Sara Foster in Bikini Trolls Sydney Sweeney American Eagle Controversy

Here are her diet and fitness habits

Sara Foster knows how to get attention for her new Valentina flare jeans – by rocking them with her bathing suit top. In a new social media post, the Favorite Daughter founder shows off her flawless figure in a bikini top. “Jeans are okay. I’ve seen better,” she wrote across the video. “Is this anti American Eagle ad?” one of her followers commented. “Hahahahaha this is clever but yours are pretty good,” another adds. How does the actress approach health and wellness? Here are her diet and fitness habits.

1

No Deprivation

Sara has a healthy approach to diet. “I am of the mindset of everything in moderation. I don’t believe in depriving yourself of things that you like, like French fries,” she told Us Weekly. “I like French fries, they make me happy. So, if I’m gonna eat French fries, then maybe I’ll wrap my burger in lettuce. Everything in moderation.”

Short But Effective Workout Sessions

Sara has a quality, not quantity, approach to exercise. “If my workout is at 9 I’ll get there at 9:20 and my trainer will be like, ‘Oh, well, you’re early,'” she told Us. “I can’t work out for an hour. I just don’t have it in me,” she continued. “So, I like the 20-minute workouts.” HIIT is great if you are short on time. There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Barre Classes

You can also find Sara taking fitness classes. Her favorite one? “I love barre,” she told Us. “Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can help prevent conditions like osteoporosis,” explains Barre studio Physique 57.

Workouts While Traveling

Sara doesn’t skip workouts while traveling. “When I travel I bring ankle weights, a rope and bands,” Sara revealed in an Instagram Story this week. “For me it’s just impossible to feel good when I don’t exercise. My moon is instantly elevated when I do.”

Facials Are Her Self-Care

Sara revealed to Los Angeles Magazine that her go-to place for self-care is Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts. “I have two kids, so I always look for that one hour where I can go decompress. And I like to go to Kate Somerville. They treat you like a celebrity even when you’re not a celebrity, like myself. It’s a one-hour pampering heaven session.”
