Orange,Background.Shutterstock

Boatwright says her biggest weakness when it comes to Survivor is doing puzzles. “I can be the first to the puzzle, and since I knew I was coming on, I've been doing puzzles,” she says. “Like, my eight-year-old beats me at puzzles. So I don't know how much I've improved. It's just because I've never had a passion for them. I'm so ADD and I'm just always on the go, I never sit down to figure those things out, so I've never had any interest in them. Since I knew I was coming back on, I've been working, working, working on them, so we'll see if maybe I have improved in that area.”

3. Swimming Model

Boatwright once took part in a photo campaign for Speedo Swimwear. “During my modeling career I did an international campaign for Speedo Swimwear that featured all Olympic swimmers—and then lil’ ol’ me,” she says. “I was booked because Speedo thought I had the physique of a swimmer. Guess I missed my calling in life! Maybe I could’ve been an Olympic medalist!”

4. Back On TV

Boatwright was thrilled to return for Survivor: Winners at War 29 seasons after winning in Guatemala. “I don't think, really, I've changed as a person,” she says. “Like, I'm still that same person. My values haven't changed. The only thing that's changed is becoming a wife and a mother, which I think really works great for helping prepare you for Survivor. Because just raising kids, it's a lot of work, a lot of dedication, and a lot of patience. I feel like I'm constantly hunting down hidden immunity idols because I'm trying to find a shoe or a sock or a uniform. So, I've had some practice there. Then, just in being married, marriage is a lot of work. It has great rewards, but it's definitely… you've got to work at it just like you do in the game of Survivor with your relationships you have.”

5. Losing 30 Pounds

Boatwright lost 30 pounds during the 2005 competition, which she made a point of regaining once she was back home again. “We had a wonderful cast. Unfortunately, since tribes swapped I got to meet some other people and it was really great fun as far as that goes, but those conditions were just brutal,” she says. “I mean, I lost 30 pounds. So, at 5'10" I came home 96 pounds. That's awful. Just diarrhea, we were sick from the lake water and we had to eat maggot-infested corn because maggots got into our corn and it was bad. Really bad.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move.”

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
