Savannah Prez in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Let Me Be Your Trainer"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Savannah Prez is a fitness model, expert, and influencer. She has her own workout plans on the Reach It app. Prez recently shared a video on Instagram talking about having fitness goals. She captioned it, “Let’s have a moment of transparancy, did you stick to your January resolutions? If not, let me be your trainer in 2025 😼💹 Link in bio to unlock your 7 day free trial on my app & let’s get to workkkđŸ”„â€

She Does Squats

Prez likes to do squats to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing cyclist squats with a barbell. Prez captioned the post, “Warning: this exercise is not for you, if you fear knees over toes..đŸ€“ All jokes aside, GREAT exercise if you’re serious about growing your quads.đŸ”„The elevated heels drive your knees further forward, putting even more emphasis on the quads compared to a regular squat.”

She Strength Trains

Prez likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram link, she is seen using a barbell. According to ACE Fitness, strength training is very beneficial. “Using maximal loads for compound (multi-joint) movements like the deadlift, squat-to-shoulder press, bent-over row or chest press can improve intermuscular coordination, which is the ability of many muscles to work together to generate and control high levels of force through multiple joints.”

She Does Back Exercises

Prez shared this video on Instagram of herself doing some of her favorite back exercises. She captioned it, “If you ask me, back staples YOU need in your routine! SAVE this workout so you don’t need to think about your next backday. I got youuu đŸ‘đŸŒđŸ˜ŒTrain with my programs @reachitapp 🔗 in bio to start your 7 day free trial. She Does Leg Extensions

Prez shared some more of her favorite lower body exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is leg extensions. According to Asphalt Green, these have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Does Lunges

Prez is seen doing walking lunges in the previous Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that these have a lot of benefits. “Lunges primarily target the lower body muscles, but they’ll call on your core muscles, too, because they’re a unilateral (one-sided) exercise. Lunges can be a top strength exercise to add to your fitness routine. There are dozens of ways to vary them, either by altering the move or adding resistance — and the payoff for doing them is big, namely a stronger lower body.”

Savannah Wright is a fitness trainer and influencer. She shares a lot of her fitness secrets and tips on Instagram. Wright likes to go running. She recently shared a reel of herself getting ready to go, and running. She captioned the post, “Would you run in 90 degree weather on a humid island?😝 run with me as I sweat it out đŸ”„â€ How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Savannah Wright stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Runs

As you can see from her post, Wright likes to run. Valley Oaks states that running has a lot of benefits. “The positive impacts of a run extend beyond the finish line and into bedtime. Studies show that aerobic exercise such as running can significantly improve the quality of sleep, even for those suffering from insomnia. Running has also been linked to a reduction in daytime drowsiness, meaning you’ll have more energy for your day and less fatigue to fight through.”

2. She Meal Preps

Wright makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite meals in this Instagram post. Wright also revealed in the caption that she likes to meal prep. “If you’re needing any easy healthy meal ideas
I gotchu 👀✹Here’s an idea of what I eat throughout my days when working from home - planning big bowls is so easy if you meal prep all the ingredients ahead of time! Throw in sweet potato, rice, meat etc!”

3. She Balances Her Diet

Chocolate,Milkshake,Smoothie,With,Banana,,Protein,Powder,And,Nuts,OnShutterstock

Wright makes sure to eat a balanced diet. She shared her secrets for doing so in the previous post’s caption. “If I need more protein I’ll usually add a shake at the end of the night or right after the gym as well, maybe throw in lentils/chickpeas to my meals! If I need more carbs I’ll have a sandwich for lunch or protein pancakes for breaky!”

