Sarah Hyland Stuns In Bikini Top For Paper Magazine

Sarah Hyland already took over the small screens of television, and is making her way to Broadway. The actress recently finished up a run in The Great Gatsby. Because of this, Sarah got to appear in Paper Magazine’s Broadway edition. In it, she wore a navy bikini top, blazer, and matching skirt, and a black dress with a ruffled skirt. Sarah’s impressive figure was on display. Here are 5 of Sarah Hyland’s wellness secrets.
She Takes Baths

Sarah shared some of her favorite products with The Strategist. One of them was the recovery bath soak from Goop Phys Ed. “I take baths mostly for relaxation and sore muscles,” Sarah said. “If I’m not feeling well, I’ll do an Epsom salt bath with echinacea and eucalyptus. I’ll take a bath during full moons depending on what sign it’s in. These Goop bath salts are so easy. I don’t have to mix the salts altogether, especially when I’m feeling lazy. The Phys. Ed. one in particular is really good for sore muscles. It has Epsom salts, ginger, frankincense, lavender, and more that I think really helps.”
She Prioritizes Self-Care
Sarah is all about self-care, and talked about this with Marie Claire. “If your physical reality is shaken, your mental stability is going to be as well, and vice-versa. If you’re super-stressed, your body will show that in one way or another, whether it’s just a simple pimple or an immune collapse. You really need to be able to take at least one moment a day, and focus on your body—a fitness class, yoga, working out at the gym, going for a run, taking a bath, or something as simple as taking a shower and letting the water strip away all of the negativity of the day. The kind of self-care that really reiterates your self-love.”
She Doesn’t Wear Too Much Makeup
Sarah shared some of her skincare secrets in her Marie Claire interview. She says that she doesn’t believe in wearing too much makeup. “It’s really important to let your skin breathe, and not have a crap-load of makeup on it. I’ve always been into less is more. Once you’re able to feel comfortable in your own skin, you’ll feel more comfortable with yourself.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Sarah’s workout routine is all about variety. Her trainer, Chad Landers, talked about the plan he created for her to People. “I have dozens of exercises that I toss in and out of it to keep her from getting bored, and work things in different planes of motion. Sarah is very dedicated. She really enjoys working out and pushing herself.”
She Weight Trains
Chad tells People that he has Sarah do a lot of weight training exercises. “There’s a certain component because she’s on camera that she wants to look good and be firm, but she really is not afraid to lift weights and to be strong. She loves being strong and getting stronger.”
