Prez likes to do squats to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing cyclist squats with a barbell. Prez captioned the post, âWarning: this exercise is not for you, if you fear knees over toes..đ€ All jokes aside, GREAT exercise if youâre serious about growing your quads.đ„The elevated heels drive your knees further forward, putting even more emphasis on the quads compared to a regular squat.â
She Strength Trains
Prez likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram link, she is seen using a barbell. She Does Leg Extensions
Prez shared some more of her favorite lower body exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is leg extensions. According to Asphalt Green, these have a lot of benefits. âThese machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!â
She Does Lunges
Prez is seen doing walking lunges in the previous Instagram video.