4. She Works Her Legs

Wright doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite lower body exercises in this Instagram video. Wright captioned it, “Let me know if you try this out 😝đŸ’ȘđŸŒ I only life for about 25-30 minutes and add in intentional cardio for 15-20 minutes! Save this âŹ‡ïžđŸ€ SupersetâŹ‡ïž đŸ€ back squat | 8 x 3 đŸ€ front squat | 8 x 3. RDL | 10 x 3. SupersetâŹ‡ïžBackward lunge | 7 x 3 each leg. Backward lunge pulse | 7 x 3 each leg. Hip thrusts | 12 x 3. đŸ€ Cardio is stairmaster for 20 minutes at a solid level 10 😗 Let me know if you can hang 😝”

5. She’s Consistent

Wright talked about her fitness journey in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she made sure to be consistent with her working out. “I’m a strong believer that if you have a goal in mind, especially when it comes to your health - it has to be a lifestyle change. It has to last longer than a few months or even a year. It’s choosing yourself everyday, it’s going to the gym when you don’t feel like it, it’s deciding to eat healthier food so you have more energy even if it’s not convenient. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed or disheartened in your journey - know that you aren’t alone and we all start somewhere. I didn’t change my lifestyle because I wanted a certain physique - it stemmed from feeling inflamed all the time, being breathless up the stairs and thinking; its got to get better. So I did ✹”

Amanda Tress is a very successful fitness trainer. She recently announced her new 2025 program on Instagram. Tress captioned the post, “Did someone say ADVANCED workouts for 2025?! For those of you who are straight up ATHLETES because you have been crushing the FWTFL for years
we will have an ADVANCED workout track for you starting January 6! It’s about to get đŸ‘‘đŸ”„đŸš€â€

She Does Burpees

Tress shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. As a part of her 12 Days of Fitmas series, she shared a different workout each day on her page. In this video, Tress is seen doing burpees. The Cleveland Clinic states that burpees have a lot of benefits. “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body, says exercise physiologist Griffin Nykor, RKin, CPT.”

She Does Squats

Another exercise Tress did in her 12 Days of Fitmas series is squats. According to Piedmont, squats have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

She Doesn't't Weigh Herself

In the caption of this Instagram post, Tress revealed that she doesn’t weigh herself or own a scale. “Why I don’t own a scale. I threw away my scale over a decade ago and I don’t often talk about why. I even banned ‘weigh ins’ through the FASTer Way when I first launched it because I feel so strongly that daily weigh-ins are not a good representation of progress and, in fact, can be a de-motivator. Over time, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t found in numbers on a scale. Instead, I track my health and fitness through things that actually matter to me: đŸ’ȘđŸ»Getting stronger in my lifts and seeing muscle definition develop 👕 How my clothes fit and feel ⚡ My daily energy levels 😮 Quality of sleep đŸ§˜â™€ïž How my body feels - no bloating, moving well. Daily weigh-ins used to be demotivating and didn’t reflect the real progress I was making in strength and overall health. Plus the scale can’t measure confidence, strength, or how great it feels to crush a workout.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tress likes to do deadlifts to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them in this workout video on Instagram. Tress captioned it, “I tweaked my back doing deadlifts 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 We shall see how this pans out trying to lug 5 kids around this weekend. 😝 I worked around it and still got in a great workout. Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!!!”

She Does Lunges

Tress shared some more of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video with a friend. One exercise she is seen doing in it is lunges. Tress captioned the post, “Comment YES below if you crushed leg day!! Oh my word. My legs are smoked. đŸ™ŒđŸ»đŸ‘‘đŸŽ„PS Emma is the best workout buddy and she’s getting so strong.”

1. She Encourages Movement and Trying Out New Workouts

Senada is a “sincere believer that fitness and movement should be an inseparable part of someone’s life,” she explained to Glamour South Africa. “We were born to be active, born to be mobile. She encourages “people to make movement fun and interesting, and in turn sustainable. All someone needs to do is take a digital stroll through my Instagram to see loads of novelty and get excited to try out new effective exercises.” She explains that doint the same workout daily is what makes “people fall off the proverbial wagon” and that they instead should “constantly seek growth,” she continues. “This means doing things like trying new movements that push us out of our comfort zone, finding a new recipe that is not typical to what we normally eat, and changing our routine.”

