Sarah Lahbati is showing off her unfiltered beauty – in a bathing suit. In a recent social media video, the mother-of-two flaunts her incredible figure, including her tiger stripes, in a two-piece swimsuit. “Stretch marks and all,” she captioned the video, eliciting a major response from her followers. “Wowwww,” commented one. “Beautiful,” added another. How does the star approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Getting Fitspiration From Her Friends
Sarah is inspired by some of her fit friends. "My friends who are super into working out—gym buffs—are also the ones who taught me discipline, and the healthy foods to eat,” she told Pep.PH.
2. At Least 8 Hours of Sleep
Sarah prioritizes sleep. “I need eight hours to feel energetic. But when I’m really tired and my body is in pain, I can sleep up to 11 hours,” she told The Philippine Star. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
3. Regular Exercise
Sarah regularly hits the gym. “I work out three times a week, sometimes four, just to keep me strong and energetic. I need to work out to be able to do everything my life requires me to do. From carrying and running after Zion to dancing on ASAP or doing stunts in film,” she told The Philippine Star. “I love working on my gluteus despite the pain and the struggle.”
4. High-Protein, Low Carb Diet

Sarah fuels her body with healthy food. She sticks to “high protein and low-carbohydrate meals,” she told TPS. “I love pancakes so instead of white flour I use coconut flour and add banana for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I have fish or chicken with vegetables. I like having smoothies between meals.”
5. Hydration
Sarah understands the importance of hydration. She drinks “a lot,” of water, “to balance my love for coffee.” According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
