Sailor Brinkley Cook In Sparkly Two-Piece Has “New York Minute”

The model shared a new video on her Instagram, flashing her abs.

Sailor Brinkley-Cook is the daughter of legendary supermodel, Christie Brinkley, and she’s following in her mom’s footsteps in the modeling world. Sailor has appeared in magazines like Vogue and Sports Illustrated, and competed on Dancing With The Stars. She posts a lot of gorgeous photos and videos on Instagram. In a recent reel, Sailor wore a sparkly two-piece outfit, which showed off her amazing abs. She captioned the post, “A New York minute in @lagencefashion.” How does Sailor Brinkley-Cook get her supermodel looks? Here are 5 of her secrets.

1

She Stays Hydrated

Sailor shared some of the secrets behind her gorgeous skin with Glamour Magazine. One of her biggest secrets is keeping herself hydrated. “I think drinking a lot of water is literally the most important beauty rule people forget about,” Sailor says. “You can put on the different masks, the different serums, everything—but when I drink a lot of water, like three liters a day, I swear after a week I see a difference in my skin.”

She Exfoliates

Another of Sailor’s biggest skincare secrets is exfoliating. She shared her go-to product with Glamour Magazine. “I use the Barbara Sturm exfoliator. It’s a loose powder that you put on wet skin then wash off. It’s calming, but it also gets in there and gets the grime and dirt out. I use it every night.”

She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Sailor also has gorgeous blonde hair, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared one of her favorite products in her Glamour interview. “There’s this OGX Coconut Milk Serum stuff that I get from Rite-Aid,” Sailor says. “Whenever I put it in with damp hair, it just makes it super shiny and thick. I have a lot of breakage on my ends from putting my hair up so much tight buns, so it really helps with that too.”

She Walks

One thing Sailor loves doing to keep herself in shape is going on walks. “I think that’s a really underrated thing people don’t do enough when they’re feeling stressed out,” she says to Glamour. “Especially in the city, I’ll put my phone in my pocket, put my headphones in, and I’ll just play my favorite music and take a walk around the city. You just see all these different people of all different walks of life, and the art on the streets, and little fluffy dogs. All these little things remind you that, Okay, we’re all in this together, we’re going through it, you’ve got to make the best of it. That really helps me a lot when I’m feeling chaotic.”

She Manifests

Sailor shared some of her mental health and wellness tips with People Magazine. She says that she likes to manifest things in her life. “I think that the word ‘manifestation’ is so overplayed now, but it’s genuinely a reminder that you create your reality,” she shares. “When you wake up in the morning, you can either choose to look at it as just another boring day or you can think, ‘Wow, I have this entire 24 hours where anything could happen.'”
