Sabrina Carpenter first rose to prominence by starring on the Disney Channel show, Girl Meets World. She has also appeared in films like Tall Girl and The Hate U Give. Carpenter is also a singer, and is known for hits like “Skin”, “Feather” and “Nonsense.” She recently opened for Taylor Swift on the Latin American leg of her Eras Tour. Carpenter shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In the first one, she wore a bikini top and glitter shorts. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sabrina Carpenter stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Uses A Dermatology Skin Cleanser

Carpenter shared her favorite skincare products with Glamour. She says that she uses a cleanser from a dermatologist. “I’ve been working with [esthetician] Renée Rouleau since I was 15. I use her AHA/BHA cleanser, which has been a steady thing in my life. I like that it’s somewhat of an exfoliant but not really harsh, and AHA/BHA is really good for keeping your skin clear.”

2. She Wears Sunscreen

Carpenter tells Glamour that protecting her skin from the sun is important to her. “Sunscreen is super important to me. I wear sunscreen every single day. I started using Supergoop’s Glow Screen because I would find my face is always a little bit paler than the rest of my body, so it kind of is the best of both worlds: Obviously it’s SPF, but then it also gives you just a little bit of color that brings your skin to life. It’s under my makeup most of the time and it’s really nice. I really like how it looks.”

3. She Moustiurizes

Carpenter makes sure to keep her skin moisturized, and shared her favorite products with Glamour. “I use moisturizer at night. I really love this La Mer moisturizer. I just tried it, and I was like, Oh no, I love it! It’s one of those products that is a little bit of a splurge, so I really hoped I wouldn’t like it, but I did. It’s lightweight, and I tend to go for more lightweight moisturizers.”

4. She Gets Enough Sleep

Carpenter shared her daily routine with Marie Claire. She says that she makes sure to get enough sleep. “I love to pass out without distractions. I can’t remember the last time I watched a TV show. By the end of the day, I feel like I’ve used up everything I have, so I just love sleep and getting to sleep as quickly as I can. [My bedtime] definitely changes. I’m in an unpredictable era right now. It can be 9 p.m.; it can be 2 in the morning. [My body] definitely gravitates to, like, grandma. I get tired early, but now I have ways and tricks and coffee that will keep me up if I need to be up. I’m at this age where I’m… I definitely am disciplined, but I am trying to also remind myself that if there’s a time in my life when I’m probably not going to sleep as much, it’s probably now.”

5. She Works Out With Others

When it comes to working out, Carpenter prefers to take classes or go to the gym with friends. “I’m a little [casual] with exercise,” she told Marie Claire. “It’s not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined. I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home. I’ll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I’m not working out.”

Sabrina Carpenter is in vacation mode in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer and actress shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while lounging on the beach. “On vacation,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. How does the 24-year-old approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Exercise

“I’m a little [casual] with exercise. It’s not an every day thing by any means, but I try to balance it out however I can, and at least once or twice a week do something a little bit more disciplined. I will take a class of some sort, or do a workout at home. I’ll go to Pilates sometimes with friends of mine. I love working out with friends, because it makes me feel like I’m not working out,” Sabrina told Marie Claire.

2. Baths

Sabrina has a go-to self-care routine. “I do love a bath. I think baths have been a life-saver to me,” she told Marie Claire. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

3. Social Media Breaks

Words,Social,Media,Detox,On,Yellow,Background.,Top,View.,SocialShutterstock

Sabrina takes breaks from social media. “I think everyone gets to that point where it’s like, ‘You know what? I’m gonna touch grass and go for a walk.’ So I got to that point. Now it feels a bit more vague and atmospheric,” she told Flaunt. “We don’t realize how much we depend on it, and how much we consume it. We’re consuming things we don’t want to see, but it pops up in front of us, and it’s there, and we’re stuck with our feelings. But I think the best thing for me, sometimes, is to just not look at it.”

4. Dancing

Sabrina dances and regularly shares videos on social media. Dancing helps build strength and promotes flexibility, aids in weight loss, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

5. Water with Lemon

Sabrina maintains that “drinking ice cold water with lemon every morning” is her go-to morning ritual. It “has been a very very big staple in my life to make me feel like I'm awake, I'm alert, to wake up my skin, kind of get the blood pumping and flowing,” she told Vogue.

1. She Works Out with a Trainer

Alicia trains with Jeanette Jenkins, whose clients include Kelly Rowland and Pink. "my husband [Swizz Beatz] loves skating, and he's actually good at it! I'm not that good at it, so he's teaching me stuff, and we love it. If we just go outside to the park and skate, it’s really, really fun. And I've definitely been getting my super workout on. One of the workout versions that I do, her name is Taryn Toomey and she does something called The Class. There's another woman named Anna Kaiser, and she has the whole AKT Method that I also do. And Jeanette Jenkins has really helped me learn how to get active and be present and push past the thresholds. That's been helping me just connect to my endorphins and stay connected to myself and feel positive," Keys told Vanity Fair.

