Sarah Stage isn’t just about fitness—she’s about building a movement. The fitness expert and influencer recently launched Elevé Club, a wellness app designed to help people get stronger, feel good, and level up. To celebrate, she hit the gym in a two-piece workout set, sharing a video packed with strength-building moves and a powerful message: “Are you in?” Stage nearly gave up on creating the app, but she pushed through, knowing people needed a space for fitness without pressure or judgment. From lifting weights to stair climbing, here’s how she keeps her body in peak form.
She Lifts Weights
In her Instagram video, Stage is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing exercises like those has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”
She Does Squats
In her Instagram video, Stage is seen doing squats and Bulgarian split squats. The Cleveland Clinic says that they can help improve posture. “Poor posture can cause all kinds of problems, including back pain, neck pain, headaches and an overall lack of flexibility. But working your erector spinae muscles, like through squatting, can help strengthen them and improve your posture.”
She Does Crunches
Stage is also seen doing v-sit crunches in her Instagram video. Wellyme says that they have a lot of benefits. “Crunches are a staple in the fitness world, an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. They're a part of calisthenics, athletic preparation, and bodybuilding training. The effectiveness of crunches extends beyond the aesthetic appeal of a six-pack. They engage not only the rectus abdominis but also the external and internal obliques, and the transverse muscles.”
She Uses The Stairclimber
Stage shared this workout video on Instagram. One thing she is seen doing in it is using the stairclimber. Stage captioned the post, “My plans?🏋🏻♀️💭Working on big things with YOU in mind. Elevé Club is almost here, let’s level up together .” The Mayo Clinic states that stair workouts have a lot of benefits. “Research shows that stair-climbing helps strengthen and tone your leg muscles. It keeps your leg arteries flexible, allowing blood to move more easily. Better blood flow in your legs equals a healthier heart and body.”
She Loves Almond Milk
Stage loves almond milk, and she also loves making her own. Stage shared this video on Instagram of her recipe. She captioned it, “If you’re always on the go, making almond milk is an easy weekly habit that can make a big difference. It’s a healthier (and more affordable) choice for you and your family. Give it a try, you might never go back! 🥛✨☁️ HERE TO HELP DM ME APP FOR MORE RECIPES + Free Guide.”
