Sabrina Claudio is showing off her fit figure – in her workout attire and swimsuits. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her curves in a variety of skin-baring looks, delighting her followers. “y’all hungry? here you go 💋🍽️” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Hungry? But you ate and left no crumbs,” commented one of her followers. “gasped girl ✨” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? 1. Spicy Noodles

In a Q&A, Sabrina reveals that she and beau “love, and I mean love to eat,” she says. While he hates spicy food, they really enjoy noodles. “So we eat ramen all the time and she gets the spicy. I don't, I get the mild. They ask from a level from one to 10. I tell him one,” her boyfriend said.

2. Hiking

Sabrina is a hiker. “I wanna say a year ago I started working out and I hike actually,” she said during the video. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

3. Coffee

Sabrina is a coffee drinker. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

4. Baths

Sabrina enjoys taking hot baths. “Join me,” she captioned the post. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. Glute Workouts

Sabrina does strength training, focusing on her glutes. “I do butt stuff like workout butt stuff,” she said in the Q&A. “Like all squat actions. Anything involving squats.”