2. Her Workouts Are Very Ab-Centric

Alicia shared her routine on YouTube in May 2020, and zero surprise, it involved a lot of abwork. Some of the exercises she executed? Cat-cows, bird-dog, upward dogs, side planks, hip dips, and side crunches. "The core is involved in everything," Jenkins says in the background.

3. She Shuns Bread and Dairy

2021 Billboard Music Awards - BackstageRich Fury/Getty Images

In 2020, Alicia revealed to Vogue that she cut two things out of her diet, and it has helped her achieve her glow. “I’ve cut out dairy... and also, believe it or not, getting rid of the breads,” she said. “Let me tell you, I’m the first person… I am a ‘breadaholic’. And then obviously, the fried foods, the oil and all that in the skin is never really good.”

4. She Drinks a Lot of Water

In the same Vogue interview she revealed that she drinks a ton of water, carrying it around in “a big-ass jug.” “Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water,” says the Mayo Clinic. “So how much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is:

  • About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
  • About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women

These recommendations cover fluids from water, other beverages and food. About 20% of daily fluid intake usually comes from food and the rest from drinks.”

5. She Runs...and Rides

In addition to being a Grammy Award winning singer, a mom, and skincare guru, Alicia is also a marathon runner. In 2015 she even trained for the New York City Marathon. She also uses a stationary bike to get her cardio in.

2. She Doesn’t Love Working Out But Loves the Results

3. She Drinks Water All Day Long

“I work out and lift because I want to feel good and have energy. I want to enjoy the foods I love, like pasta and bread and chocolate chip cookies,” the “Flip My Hair” singer told Us Weekly. “I drink water all day long and I try not to eat past 6:30 p.m. I take probiotics and fiber on a daily basis.”

4. She Takes Fiber

“Americans should consume 28 grams of fiber per day if they're following a 2,000 calorie diet, according to the FDA,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That! “Unfortunately, we're getting nowhere close to that amount. A report from the Food and Drug Administration says that the average American woman eats only 15 grams of fiber a day, while the average adult man consumes just under 19 grams per day.” Try navy beans or acorn squash.

5. She Does Pushups and Planks

Decker and husband Eric Decker like to work their core. “This core-strength exercise is called the modified plank,” says the Mayo Clinic.

  • “Lie on your stomach. Raise yourself up so that you're resting on your forearms and your knees. Align your head and neck with your back, and place your shoulders directly above your elbows. Tighten your abdominal muscles.
  • Create resistance by pressing your elbows and your knees toward one another. Neither should move from their positions on the floor. Hold for three deep breaths.
  • Return to the start position and repeat.”

Bridgerton stars Phoebe Dynevor and Sabrina Bartlett are enjoying their vacation in Croatia. Over the weekend, the gorgeous actresses shared a bunch of photos on their social media accounts, showing off fun times they are having at the Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery as well as their fit figures. How do the two young actresses stay in shape? Read on to see 5 ways Phoebe Dynevor and Sabrina Bartlett prioritize health and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. Phoebe’s Diet Is Mostly Plant-Based

In a recent Instagram post Phoebe revealed that she shies away from animal products. “I mostly eat a plant based diet but there’s still so much more that I could be doing to help shape the world that we and the next generation will live in,” she wrote. “You don’t have to become vegan overnight or ride a bike to work every single day. But little daily choices like consuming less meat and cutting down on plastic all make an impact.”

2. Phoebe Rides Instead of Drives

Phoebe practices what she preaches when it comes to riding instead of driving. She has shared a bunch of photos of herself riding a bike, which appears to be one of her go-to fitness tools. Over the pandemic, Phoebe also encouraged fans to “sweat it out” as one of the ways to get through quarantine.

3. Sabrina Surfs

According to her Instagram feed, Sabrina is a bag fan of the ocean and even surfs. "In addition to providing a good cardio workout (try paddling over waves and see how hard your heart pounds), surfing is a whole-body workout." Patrick Murphy, owner of Venice-based Learn to Surf LA "says that paddling mostly works the upper back muscles and the deltoids (shoulder muscles). Then comes the push-up from a lying position to a squat before standing, which employs the pectorals (chest muscles) and the triceps (muscles on the back of the upper arm). Staying upright on the board challenges core muscles that stabilize the body as the board glides over the water," says the Los Angeles Times.

4. Sabrina Allows Herself to Indulge

Food appears to be one of Sabrina’s passions. Her Instagram feed is filled with some of her favorite meals, including pasta, pastries, and even the American go-to, burger, fries, and milkshake.

5. Sabrina Also Likes to Hike

Sabrina can often be found enjoying the outdoors, whether dipping into a lake or hiking in the wilderness." "When you're outside, fresh air is constantly moving, dispersing these droplets. So you're less likely to breathe in enough of the respiratory droplets containing the virus that causes COVID-19 to become infected if you haven’t had a COVID-19 vaccine," says the Mayo Clinic.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
