Camila Cabello is about to release a new album. She shared a photo of herself on the beach on Instagram to advertise it. Cabello captioned the post, "C, XOXO is a side of me that i like living in πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜πŸ’˜ C, XOXO is pink and blue ski masks, never being without lip gloss, coming alive during blue hour, long nails and eyeliner sharp enough to kill a man, crying with your makeup on and texting pics to your friends. It's bikinis under t shirts, it's sticky hair at dinner after the beach, it's tan lines and white wine with your girls. it's living it the [f] up. C, XOXO is doing no harm, but TAKING NO [stuff]."Β

She Takes Care Of Hair

Cabello has amazing hair and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets with Bustle. "I wash probably every two or three days, just because it's better for you to let those oils sink in. I brush [my hair] with one of those brushes that have the really strong bristles [that] almost kind of hurt. It's so good for your scalp and it stimulates hair growth."

She Uses Sunscreen

Cabello makes sure to protect her skin from the sun. She tells Rolling Stone, "I definitely use SPF every day even if there's no visible sun out. If it's light outside, I'm using SPF, [especially] the new L'Oreal Paris Bright Reveal Broad Spectrum Daily UV Lotion with antioxidants. That's very exciting to me because I love my sunscreen every day."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Cabello shared some of her skincare secrets with Rolling Stone. "They have a new L'Oreal Paris Bright Reveal 12% Niacinamide Dark Spot Serum. I've actually become a really big skincare junkie so I really do know that these ingredients are really good. We need our Niacinamide. We need our retinol. Lately, I've been doing some gua sha every day."

She Gets Enough Sleep

Cabello shared her secrets for getting enough sleep with Well + Good. "I realize it's better for me to sleep earlier so I try to go to sleep early and not be a night owl. Like even if I sleep at like two in the morning and wake up at noon, it's not the same as sleeping at like 11 p.m. and waking up atΒ  8 a.m. Also I try not to like drink too much because drinking really affects the quality of my sleep."

She Goes To Therapy

Cabello tells Well + Good that she likes to go to therapy. "I started therapy when I was pretty young, like late teens, and I think it was just a necessity for me at that time. I just felt very, very anxious and sad as a result of that anxiety. I didn't really feel shy about asking for help, and I'm so glad I did cause I went on the journey of finding the right therapist. I connected with a few different therapists along the way, and they helped me in different moments of my life. But I definitely found one right now that I feel like really made the biggest difference. And, so I think it came first out of necessity and then out of just like really seeing the change therapy made in my life and seeing how much I grew as a person."