2. She Does Yoga and Meditates

“I believe in a holistic approach to fitness as we are more than a mechanically moving body. Our minds and souls need as much caring as our bodies. I have found that caring for our body in a mindful way, cares for our mind and soul as well. Allowing ourselves to listen to our body’s signals, moving mindfully, not only can be a great tool in injury prevention, but also maximizing our physical and mental performance,” Senada told Women’s Best. “I incorporate Yoga in my routine not only as a means to help with my balance and mobility, which in turn help with my physical fitness, but also as a time to quiet my mind and turn my attention inward.” She is also a fan of getting her zen on. “Meditation is that other component that we rarely think of or make time for, but even a few minutes, as little as 5 minutes of meditation a day, can have a huge positive impact on our psyche and in turn our body as well. If we’re in a great mental and spiritual space, we’re able to perform better in all aspects of life.”

3. She Breaks Up Workouts By Body Part

Senada breaks up her workouts by body part. “I like to focus on legs 2-3 days per week, on upper body 2 days, and 1 full body workout per week. Sunday I work abs and throw in some fun active-rest work, like bicycling or a long walk,” she told Glamour.

4. She Is a “Flexible Eater”

Senada describes herself as a “flexible eater” to Glamour. “My main focus is getting enough protein daily; carbs and fats fill the rest of my macros, which I intuitively track. I suggest that most people do track their macros, especially in the beginning of their fitness journey, so as to learn what the proper way of feeding ones’ self looks like.”

5. She Stresses the Importance of Proper Form

“I am always mindful of proper form. Never NOT think about form during a workout,” Senada told Glamour. “Whether the exercise has started or you are setting yourself up for the exercise, always remember proper form.”

6. She Is Accoutnable

Senada maintains that accountability is key. “That little voice in my head that says things like ‘you’re going to regret it if you don’t get to the gym’”, she told Glamour. “I know where I have been mentally and physically when fitness wasn’t a part of my life, so wanting to keep the monsters of anxiety and depression away keeps me motivated and accountable.I know for many, self-talk is an inhibitor, but for me it is the most persuasive and consistent accountability partner I could ever have. One just needs to change that self talk into being positive and encouraging.”

Mahomes recently hit the gym in some new workout clothes. She shared a photo and a workout video on Instagram. Mahomes captioned the photo, “I’m obsessed.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Brittany Mahomes stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works Her Core

B MAHOMES.3Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Mahomes shared some of her favorite workouts in her Instagram story. She likes to do core workouts. Harvard Health reports that having a strong core has a lot of benefits. “Having a strong core helps improve balance, which lowers your risk of falling. It may also prevent other injuries, such as muscle strain or spasms in the lower back. Well-developed core muscles help stabilize your spine, helping to create a firm base of support for virtually all movement, including everyday moves like reaching up to a shelf or wiping up a spill on the floor. In addition, without a strong core, your leg muscles may not function in an optimal position, which often puts undue stress on the hips and knees. These common back and leg aches and pains often derail regular exercise routines, which are important for a healthy heart. Finally, core conditioning improves posture, which contributes to a trimmer appearance.”

2. She Strength Trains

B MAHOMES.2Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Mahomes also wrote in her Instagram stories that she is strength training to stay in shape. According to The Mayo Clinic, this has a lot of benefits. “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

3. She Does Squats

B MAHOMES.1Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Mahomes also likes to do squats to stay in shape. She is seen doing them in her Instagram story. NASM states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is an effective exercise for improving lower body muscular endurance, strength and power. It is a compound movement involving many joint actions and associated musculature. Individuals performing the squat exercise should be aware of common faulty movement patterns that occur at the foot/ankle, knees, and hips. By becoming aware and consequently correcting these faulty movements novice exercisers will be able to avoid unnecessary and preventable injuries during exercise.”

4. She Wants To Inspire Others

B Mahomes.4Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

In an interview on Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s website, Mahomes talked about wanting to inspire other women. “I want women to feel empowered to always be yourself, love yourself, and feel confident in whatever you do and I think SI Swimsuit does, too,” she says. “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself. People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”

5. She Posts Workouts Online

B MAHOMES.5Brittany Mahomes/Instagram

Mahomes likes to share a lot of her favorite workouts online. She talked about how she got interested in this in her interview with SI Swimsuit. “When I was playing professional soccer over in Iceland, I didn’t have a ton to do outside of soccer, so I found myself spending a ton of time in the gym working out, creating workouts, and posting them online. I realized that I was enjoying that so much more than actually playing soccer.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail đŸ€Ž rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
